✓ Anything To Help OrganizeI like having the ability to click on one app and gather information for my business in one location. It keeps me from having to toggle back and forth and eventually get confused on where I need to go to check information that may lead to future business..Version: 2.50.0
✓ NotificationsI have no issue with the functionality of the app, I don’t do much in it anyway. But, any time I receive a message, the app notification does not go away even after I’ve read the message and verified that there were no more unread items. I have to log out and log back in for it to go away and that’s pretty annoying..Version: 2.59.0

✗ Pretty bad appI'm pretty surprised how bad this app is. it is so buggy. The contacts are not able to be deleted. Text messages don’t often go through. You can’t change the name of the business on the screen even though you change it on the profile. I contacted support twice on this and they seem very confused saying that this is a new product and they are trying to figure it all out. All in all I would say get your toll-free number somewhere else..Version: 2.36.0
✗ Lost customers, revenue and communicationEver since Go Daddy/SmartLine and Communications has partnered and we are required to use the communications app. I have had my phone number through SmartLine for over six years now, this number is all over my work vehicles websites online pages and social media but now it’s going to cost me tens of thousands of dollars because my number I am being told cannot be used. I have lost customers because they cannot communicate with me, we frequently use the text messaging feature, which requires 15 days of verification before it can be used., I have missed multiple phone calls, I have missed text, messages and voicemails. This has cost me revenue, and I am now in contact with my attorney because these people do not take it serious. Don’t use this app !!! Beware!!!.Version: 2.68.0
