✓ Best app to help with drinking to muchI have been using this app for the past month to help track and reduce how much I drink, and it is amazing. I am a combat veteran and realized that my drinking was starting to get the upper hand on me but I didn’t want to stop drinking completely. This app helped me just raise my awareness of how much I was drinking and gave me the tools to help myself get it under control.
