✓ Outstandingly Helpful from the StartI enrolled just this morning, and their technician Mona has spent a large part of the day helping me with a hacked Facebook account. The fix for this seemed increasingly complicated, so this nice lady offered to submit the forms to Facebook herself from information I provided. Beyond that, she expertly and quickly fielded some other security questions. As far as the app itself, it’s an easy step-by-step process to set up your accounts and devices for monitoring.
