✓ Pretty greatSo far I’m loving it. I feel that the artillery needs a big buff. Even fully upgraded I find it fairly useless. It shoots way too slow and doesn’t deal enough damage. I wish it was able to target the middle of groups rather than wasting shots on the lead enemy who is normally very low HP. I have tried to use them in various ways but just find myself selling them and replacing them with plasma turrets. On the subject of buffing. I think the flame tower could use a 10% range buff and the MG could use a slight range nerf. These are not important though. The main problem is arty is pretty useless due to taking too long to fire and shots normally being wasted. The damage, fire rate and splash isn’t good enough to justify using them over other turrets. Overall though the game is great. I look forward to seeing what you guys do with it. Hopefully new turrets and enemies. I also hope you really expand in the upgrades. This honestly is one of the best TD games out there. Love the autonomous base vs zombie/mutant atmosphere and map design. Keep expanding on what you have. You found a formula that works..Version: 1.3

That being said it’s not meant to slight this game in anyway, this is a very good TD and it gives you your money worth. In the grand scheme of TD games this one does everything right, perfect difficulty progression , great upgrading with giving your own choice of what to focus on, I often wish they would make it even more nuanced and robust when it comes to upgrades but like I said this game does it good. When I started playing it I couldn’t put it down till I completed it, then went back and completed it on hard mode as well. I’ve been playing TD games well over a decade and this one is a paradoxical blend of great potential while being quite unbalanced. Still, it's fun and well worth the 2 bucks and a relief to play a game without IAPs or Ads. Good graphics, no crashes and nice touches like being able to change the priorities of the towers although, it doesn't always work as advertised :/ Hoping they'll add more maps as there aren't that many. ✓ The Perfect iPad GameThis is what gaming on the iPad is about. Great graphics, sound effects, and solid design throughout. Gets more complex as it goes along, but not overwhelming. Once you discover little tricks like upgrading bases, it’s quite manageable. It keeps you busy but not so frantic that you can’t enjoy watching the mayhem unfold. The story/level writing is excellent too. Good job. The aesthetic reminds me of Metroid Prime. Quite addictive. Need to keep an eye on special attacks and fortifications for timing so the x2/x4 multiplier would make that nigh impossible. Monsters are a tad small (graphically) on a phone device, but attacks and types vary and enjoy the interesting tower mixes needed to successfully fend them off. Definitely not a game where you get an OP tower and just rely on that to wipe everything. It doesn’t have the look of a game I’d usually get into. -HOWEVER- I have since spent at least an hour a day for the last few weeks testing different builds, challenging myself against the harder difficulties, and loving the feeling of activating Gatling guns and nuclear mortar fire against massive hordes of creatures. This game has taken the classic isometric feeling of older games, and turned it into a slaughterfest worth your time if you’re into the Tower Defence genre. -The only drawback, in my opinion- The only thing I would warn against is taking the very first stage/tutorial as being representative of the game. I did not care so much for my first time playing the first stage. However, on the second stage I was getting into it a lot more and enjoyed everything from there. ✓ Amazing, but...The game is amazing, hands down the best TD game out there. The pictures don’t do the game justice. I am only half way and playing the same levels at increasing difficulties is fun, and the survival mode is INSANE. To the creators; The upgrade animations for weapons take a long time, to the point where you need to forgo an upgrade because it ends up costing you the game, or the upgrade kicks in too late and the enemies are out of range. There is also no “cool time” between waves. We only control the first wave, the rest should be controlled as well, since the upgrades for weapons can take time whilst enemies are moving. So my two suggestions are; faster upgrades (almost instantaneous if possible), the ability to control when the next wave comes. In case this feels like it would defeat the purpose of the game, maybe these can be settings that are turned on or off, for people like me :).Version: 1.0.7

I always found that they were initially fun but either became too difficult or too passive 2112TD strikes the perfect balance of challenge and engagement. It requires several attempts of a level to learn the patterns and define a strategy. Tech points allow you to unlock upgrades and abilities These allow you to refine your strategy while forcing you to be actively involved in the defence in order to win. This game was way better than I thought and instead of preventing anyone from reaching your base this game is actually about keeping your base alive. Which I thought was a nice twist to what you see in most tower defense games. I like the pre rendered 3d art work really takes me back. Liked the upgrade system too. The weapons were pretty good only ones I didn’t use that much were the Gatling gun and flame pool gun I felt their counterparts were so much more useful. I wish there were more options for anti air the missle gun does do the job well and you can get a link to air units with lightning gun from ground units. All upgrades are earned through game play. Also, there is no need for streaming data, so the game can be played without an Internet connection. All of these features keep the focus on game play! My one suggestion would be a more refined tower targeting system. It is frustrating when a powerful weapon is targeting a distant boss while a closer boss is inflicting damage. So,e things could be better explained; It’s a little bit confusing figuring out how to use the support units such as the drones. The game was crashing and didn’t save my data so I had to restart the level. But I love tower defense so much, I kept playing. This might deter others, though. I’m still not quite sure what upgrading the big base does. Honestly, I’m surprised the game hasn’t been monetized at all. I’d pay money here and there to upgrade units. ✓ Tower Defense EnthusiastThe UI and graphics are excellent, small/medium level details such as the drone rockets curving around are very well done. I can’t even describe how well tuned this game is, the levels have to be played with focus and strategy to succeed. Early on, I was frustrated, and happened to notice “Boot Camp” video links in the menu. At this point (2.5M exp and growing), I can play through all levels and difficulties except Carrier Departure on Nightmare difficulty, I did beat it one time but can’t seem to repeat. ✓ Looking forward to a sequel.A simple but fun and well balanced tower shooter game. Slaughtering thousands of demons with your towers of destruction was cathartic and never got old during my time with the game. The art style is awesome, I love the grittiness and classic look of it. Some models could use higher resolutions, which I’m sure the newer phones could support, but the game has good graphics. Controls were easy and the interface was fine. My suggestions for the sequel would be better mission and turret variety. The game gets pretty repetitive and I found myself always using the game set up for almost each map in hardcore. Overall this game offers a fair and fun amount of content for you to enjoy at a very low price, definitely a recommended pick for tower defence lovers..Version: 1.96.63

✓ Great throwback to tower defence gamesThis game is a great little nostalgic nod to a genre I hadn’t played in the best part of a decade - if you’re feeling an itch to build some towers and shoot hordes of slow-moving enemies I highly recommend it. Kudos also to the developers for not being greedy - no in-app purchases, just pay once and get the full game. Given what they’re charging for it it’s a steal. A few minor niggles: I felt the mechanics of the drone could have been explained more clearly (it took me until nearly the end of the game to figure out why my drone missiles weren’t damaging flying enemies), and tapping the screen to fire missiles obscures your view of the field and quickly gets annoying. Also having one drone that shoots missiles *and* buffs your turrets simultaneously was confusing - these mechanics should have been split up IMO. ✓ Too difficultOk, initially thought this was too difficult, but advice from the developer guided me and i’ve now managed to progress significantly into the game. Utterly enjoyable but also demanding so utilise the different weapons for the best outcome. I have dropped a star because i’ve had one crash (survival at level 33) so lost that game. Only happened once so i believe this is rare. The other reason is 1) I’d like to be able to lower a defence wall because sometimes, it provides a blind spot so weapons are unable to attack and whilst rare, that lost me a game! Also, sometimes, the UI gets in the way of the game, especially when releasing weapons from the drone, i run the risk of releasing the next attack level too soon. ✓ Decent for £2This is a pretty good TD for the price, it’s nice not to have it filled with ads and micro transactions everywhere. Game play is good and visuals remind me of the original c&c tiberium sun. I haven’t completed it yet but it seems like I have reached the highest tier of turrets already. At first I wasn’t sure about the graphics from the screenshot as they are very 90’s but I grew up playing old C&C games so I guess I’m just use to it? They work perfectly well for the game and I don’t even notice really. Now the game itself is really good, I love the variations in the towers and the upgrades/choices, the barrier and active abilities from you command centre and fully upgraded towers too! There’s a lot going on to keep you busy and it’s not a cake walk you can’t just plonk them down randomly and expect to win here. TLDR if you like TD games then do yourself a favour and buy this, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve now completed normal mode and it’s been the most addictive game I’ve played in a while.
