✗ BillingI have received bills (x2) with late charges in the mail without receiving an original bill in time to pay without late charges. I downloaded the app and have checked for outstanding bills so I can pay them without late charges and can’t find any?? Now I have requested email invoicing. Hopefully I won’t see anymore additional late fees..Rainh8rVersion: 2.5.55

✗ Terrible app. Terrible customer service.Doesn’t work on a PC (Firefox) or iPad browser (Safari) My correct address information was not accepted. Finally downloaded the app on my iPhone, while this time it accepted the address (which the other versions of the app did not) got several errors trying to use a US credit card, finally got it to work with a US debit card. Over an hour wait time when trying to get someone on the phone. I get it you are trying to drive people to get transponders but I only use this route twice a year to/from Florida so I’m really not interested and this is the only portion of the route where I cannot avoid tolls. Hopefully we’ll get future bills by email so I can pay promptly..2025toneVersion: 2.3.22
