✓ It’s Ok, needs improvementThe daily info was good but mostly review for me. Timing prompts for fasting were not all that helpful as there are many other ways to do that without an app. No food tracking. I did not get to the recipes because after a few days I just wanted my money back. Customer Service was great about that. I can see theres a good start to something greater here! ✓ UselessThis app is useless and not worth the $$ . You cannot pre- set the time that you want your fast to start each day. Things fluctuate and you can always start and end at the same time. It does not allow you to be flexible. I entered a 16:8 hour fast I physically ended my fast 16 hrs later by clicking on the @end fast icon” and it continued to track it for another 10 hours making it a 26 hour fast. Absolutely ridiculous results are totally skewed and unrealistic. So difficult to negotiate the different aspects of this app. So don’t waste your time on it like I did !!
