My Water - Daily Water Tracker for Negative User Reviews

Does not sync to health appOut of all the water tracking apps I’ve downloaded I’d say this is the one I would most like to keep using. The reason why I’m deleting it is cause it does not properly sync to the health app, which is the whole reason why I even downloaded this in the first place. Very disappointing..Version: 1.1.3

Ann HarrisI totally do not understand how to use this app. I did not understand I would be charged every week to use this. I thought it was free. I do not want automatic payments taken from somewhere? How do I stop this?.Version: 1.13

Make it freeWhy all apps for the lose weight should be payable? Not everyone can afford it ... already we downloading the app should be free right ? Anyways won’t anymore download the lose weight app anymore.Version: 1.3

Fix the appI can’t even get past the very beginning because I can’t input the hours I sleep. I sleep at 4am and wake up at 1pm. The app won’t accept those hours. Fix the app so it accepts ALL hours. Not everyone sleeps in the PM and wakes up in the AM..Version: 1.0.5

Not worth the priceThe interface of this app is cool. And all the features are pretty helpful. It’s easy to use and not overly complicated. But it’s a water app. It tracks liquid intake and keeps track of past liquids. $20/three months, $60/year or $80 lifetime is simply not worth it. It’s not that complicated of an app to pay $80 for it. There are apps on the market that have all the same features and are $0-$20 for lifetime access. I did appreciate that they at least offer the 7 day free trial so you can see how you feel about it. Just not worth the cost in my opinion..Version: 1.4.1

Works Well But...It does the job and is very easy to use and has a fast, simple, nice interface, but the price they ask for the unlimited access is ridiculous! All you do is counting my liquid intake, you are not exactly Final Cut Pro! It should be $6, not $110!.Version: 1.5.1

PotentialHas the potential to be a great app. I was a little disappointed to see that they want you to pay to do half the things on it.Version: 1.1.3

RidiculousNot a free app...who wants to pay $80 to track water?.Version: 1.6

Absolute scam.Downloaded this app and was given two options: start a three-day free trial then start the subscription, or just start paying the subscription. I can’t find anywhere to just use the app for free for longer than the three days, despite the description of the app claiming to be free. Oh yeah, and the subscription is $7.99 per WEEK?! What a joke. Deleted immediately..Version: 1.14

Can’t delete the wrong water intakeSomehow I can’t find any way to delete the wrong one count from accidentally touch. So all I have to do is do the math and divide another intake count to two counts. It would be great if there has some quick button to make things right..Version: 1.14

Scammed out of $60 - non-consent upgrade chargeI went to open the app after not having used it for awhile (I’d previously paid the annual price of $5.99 and the app was useful when I used it), by opening the app after an update had been made, it just automatically upgraded to the most expensive plan and charged me $60 for the year without my choosing. FYI - Apple does not cover this app for refunds so I’ll now have to contest the transaction via my bank..Version: 1.5.1

Not worth itHonestly it’s not worth it, almost every other drink that isn’t water or coffee you can’t put in because you need to PAY FOR IT. You need to pay to get statistics and pretty much have not even the basics to use if you don’t pay $17 for ONE month..Version: 1.14

Subscription payments knocks off two starsI am debating purchasing this app, I don’t mind the upgrade to get all drinks but I don’t think that it’s worth an annual subscription to track water intake. I know I can cancel but it’s unclear if I will still have access if I cancel before the period is up. Either way, the subscription is probably going to be a deal breaker for me because I just want a simple water tracker and ongoing subscriptions are good for supporting new features not just so the devs hav a revenue stream. Without new features there is no ongoing value to continue paying for. On the other hand, adding new features would ruin this app as it’s great the way it is. I would probably stop using it if it lost the ease and simplicity due to unnecessary (and unwanted) features. So devs stop being greedy with the subscription and you will probably get more paying users as well as those two extra stars from me. I know it’s not expensive but I prefer to pay once for my apps and be done with it..Version: 1.0.9

Outrageously Expensive!Unsubscribed from free trial & deleted..Version: 1.15

ConfusedMy only problem with this app has to do with the clarity around deleting entries. We’re all human we muck from time to time and Having a clear delete option would be nice, however I cannot find one. I may be overlooking it and if I am this app is otherwise great..Version: 1.14

Ridiculous PricingI loved this app when it first started. But as soon as the subscription started with overly expensive pricing there’s absolutely no justification for a water tracker. Been pushed so far down the App Store search list too. Good luck with that..Version: 1.15

Great app but...Love the app, the layout, the ease of adding drinks and iWatch compatible but.... the cost is outrageous. Should be a one time fee under $10 and you’d probably have way more takers..Version: 1.8

Doesn’t add up correctlyGood interface, but doesn’t add up correctly from customs drinks volume. Had all rounded numbers to 50mls, and it came up incorrect..Version: 1.3

Premium paid for but app did not updateI have now paid for a second quarter and my app still has not updated to indicate that it was paid for. I basically wasted money on an app I was enjoying during my free trial. I’ve sent two messages (one just now) with no response. Great app until the free trial expires, then it’s useless if it doesn’t update you when you pay for a subscription. Very frustrated! Would love a refund for at least one quarter pleas and somehow update my account so I can use all the features since the quarter just started in July 8th.Version: 1.3

Highway robberyAbsolutely terrible. You get lured into trying a free app and after signing find out it’s only a free trial and then there is no way to cancel the membership that I can find!!!!!.Version: 1.0.14

Not freeNot free.Version: 1.14

It’s good for freeI would like to get the paid version, but it is way to expensive especially for just being a water record keeping app. I would pay $30 tops versus the $79 one time payment they are asking. For now I’ll keep using my other water app I paid $5 for few years ago..Version: 1.3

It's good but I thought you miss somethingThis app is very simple and easy to use. I'm debating to subscribe after trying the free version but I don't see the stats show overall of my progress and in each day I don't see the total of water I drank. I have to sum the history by myself. It would be better if your app has this data. That's all my suggestions..Version: 1.0.9

Fake free trialI was offered a 1-month free trial but instead I was charged a ridiculous 80$ + taxes (a total of over 100$) right away. I have emailed them multiple times with no response..Version: 1.11

No free version of the appDespite being able to download it for free it starts with a free 7 day trial and monthly subscription is quite expensive for wanting to track your daily fluid intake.Version: 1.14

Keeps locking up.I have deleted this app.Version: 1.15

Too expensiveA free trial followed no $10.49 a week?? No thanks..Version: 1.14

Overly expensiveIt tried to charge me £7.99 a WEEK just to track my water. No thanks..Version: 1.14

Love the design, can’t justify the priceI love this app, it looks beautiful, is easy to use and has super friendly reminders. The drawback is the price. I wish some simple statistics were available at a lower price point. I’m not prepared to pay £60/year to track water and see some monthly stats (which is all I need, not fussed about other drinks) - that’s the same amount I pay for a premium subscription to Headspace!! The content simply doesn’t justify the price for me, so will be switching apps. Thanks for helping me start to build this habit though 🙏 💓.Version: 1.14

This app stinks 😔This app looks really good at first, but as soon as you open it, it expects you to pay every year almost $100. This is a joke you shouldn’t have to pay almost $100 to get reminded to drink water. DO NOT GET THIS APP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Version: 1.10

Not a free appThis app is labeled as free with in app purchases, however from the moment I opened it for the first time I was immediately prompted to sign up for a subscription. Uninstalled..Version: 1.13

This app is a terrible!!!This app ripped me off!!!! I chose the free version, never changed for premium! Never and they charged me $101.99- do not download this app!!!.Version: 1.5.1

Not paying £8 a weekThe price for £8 a week just to drink water it too much .. there are free apps there doing the same for free .. no thank you.Version: 1.14

Misleading advertisingHow can this app claim to be free in the description and yet requires a subscription for continuous use after a “free” trial period. I think it’s misleading to use the free trial to claim the app is a free tool for in the description. I think it’s silly to pay that much to track your daily water intake but if you’re gullible enough to pay that much then I hope you’re well hydrated..Version: 1.10

Be careful of the diamond!!!Would of given 5 ⭐️, but read below............ I re-downloaded the app on the 28.6.19, filled in my information, and a diamond appeared on the top right hand side of the app. I checked it out. It stated that if I reach my water level today, I can use the app free for 1 month, then pay for continued use. So, I reached my water level, clicked on the diamond, which took a 1 year subscription £54.00, and didn’t give me a month free use!!!!! 😳😳😳😡😡😡 I emailed the developer straight away, NO REPLY 😡 I spoke with Apple 🍏 today and will keep them updated..Version: 1.2.1

It serves its purpose. This app allows you to track your water intake which is great. It’s easy to use and clear. I like that there is the option to choose the types of drinks you drink. But if you don’t want to spend money you can only log water, coffee, and milk. Many other options are restricted to pay only and that’s frustrating..Version: 1.1.8

It a good appIt is kinda annoying that if you don’t pay for premium you don’t get all the drinks and I drink tea every day.Version: 1.3

Unable to modify unless you buy?An app for tracking my oral H2O consumption is strictly for accessibility & convenience. I downloaded the “free” app today & I did not log my last few hours because I was out with my family. However, when I went back to add in my amounts the time was just past midnight. The app only allows for “adjusting daily totals” if you pay to be a member. I think I’ll just go back to tally marks. Totally deleting this app..Version: 1.3

Looks good butIt looks good but wish it was free and not just the trial.Version: 1.14

Rip off!The most expensive app I’ve seen in a long time..Version: 1.14

Needs improvementThis app is simple and helps remind you to drink but there is no way that I can find at least to delete a water entry logged by mistake or to delete a favorite size of water. I emailed support to ask and never heard back..Version: 1.14
