✓ This app is a JOKEI arrived at the Hotel in Calgary. Apparently, I can use my Phone as a Key…. No I can’t!!!! It’s asking me for a “Key Reference Code” which is NO WHERE to be found??? Also, my complementary drink was supposed to be automatically updated in the App when I checked in…. NOPE, it did not. Whomever is in charge of this App and its functionality and integration with the backend should be asked to use it for a bit…. Or get fired..Dado1470Version: 3.5.0

✓ When is this being integrated into Accor ALL App ?The App still seems volatile, have to delete and re-download it sometimes to get it to behave. Perhaps good that it is not yet integrated into the AccorHotels centralised ALL App… Wonder how other Hotel Chains provide a better experience inside a singular App, while Accor requires still a multitude of Apps….RangerFoxVersion: 3.0.1

✓ Customer service is terribleThis is the second time I’ve had to deal with Accor customer service. My bookings don’t display on the app or the website. I brought it up almost 6 months ago, and told me that I have a bug issue that is seemingly impossible to fix. The Accor guys told me to get my bookings directly from fairmont, but every time I try to find my bookings on fairmont, it redirects me to Accor. I’ve been hung up on twice and my last email hasn’t been responded too in three weeks. Trash app. Trash staff..Somedude1949Version: 3.0.10
