✓ NotificationsI have no issue with the functionality of the app, I don’t do much in it anyway. But, any time I receive a message, the app notification does not go away even after I’ve read the message and verified that there were no more unread items. ✓ Super convenient!I was initially skeptical about using this. I was concerned about the fact that it was a new feature and potentially bug ridden. I did not want to lose potential leads and I’m glad to admit I was wrong. This program allows me to treat all incoming messages as ongoing conversations. I receive messages from our website, email and social media sites. I placed the conversations tab on my Home Screen, within quick reach of my thumb. The messages are keyed so I can see where they came from. The layout allows quick responses with the ability to attach picture/videos. I recommend everyone give this feature a try. It may not suit everyone but I use it almost exclusively as a super convenient communication tool..ThxessiveVersion: 2.35.0

✓ Great but could use little improvement in 1 thing.When a message is responded to it doesn’t show that a co worker responded until you open the app completely. Not easy to find the previous convos when you have a bunch of messages within the app. Also when you receive all the info from the client you can’t copy the name and email address.
