✓ Fun to play!I have sunk about $30 into the game (yearly pass, top-up) and I’m enjoying it immensely! The new Monopoly event was awesome! And Stronghold War has excellent rewards! I’m really enjoying this game and I want the devs to know they are doing a great job! Please make prestige easier to gain. That’s the only thing that makes me frustrated, is waiting for my prestige to pile up, sometimes days after I’ve managed to make more than enough money to level up too. It’d be nice to have the rewards in Salterns event cost less too. The rewards you can get from that event’s exchange shop are minimal. Have a great day!.Version: 2.8
✓ Addictive yet have some issues especially with genderI like the game however as a female person, I am referred as “father” and “dad” from children in game which makes me think that even if I have a female main character I’m still somehow a man? 😅 Seems quite awkward… And also, short scenarios and events resets very often I can’t keep up and finish it. ✓ Wonderful game!Great game! I’ve been playing Golden Bazaar for a good bit and I’m glad this game has its similarities while remaining unique. My only complaints/suggestions are these. I like that you can have both male and female Beauties, but it’s a bit weird to have the male Esquire be the mother of an heir. Also, some of the events talk about wives when GB had “companions” as the key word to keep it gender neutral. If there was a way to use that similar gender neutral terminology regarding the harem since you can have both male and female beauties, that would be awesome. I also would like to second another review in stopping the mechanic of the heir’s voice line playing every time I tap to raise them. It gets annoying especially when I fast tap to get through vitality quickly. Other than that, I love this game!.Version: 1.6

✓ Surprisingly EntertainingI’m not gonna say this game is perfect, the genre of “mobile games that rely on idle rewards and offer a lot of almost game breaking advantages when you pay irl money” is inherently predatory and flawed, but it is a ton of fun. In comparison to other games of similar concepts like King’s Choice, Trading Legend has a lot more features and a lot more rewards, which makes it feel more immersive and entertaining. ✓ Connecting to gameI love this game but it is extremely frustrating for me to get into it. It will just sit saying connecting forever until I have to exit out of the program and try it again. On average I have to do that at least 3 times to get in sometimes more and sometimes I have to restart my iPad to get it to finally load. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have given it 5 stars. ✓ I love this game but…….Trading Legends is everything I want in a game. The music is beautiful. The content keeps your attention and there is just the right amount of variety. Unfortunately, since I upgraded to the 4th gen iPad, I’ve had serious struggles logging it. I have to close and reopen no less than 4 times to get to my server. Some days it is super frustrating when I just want to unwind with my game. If it wasn’t for this, I would give this game a 5 star rating, hands down!.Version: 1.7

✓ Actually A Good GameI’ve been playing this game for atleast a few months, and it has been great. I am strictly a F2P player, but I have still been progressing at a good speed. I have never once been called any names or disrespected within the chats, I have only been supported. Many server, and especially guild mates, will help rank you up as fast as possible, making it much easier. The main issue, and conversation within this game, is about the servers. It is nice that there are many servers, but there are never new players directed to “older” servers. This makes it so that the server usually becomes 1-3 active guilds, and the rest is dead. Many want some sort of “merge” to happen between older and newer servers. Or at the very least start sending new players to older servers. This would not only create more player connections, but will also help in people wanting to leave due to inactive players. If you cannot merge, it would be nice to be able to transfer your account and progress to other servers, so then you wouldn’t have to be starting all over. Especially for the people who are Pay to Win..Version: 2.1

✓ Absolutely Entertaining!I’ve played both Golden Bazaar and (as of now) Trading legend and I can’t put them down, mixing idle play with kingdom ruling games is why I love these so much! Might I suggest though, turn off the voicing for the retainers and heirs for TL so it doesn’t spam when I’m working on improving them? it’s a little annoying when I’m trying to focus on them. But other than that, both beautiful games (Art design and functionality) Keep up the great work! And always happy to give theme suggestions for future games..Version: 1.3

✓ This game really is funI saw an ad for this game and decided i would download it since i’m currently in summer break and am looking for way to keep me entertained. I’ve been playing this game for less than a week and have gained 1 million earnings per second without spending money on the game. You really have to work at this game and get into a good guild early on to become good. If it wasn’t for my guilds level of activity i wouldn’t have played this game so long. I’m a very competitive person so trying to get leveled up fast enough to keep a good rank on my server is hard but also allows me to have something to look forward to. Overall if you like tycoon games and older Chinese art this is the game for you!.Version: 2.7
✓ AddictiveThe game is pretty addictive, and most of the people you come across are friendly. 1 star taken away because it works across time zones, and in the UK there are a lot of things you can end up missing out on. Also, the game sort of punishes you if you don’t wanna pay real life money - you get rewards for events, but most of these aren’t stackable, so you literally HAVE to pay (quite a significant amount of money, sometimes the minimum is around £45gpb) to get the outfit/character/creature you want. I would personally prefer if there were more competitions in game that didn’t favour those willing to pay so much - paying gives so many the opportunity to be OP, so you’re putting in all this time and effort to level up, but it means nothing if you don’t pump in cash. But, like I say, I enjoy the game enough, just wish it had a bit more balance. Don’t download it if you’re a sore loser, cos you will lose most of the time!.Version: 2.0

Other than that, the game is great with a great community. ✓ I’m a Game hopperI usually don’t play games for more than a month, I always run out of things to do and I assumed this game would be the same. Surprisingly, I was wrong, this game has SO much to do. At the early levels you have enough content and the leveling is consistent enough to keep you busy for at least an hour, maybe more. There are always rotating events, wheels, prizes and other helpful items you get just for playing. On top of that, the content only grows as your level gets higher and you unlock more to do. There’s nothing that you can do wrong and even though it used to be P2W I don’t think it’s like that anymore. I love tycoon\idle games and so far this is the most addicting one. Fans of the game fate of the empress would enjoy this too, and maybe even fans of Genshin impact. The most annoying thing that I would really like to change is the fact that when you are upgrading an character, retainer, or a beauty in the game they keep repeating the same line over and over and over again which, as you can imagine, annoying. ✓ Honest Review from an Asian- First off, this game is mostly P2W, BUT as a F2P player myself, it's not hard to level up, as long as you do the dallies. - In my server specifically Midas-S4, I haven't seen anyone getting bullied in world chat, it's mostly just people supporting/helping each other. Although the chat is not moderated, I still think a report chat button should be implemented just in case a problem ensues. - I see that a main issue for people is how the game is "sexist/racist". Well, considering this game is based of Ancient China, it just makes sense. In the Ancient days, women were not respected and mostly seen as an object to gain heirs and damsels in distress. This game easily portrays that, and it may be considered "sexist", but you cannot deny what happened in the past, and this game basically just teaches you history (in a fictional/cartoony sense). Also, I don't recall how a character having slanted eyes is "racist" when that's a prominent facial feature on many asians. - This game just reminds me of wuxia and xianxias, which are both period CDramas, so I guess I have a different viewpoint than most. - Honestly, if you have an issue with the game's design, then don't play it, but also don't write hateful reviews filled with slander because of your ignorance of Chinese history..Version: 1.7
