✓ Monarch Apartments AppI just used the Monarch Apartments App on my phone for the first time this evening. I thought that I could only submit a maintenance request using a computer but they have upgraded the app and I was able to submit 2 maintenance requests using my iPhone instead of having to go into the other room, fire up my laptop and submit my requests from there. I’m very happy with the ability to access all parts of the Monarch app from my iPhone also, it makes submitting a request much easier, at least for me..Version: 15.3.0

I never had any issues with maintenance either .... they always solve my problems.... This Condo is close to everything ( Grocery, Restaurant, gas station hospital Nice schools and more).... ✓ Solid Apartment AppOver all, it’s a hand app to have for residents. Can request maintenance, pay your rent, and post to the community board. My only complaint is every time I open the app, there is a pop that you can select to not show again. Have that selected and it pops up every time, which is kinda annoying..Version: 15.3.0

However, today, for some reason, when I tried to submit the Request it failed to send and deleted itself. Processing times are quicker than they estimate, which is honestly better, that way you can get business done quickly and efficiently, granting you the power to know where you stand financially. There’s no guessing. Contacting the property managers is easier through the app, and quicker. ✓ After first month a breeze…After initiating new bank account it took three days to get a verification dollar amount so I had to scramble around and get a cashiers check… Unfortunate way to start a new account with this apartment complex! The only things are, maybe list the office manager email on the app somewhere? ✓ Pop up won’t go awayEverything about the app works great. Would give it 5 stars but the first thing you see when you open the app is a pop up that says “Leave us a review on Google!” with a button that says to click here not to show that message again… that button doesn’t work. I’ve tried pressing it, not pressing it, pressing it then unpressing it, pressing it 3 times… nothing. It’s a really minor thing. The app works well.Version: 15.3.0
✓ Good app, functionalThis app does everything it needs to. And it looks good doing it. It’s really nice to be able to pay rent in a snap without having to use actual paper checks. …The $33 service fee is absolutely ridiculous … but I understand that quick processing costs money these days.
