✓ Used to Work Great Now best to AvoidI used to get instant transfer from my debit card to millions but now it says it takes 3-5 days and in most cases it takes the full 5 days. So I will no longer be using this app because why would you wait 5 days for your money to settle on millions when you can just use your debitcard and dont have to transfer. The chance to win something on millions in exchange for waiting for your money to show up on your Millions account is not worth the benefit..Version: 2.2.5
✓ Extremely excessive notifications, even when I turned them offIf you turn notifications off through the app it doesn't actually do anything. It's too much. Way too much. I know giveaways happen everyday, I don't need three reminders throughout the day that a giveaway is going on. Especially not when I've turned off notifications. I swear it felt like my entire phone became a website with popup ads..Version: 2.1.3
✓ DONT GETI liked the card the first few times I’ve used it. But I’ve noticed lately that it’s over charging my card when I swipe and I don’t get the money back. And when I return something to a store and they give my money back to the card I don’t get it. At all. The app glitches a lot. Always kicks me off of my debit card that it’s linked to and makes me keep logging in. I don’t trust this app anymore. They steal money..Version: 2.2.4
✓ Needs ImprovementThere’s absolutely no way to get help with this app. When I emailed them I was told to use the question mark in the app, but whenever I go there I automatically get a message that says “something went wrong, give it another try”. I sent them a video of it and never got a response. I tried transferring money from my bank account to the app, and it was taken out of my account, but still says pending on the app. I constantly have to reconnect my bank account to the app and none of it is worth it for the actual chances of winning anything..Version: 2.2.0
✓ The app don’t work no moreI never write a review but I feel like I should! I’ve tried updating and it says it’s updated and everything and every time I open this app and try anything it says try again or contact support and I can’t get off that page! It crashes and won’t let me on the app after a few times and when I try to go to support online it says server not found so I don’t know how to fix it! ✓ Used to be goodUsed to be a great app, had twitch streams giving away money, Reddit and Instagram and Twitter giveaways too. Weekly challenges were fun and you could put money on the card from a debit card. Now the streams are done, no Reddit giveaways, the Instagram giveaways give a fraction of what they used to. Their weekly challenges are terrible and instead of giving money they give tickets (which rarely get you anything). 100 tickets will maybe get you $1 if you’re lucky. They also took away debit card loading so if your bank isn’t on plaid, your millions card is useless. Pretty disappointed..Version: 2.2.5
✓ Still figuring it outI won’t say it’s a bad app but I won’t say it’s good either. I just downloaded it last week, I link my back account and transferred funds so I can use my millions card. I transferred funds Wednesday here it is Tuesday and I’m still “pending “ so I will say if you need your money right away this isn’t the app for you..Version: 2.2.3
✓ It doesn’t workI’m not gonna say this app is a scam, but I’ve had this app for like 2 years now and I was put on the waiting list for a millions card. I forgot all about the app and I come back and nothing works. I press link card for cash back and it says error contact support. I try entering in a drawing and it says the same thing. If it doesn’t say that it just kicks me out of the app randomly..Version: 2.4.0
✓ Worse Experience EverI downloaded the app, applied for the card and was approved. I was told that my card was on the way. A few days later I try to login on my app and it tells me that my phone number is incorrect. I contact customer service only to be told that my account was canceled. I never canceled it so what happened. They informed me to contact online app support. I did and was told the exact same thing with no explanation and then told to contact customer service. Many phone calls and emails back and forth and still no answers. I have been sent the new card, but unable to use it as I’ve been told that my account is not in compliance but nobody can tell me what makes it not in compliance so that I can possibly fix the issue. Worse experience ever and I guess it’s better that I don’t have a card with a company that is unable to provide simple answers for simple questions. Beware..Version: 2.2.3
✓ Don’t work with my bankI started with a deposit from my bank card and now that option went away. I used my card do add money to my millions card several times and now it say I have to link my bank but it keep saying no connectivity? How can I go back to using my bank card? That way was faster anyway it was instant transfer..Version: 2.2.0
✓ Glitchy and Bad Customer ServiceUpdate: If you return things you paid for with Millions, make sure you got your money back. I returned some things I bought with millions weeks or months ago and have realized the returns were never processed. Millions customer service was clueless about it as usual. Going to file an official complaint. Before I was able to transfer money from the app to my bank account. All of a sudden I got an error message saying I can’t withdraw my money and to speak to customer service. I contact customer service and they told me to go to an ATM. I said I do not want to, I want to transfer on the app like I have always done but they said I am no longer eligible. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will not be using this app anymore if they are going to be holding my money hostage and saying I am no longer eligible without telling me or giving me a reason why. Unacceptable..Version: 2.2.3
✓ App is a waste of time. Enter contest thru Twitter.I was on the millions train early on & I won money on their instragram in 2021 & then again on Twitter 2022. I had the debit card and would enter the contest regularly. They told us they were changing banks in the summer and It’s been 2 months since the card stopped working in September. If you win thru this app there no way to collect so you won’t get your money. Save yourself & just enter thru Twitter where they actually pay thru cashapp..Version: 2.3.0
✓ FraudI’m not sure why but as soon as i made a deposit on my account they closed my account for fraud. I verified all my information. Now i have money stuck on my account that they actually took from me. I have all the proof that i was fully verified i even sent a utility bill. Took a week from me to here something back. ✓ Banned from processing debit cardsDon’t bother using this app. The Millions company has been banned by visa and MasterCard meaning there is no instant funding or withdrawals. Every transaction to fund your account or withdrawal funds from your account will take 7 to 10 days if your bank will even accept an ACH from them. Once a company is banned by Visa and MasterCard for the instant xfer system most smaller banks will block all xfer types from those on the banned list..Version: 2.2.6
✓ MoneyI’ve used this app a-lot and this is the first problem I’ve encountered I transferred money from my bank account onto my card and it said it’s pending it should transfer in 3-5 business days it’s been well over that the money was taken out of my bank account but isn’t on my millions card idk what’s going on but I want my money back.Version: 2.2.4
✓ Love the concept, the app needs workI love using my millions card. Who doesn’t love free money? I’ve won at least $10 just by occasionally using the card for things I would’ve bought anyways. The problem I have, is whenever I open the app, it’s always broken. It won’t refresh or allow me to sign out. I have to delete the app and redownload it anytime I wanna see my tickets or how much money I have on my card. I hope this is fixed soon because I really do love using millions..Version: 2.1.8
✓ Can’t add fundsI’ve tried for over a month now. I’ve attempted to link my account to add funds over a dozen of times. I keep getting a “redirect workflow” error glitch. I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling Millions. I reached out to customer service & was told that it would “work it self out”. I was excited to try this now I’m totally turned off. Why do we have to link accounts anyway? It would be much easier & reassuring if we could use Apple Pay or any other cash app..Version: 2.2.6
✓ Extremely Long WaitlistI really like the app and often participate in surveys to earn tickets to enter the daily drawings. I’ve even won a dollar doing so. I would love to be able to use the rest of the features but I’ve yet to have the opportunity to get a card. It’s been close to 4 months now. I’ve tried contacting support, but they tell me they have no estimated timeframe either. I understand the waitlist, but I just wish I had an idea of how long the wait may be..Version: 2.3.0
✓ High hopesI had some really high hopes for this card, especially since the face of it was a black man and me being one to support my people, I was really hoping this would be a great card to use to win incentives for spending, etc. but my disappointment came in when Bankcorp separated from them, after they constantly advertised to use direct deposit in their app, Twitter, email, etc even now! BUT, they didn’t feel the need to put this update in the app itself, and get surprised when ppl who use their APP don’t see current information as vital as no longer accepting deposits on their card. I’ve waste two weeks of my life having to figure out how to get my money because my check was sent back to my job. Now I’m literally behind on bills because of this ‘small change’ and I wish they would have more concern for their customers. Everybody might not use Twitter or email as a source of info as much as the APP THEY ADVERTISE FOR US TO USE when it comes to major company changes like this. Either way, I’m sure my disappointment and lack of support won’t change this, just wanted to express how when you’re asking ppl to support you with THEIR money, I would think y’all would do everything in your power for your customers to know, especially when A LOT of your customers work paycheck to paycheck and rely on your company to make sure those funds get from point A to point B. Good luck to them but I will no longer be supporting…..Version: 2.3.0
