✓ System GlitchI have tried many times to access this app as it comes free with my schools tuition but unfortunately as someone that is in dire need to speak to a therapist and do not have insurance, this unfortunately does not work for me. I sign in, get verified through my school and it just brings me back to the login page. In this day and age where everything is just so chaotic, I would’ve liked to leave a review where it is positive rather than negative one. Please timely care, fix your system glitch because in reality, I am paying for services that I unfortunately cannot use. Thank you.DivineGoddess721Version: 2.2.11

✓ Couldn’t connect to the video callI tried using TIMELYCARE today and I waited 15min and still couldn’t be connected to the call. It was buffering the entire time. I called the customer service and they only said it’s canceled now and I need to book a new session. The therapist didn’t even give me a call even though the phone number was on the profile. I had no way of contacting the therapist I will not be using it anymore and I do not recommend it because of its instability and lack of trouble shooting..WeimegVersion: 2.2.0

✓ Providers Don’t Respect Your TimeI have TimelyCare through my college, which provides counseling for free. Free isn’t good enough. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm… and the provider didn’t bother calling. Literally at all. It says “the provider will call you” but I didn’t get a call… just an email 15 minutes later saying my provider cancelled. Really? I was waiting that whole time with my app open. In the past, I got an appointment with a different provider. She was fine… but she called significantly late and ended early. It’s also absolutely impossible to find the same provider you had before. So you can never get consistent service with the same person and evolve in your therapy..UnleashthecreativityVersion: 2.0.1

✓ Questionable designOn the upside, it is fast and convenient. There isn’t much to say there. My providers are fine. My complaint is that the app design is frustrating. Why can’t you contact your providers outside of meetings? Why can’t you send them paperwork? Heck, there’s no way to message anyone- sometimes it’s easier to write things out for me, but the only messaging place is a discussion board with other patients. I just want to be able to text my counselor off hours when something occurs to me, and normally, you would be able to at least email them. But haha, no..Tricia🦊Version: 2.2.0

✓ Need a video visit for everythingI saw a doctor using a timelycare video visit but a week later I had a followup question I wanted to ask about some medication I was prescribed. A simple email or direct message would have been sufficient to ask my question and receive an answer. But timelycare forced me to schedule a entire second video visit 24 hours in advance just to ask a single question. It seems to me that this wastes the doctor’s time and mine. ✓ DO NOT USE!Counselors are disrespectful and not helping. They seem like underpaid and do not care anything you say. They also seem very unqualified. Appointments can also be cancelled 15min by the counselor after its scheduled start time without any reason, but YOU cannot cancel any appointments 24h before its start!.YevixybeVersion: 2.2.6

✓ Won’t let me log in on the appI was able to sign up on the website but when i try to log in on the app it won’t let me. I enter my school email as asked and it brings me to a safari page telling me to open in the app, and when I do a box that says “there was an error that prevented login.” I am on reliable wifi fans have tried deleted and redone loading the app, but it still gives me this every time I try to log in. If you could explain why this happens so I can fix this issue it would be appreciated. I’d love to actually use this app..AaaaaaaangietoesVersion: 2.0.5
