✓ Not what I expectedUpdate- long after deleting the app and all I now been charged for subscription for something that I no longer have. Tried to contact support but no matter how many times I tried to submit the message to support it’s “failing to send - AVOID!!! Downloaded this app to improve my form, lose some weight and gain some flexibility but the dace classes are short and none of them are explained. I was expecting like with other apps (fitness) to have in a corner some explained steps any to show what would be the next movement). I tried 5 dance routines and I couldn’t keep up with any of the because more than half of the time I was passing to understand what is the actual movement I am supposed to do. I downloaded this app to try the free month subscription - I was unable to cancel the subscription because it wasn’t listed under my Google Play/Apple ID account, there is no ‘cancel subscription’ button or option to cancel within the app, and I have checked on the app’s website for an option to cancel - there isn’t one! I emailed the customer service team with my problem, and they have been nothing but rude and condescending and unhelpful. I am left with no choice but to cancel my credit card number and dispute the charges because of this scam. The instructors are dancers, it says it’s for beginners, but yet we don’t know how we are supposed to be moving. There are times when the instructor is cut off from the legs down. And then the move continues into the next scene. How are we supposed to know what we are doing? This happened on more than one. I tried several of the routines. There is no guidance as to how your abs, hips, And other body parts should be held and moved. In fact one of the routines had only two parts to it. The first one all you could see was that her chest was going up and down and her hips were moving in some direction.
