✓ Doesn’t integrate properly with Notifications or BluetoothThe app works at a basic level, ie. I can unlock the door to let myself in and see a history of calls. However, despite agreeing to allow notifications & Bluetooth during installation, the app does not show up in Settings->Privacy & Security->Bluetooth, nor Settings->Notifications, nor somehow in the Settings full application list. This prevents me being able to configure notifications to come through any focus modes which renders the video call/unlock portion of the app pointless..Version: 4.0.0
✓ UnsafeThis new app is unsafe rather just having a remote and pushing it. We have to pick up our phones and look for the app and text it open. It goes against texting and driving there’s also a delay and looking for the correct open and also better in it at times. Very disappointed.Version: 3.9.7
✓ IssuesSystem is not working the way it supposed to access Hass to be looked at in different ways than what it is because the initial screen does not open up the gate.Version: 4.3.0

✓ Great idea but unreliableSometimes the guest codes work, sometimes not. I recheck to see if the dates are invalid but they are not….Version: 3.9.8
✓ Nice Looking App but…I wish there were clearer ways to understand what access point is which. This may be a CMS, or vendor side, as opposed to what the API is getting back. But categories of parking garage gate vs elevator would be nice. Favoriting or even GPS, it knows I’m near elevator 2, show me that first in the list..Version: 3.9.2
✓ Bad, buggy appThis app logs me off roughly once a week, and then refuses to let me log back in. After hitting the log in button many times it will finally log in. This always seems to happen when I have taken a walk, and am now locked out of my apartment gate trying to log in. This is definitely the apps fault. Secondly our apartment equipment goes offline at least monthly, which also inhibits access. This app gets a one star review because it has completely failed to match what a physical gate access box could do. A keypad, a clicker or a a key fob all would have worked much better. Frankly, equipment that controls wether you are locked out of your house or not is a complete failure if it has even a 90% success rate..Version: 3.9
✓ Needs updatesIf k can only get inside via this app, there should be no bugs. It’s inconvenient and glitches. The gate does unlock although it says it’s unlocked.Version: 3.9.2
✓ Guest passes are terribleToo many restrictions on the guest pass administration. You can’t just renew a pass. Instead you have to issue a new pass. What a pain it is for me and my family to get new codes..Version: 4.3.0

✓ Keeps logging me outThis app has a lot of potential and when it works it’s great, but logs you out when needed the most. It causes a lot of stress when cars are waiting for you to log in again..Version: 3.9.1
✓ Gate-opening apps are inconvenient and unecessaryUnlocking gates from your phone while driving is unsafe and inconvenient. Plus, what happens if one's phone is dead or without service? More often than not our gate is offline, so we have to take ridiculous detours to get in and out. Nothing beats a good old-fashioned key fob..Version: 3.9.5
✓ Pain in the neck, and on all levelsOne has to have her phone fully charged and with her in rain, cold sleet, hail, windy whatever to get into any mail room, fitness room, clubhouse gate, etc. A fob was much easier. Lazy staff..Version: 4.0.0

✓ The jury is still out!The app seems to work fine as the front south gate…the one that I use more frequently than the others, responds perfectly. The only Caveat is the fact that my iPhone has a driver observer app from my auto insurance company that watches the way I drive including if I even so much as touch my iPhone while my cars engine is running. When I enter the property, and access the app to open the gate, this is interpreted as me using the iPhone while driving the car..thus resulting in points that affect my future car insurance rates. I do hope that ORION took this into consideration before installing this system….Version: 3.9.7
✓ Doesn’t workThis is really a crappy system that works intermittently, sometimes the screen populates sometimes it does not. I would not waste the trouble. Have had the tech repair person out twice and he cannot figure it out either and he works for the company..Version: 4.2.0
✓ Literally locked out of my buildingGarbage app. Logged out, password reset goes to a 500 internal error page, their business support phone line is disconnected, and when you call their “main” phone line for other products you are told “I can’t help you”. ✓ Allow users to pin/save fav doors!For residents living in large Apt complexes, the ability to pin favorite doors/gates at the top would be extremely helpful!!! Having to scroll all the way through 40+ listed doors to get to the garage gate at the bottom is not convenient. The door I most often enter is near the bottom too. I typically use only 3-4 doors daily in the complex, so being able to save these at the top would make using this app a lot more enjoyable. Thanks!.Version: 4.4.0

✓ Great capabilities; Poor SupportWhile I have had no problem intuitively using the app, many in my community are having a terrible experience with it. I’ve searched hi and lo for tutorials to walk my neighbors through it, and there are no online instructions, only promo videos to glibly sell the product to property managers. That’s great for your company, but useless to the end user who may live in a community with an awol or overworked property manager. Whether one is tech savvy or not, you should provide step by step instructions for every feature. One shouldn’t have to go through their property manager…especially one who never responds. I know that’s not your problem, but ultimately the residents are your end user/customer and an interface with them would serve everyone well all around..Version: 4.5.0
