✓ Stuck on its own advertCleaned a lot of space up for me an put the pics in recently deleted so i could go through them before they were gone 👍. It took the 6.99 before i could cancel, my fault. So i thought i would use it more since i accidentally paid however it’s stuck on an add to buy it for a year for £9.99!! there is no close button or anyway i can get to the apps main page. would really like a refund on that as i essentially just paid to look at their own advert..Version: 1.13
✓ Horrible.When I downloaded the app it selected a whole bunch of photos to be deleted. It took a while as I went through and deselected all the photos that i wanted to keep. After I finished, I pressed the “Clean Up” button and it said I had to do some kind of trial. There were options to do a 1 week free trial, 3- day free trial, Pay $4.99 weekly, or a lifetime fee for like 70 something dollars a year. No one told me about this and basically there’s no way to clean up your phone for free. Unless you want to do a free trial or pay weekly..Version: 1.14

✓ The blindness.Hello, just to get started, I am not going to the website to report if you can read it here. With that out the way, first. I have a separate Apple account, and I got premium or whatever. 𝕊𝕠, I had no control. It would delete photos that I would of taken a while ago. I couldn't deselect, and it's kicked me out a PAID app. Dissatisfied (ಥ﹏ಥ). Continuing, I couldn't make less space, it made more. I'm not sure if it's a bug, I'm more sure it's a hack. During the time I had it, it would say weird things like "delete feelings?, the it would say yes and yes. Low security if it is a hack. It could access all codes to the program. ✓ Stopped working before subscription expiredI subscribed for one week to see how I liked it before topping up. This product worked great for the first few days of my paid subscription. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the product at all for the last 3 days of my subscription due to it crashing. I wrote customer service immediately when it stopped working. I explained in my FIRST email to them that I rebooted my phone, deleted the app and then re-downloaded the app. I repeated this process multiple times assuming the problem was on my end. Customer service wrote back promptly and told me to: Re-install the app (delete completely and install again). Mind that it might erase the progress. Run the app from differentinternet networks (Wifi/ 4G, etc.). Check that the time and dateare set automatically on your device. I did all of these steps and the app still crashed. I sent a video showing how the app crashed. I am hoping I either receive a refund or my now expired subscription is re-instated..Version: 1.21.1

✓ Terrible - freezes when cleaning contactsI had high hopes for this app. I’ve been trying to clean my contacts now for three hours. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and rebooted the phone. Every time I try to clean the contacts it simply freezes or the loading spinner spins forever. So to clean the photos off of your phone you have to allow access to your photos, so I did that, if it finds two or more photos that look alike (even if they aren’t the same) it’ll delete them if you don’t deselect it’ll wipe them of your phone for good. ✓ DONT DOWNLOADThis app is TERRIBLE do not download, I downloaded the app looking to clear some storage and I selected less than 100 photos to allow to app to delete, I then figured out that the app had deleted every single screenshot on my phone and 2,847 other photos none of which I selected or even allowed to app to have access to, I have no way of recovering the photos and have now lost about 3 years of my camera roll, I am extremely upset and just would like to warn fellow user to not risk having your personal photos deleted without your permission..Version: 1.13
