✓ App not respondingI really enjoyed this app to start with, however recently clicking to open the app on a Mac has resulted in a "Core Data Error" alert showing up. ✓ Security is an issueI like Everlog - it's very functional and looks quite attractive, but it only lets you set a 4-digit pin for security - and it doesn't even lock you out after many failed attempts to enter it. ✓ No encryptionI love this app, but there is one major issue that prevents me from using it. For something this personal where you would potentially put details of your life and some of your most intimate thoughts, feelings, or ideas there should be end-to-end encryption at a minimum. Especially, in today’s climate. Something you write now would be accessed and used later. I would love to be able to use this app for what it’s intended for. ✓ Laggy on M2 Macbook airUsing any sort of templates with the 'fill in fields' makes typing super laggy on any entry that has a 'prompt' field rendered. No issues typing in entries without the template prompt field features. Also, would love to @ tag people instead of using #.MatthiasIamVersion: 2.2.9

✓ Not worth it at the momentFull version is $36. Guess what that unlocks —> iCloud sync, multiple journals, password protection and a few extra app icons. I understand the dev wants a return on the time and energy that went into making this thing but $36 USD (or $17/year or $2/month) is just a stupid ask for what you get in return. Other note apps with identical features are not nearly as expensive. I recommend swiping back, maybe changing your search words and finding another notes app..Extra cheese pleaseVersion: 1.0.1

✓ Nice idea, lacks of optionsThis apps looks amazing: minimalist, nice design and on point, but it lacks of options. I've loved to see an rich text editor, where i can make font bold, italic and that stuff and i cant embed or attach images or videos yet. I think these features are essentials. ✓ No option to printThis is much the same as day one, without the option to send to an airprinter or a variety of apps. Day One is limited in this way, but at least you can print an entry. ✓ Love the app, BUT...I love the layout and function of the app, but what journaling apps need to relize is the need for end-to-encryption and this app doesn't seem to have it. A journal (diary) can contain the most personal of information about ones life so the need to have it totally locked down to ONLY the owner of the journal is a must!!
