✓ Please helpSuddenly it is telling me “network request timeout please try again” for 2 days now. I am unable to login or do anything now. Any help would be great..Version: 4.24.1.1
✓ Basic timing errorsApp works well with the new Gan Halo smart timer, and there are no problems with connecting or accuracy. However there are some issues when analysing previous times on the group data page: - If you delete a record it still counts towards your AO5/AO12/AO100 - Some of the stats on this page are inaccurate - There’s no way to scroll if you’ve done >100 solves - When you reset times in the group data page, it doesn’t reset the blue box on the timer page showing your AO5 etc..Version: 4.21.1.2

✓ GanThe designer for your cube are good but the one for the app are horrible. Look the app of Xiaomi giiker, the UI is simple. Plus, can't change the default cube orientation even after changing the scramble orientation. You designed a new box for the I carry I think you can change the application. How? ✓ Used to work :/I used to love this app, I had been using it for the past year. However recently when I would go to 1v1 people it would never find anyone for me and I wouldn’t be able to battle which is kinda the main reason I spend $80 on a cube. I deleted the app and re downloaded it. I got past the logo screen once and tried to login but it kept saying network error or something? Anyway I couldn’t get in and I deleted it again and re downloaded it l, again and now I can’t even get passed the logo. Please fix this ASAP this was one of my favorite apps! :(.Version: 3.3

✓ I had to return the cubeSuch a shame because the cube is amazing but this software doesn’t do anything it is supposed to which renders the cube useless. I was in chat with them on your tube for 3 hours ending videos of my issues, I asked for a part refund and they refused so I went to PayPal and they granted my full refund of the cube plus the £15 it took to post it back to them. 5 months later it was returned to me because they didn’t pick it up from China Post customs even thought they were notified by customs and me that it was there with a reference..Version: 3.1
✓ Timer is practically useless on the appThe timer is practically useless on the app. I can’t do anything without a smart cube. Why is there even an option to connect a timer to the app if it is basically useless? Overall, devs, please add a feature for the smart timer to be able to be used in the app. Also, the non smart cube category for multiplayer is always offline. ✓ Please look developersThis app is great and has taught me many quicker algs but when I play online on qualifying I got so far winning and losing but then when the new season started and all my trophies went away I started to not get matched to people who also average around a minute and was matched with people getting around 20 seconds and even 10 leaving me with not time to solve my cube before the next game I have won once and I want to have better skill matching but the cube is good and the app is reletevly good just that one problem. ✓ Awful but still an improvement from previous versionStill no app support. Cube is amazing. App and support is pathetic. Don’t buy. Overpriced cube that you can’t compete with. ———- I wrote the below review in September 2020 and still had no reply. There is no better version available yet. Have the devs given up? Does GAN care about its customers? I have spent a lot of money on GAN cubes and find their app support pathetic. 1 star only because I can’t give 0. ———————————- We need App support. This could be great as the hardware is incredible. (Gan I v2) Constantly have to reset the cube within the app as it somehow scrambles the cube randomly within the app. This is not an easy process and clicking the buttons in the app are not great either. The training is just awful. Not intuitive. Maybe a pro would disagree but look at this from a beginner point of view and try to figure it out... good luck. If you use the updated version of the app then there are some improvements but still overall a terrible application. Hire me to help with your business improvement GAN. Lol, still no app support. What’s worse is no one cares about these reviews so good luck to GAN moving forward. I suggest reaching out to your customers if you want them to spend over the top prices for your products..Version: 3.4
✓ Syncing is a problemIt syncs with white on top but the sides are never in the right place to begin with making all the other functions useless.Version: 4.26.1.1
✓ This app is hot garbageTook forever to sync the gan cube, eventually had to restart the app to find the cube. Got it synced with the app but the orientation in the app is completely wrong. Tried to do solved sync but could not get the app to recognize the way I’m holding it. Finally figured out I could tap the cube on the home page and drag it to match mine. Ok fine. Then tried to do solo timer and works fine for the first round but then in the second round the scramble has all wrong moves. As an example it will tell me F and the illustration is R, even though the cube is in sync now everything in the scramble is backwards and it changes every round. Terrible app. It’s too bad as the cubes are great. Need to get someone from GoCube over here to fix this app..Version: 4.25.1.1

✓ Like the app, but…the screen doesn’t fit.One of the problems I noticed with the app right away. The screen is not shaped for the newer Apple devices with the full screen that has that black dip at the top for the mic, cam, and whatnot. It would be great if you could fix that problem because it’s pretty annoying to have to flip my phone around just to read and press the left side menu. Also you can’t change your email address…ever. So it’s best you choose an email you’ll never, ever lose. It would be great if the developers added the ability to update your email address. As that is a very basic feature that’s pretty important in my opinion. If you do that, then I’ll be super happy😊.Version: 3.5
✓ Super Buggy appThis app has a lot of potential. However the problems are many. It can take 30 minutes to load sometimes longer. Trying to connect online is hit or miss. If you try to play with friends the chat part will crash the app. Also does not register if your friends are on correctly or not. If you create a private room to play with friends in you are only going to get a few rounds before the app crashes or the server kicks you out. There are some good tutorials on how to solve but the rest of it that is the most interesting is buggy at best..Version: 3.8

I like conecting my GAN timer to the app and using it to solve my cube over and over with out having to record anything but it still records my times! ✓ Useless unless an “i” cubeDownloaded the app as I bought a (non smart) 356M cube and came with a card stating to download the app and a code for the tutorials - it will get me nowhere without a GAN-i cube. The CFOP library seems useful. However it will not give you the moves to achieve the needed scrambles if you don’t have a smart cube.
