✓ Where are the settings/options?Okay so my main issue is that there’s no options menu, so you can’t change stuff like audio, sounds, visuals, text, language, etc… it’s a good idea, but I feel like an options menu is something that’s supposed to be in the game immediately, and not added in an update..HdjdgwjndVersion: 1.1.11

✓ SobbingLook see, I love devsisters to death, but this game gets mentally draining pretty quickly, especially its event as well.. and the entire process of it drains me out a bit too much. Of course, the concept of the game is interesting along with the way you can interact with other players and see the characters cute little silly emotes and animations, but, I'm usually more of a person to play games to either get my mind off something or to spend my day relaxing and going on my own pace but, with it's lengthy process of leveling up and progressing through the game, it starts feeling more like a chore than actually enjoying the game itself y'know? Although, I will admit, the designs are very cute and very well designed but, I do wish there were more ways getting coins a lot more quicker considering you'll have to depend on it a lot especially when it comes to building. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE REFUND YOUR PLAYERS ONCE THEY DELETE THE BLUEPRINTS FROM THEIR BLUEPRINT CONSTRUCTION INVENTORY THINGY OR AT LEAST GIVE US A WAY TO GET IT BACK ONCE WE'VE DELETED THEM 😭😭🙏 like ik it was a silly thing for me to do to delete them but losing 10k worth of my coins physically and mentally hurted me a lot inside 💔💔.NicholePlayz268Version: 1.0.21

✓ Creation and other problemsI feel that the premium bricks should still be available, or atleast people be able to get more bricks over the progress of the game, because then anything you design is rather bland compared to all your other buildings. ✓ DisappointingCrashes about once every 20 mins which is usually during building so it deletes all the progress. I tried building a larger building 3 times before giving up. The controls for exploring cites feels cheap and clunky, and the controls for building are too simple for a building game. It would be great to be able to tilt the building up to look under ledges and place there. Half slabs should be placeable on the top half of a block not just the bottom. 60% of blocks are ‘premium’ and will need a subscription after the free first week (to hook you) I like the gacha system for special blocks and characters but a subscription for basic ones is crazy.ShgfbmnxhgfxvmhhVersion: 1.0.21

✓ Fun Stuff is ExpensiveI’m loving this game so far! But my free premium membership ran out and immediately I noticed a lack of ability to build complex things. It’s still possible somewhat but it’s very very hard and doesn’t look as good. If the premium wasn’t $7.99 a month I might consider buying it, but $7.99 a month for building materials in a sandbox mobile game is insane. I think devsisters really needs to rethink that if they want people to keep playing after that free membership runs out. For reference, the minimum premium subscription for crunchy roll (a massive streaming service) is $7.99 a month. I pay less per month on a student discount DoorDash membership ($5 a month) than what devsisters is charging for some multicolored and uniquely shaped brix in their sandbox building game..UwuscopeVersion: 1.0.21

Everything is a time sink, and this takes all the fun out of city building. And as another reviewer said, the design of the game puts a cap on creativity. You have to subscribe if you don’t want creating to be an aggravating slog. I’ve been a heavy player since launch, hoping engagement would improve and even buying the pass a couple times. ✓ Fun…until you enjoy playing?The game is pretty enjoyable, until you play too much. The more you play the less the mechanics of the game apply. Over-priced city tours, under-whelming events and corresponding rewards. It’s like the devs didn’t expect people to like the game for a sustained period of time. Oh, and prolonged delays in updates and downtimes that are extended past reported time, are frustrating. Put some info out, “Come back later” is obnoxious. ✓ New Camera-Mode Ruins ItI genuinely love this game. One of my favorite things to do was run around mine/others' to collect presents and waterboard. Until the latest update. The camera moving directions as you walk around makes me motion sick and disoriented. Not going to cities and collecting presents/Pipos means that without that function, I'm missing out on over 100 gems a day. I wish I could keep playing, but it's not worth putting time into when I'm locked out of 1/3 of the gameplay..Lol_nahVersion: 2.0.11

✓ GlitchyNeed a quicker way to log in for account save. Had to uninstall because it got stuck on the commercial building it forces you to put in and says I don’t have anyone that fits the role. Then the pop up does nothing, locking you in and making it unplayable. Even when reinstalling I had to sit through the tutorial again until could unlock the settings. ✓ Settings???It has a cute aesthetic, but the tutorial is really long and you can’t access the settings until you’ve finished it (~level 4). I have no idea why this was done, other than to prevent players from the developer’s other games from downloading it, linking them, and deleting it within a few minutes after receiving the reward in the other game. ✓ A little deceptive in building materialsLook, it’s a gacha game. Of course i’m gonna expect some in-app purchases and a membership program. For the most part it’s a a pretty fun game if you like tycoon games and building games. But if you’re gonna buy other people’s blueprints with your in-game currency, make sure you check first what brix they used or you will not be able to make them cohesive with the rest of your city. Builds made by the devs have the fun added bonus of using items that havent even been added to the rest of the game yet, along with using member-exclusive brix. Your color pallet is incredibly limited, but gets a little better once youve completed sets of pipos and get the brix from building their community buildings and once you’ve gotten you city up to… idk, around the early 20’s i felt like i could actually start building what i wanted. Hopefully the variety of stuff you’ll have access to will get better as the game has gone through a few more updates, i’m just losing interest from getting too frustrated with the stuff i’m locked out of without enough incentive personally to keep going or buy better materials with real world currency once i have the actual means. ✓ Bugs are annoyingThis game seemed cute and everything but there is one bug that makes any of the charm disappear instantly and makes me want to uninstall. The bug being that when trying to build something from a blueprint the blocks bug out and won’t place even if you are in the correct placement. Something that should only take 3 minutes to make becomes 10-15 minutes or I get so frustrated I just use gems to instantly build it just to end my suffering. ✓ Nice game, but one part needs to be fixed…Hello, I’ve been playing your games ever since ovenbreak around late 2020 and there are super fun but most of them are getting more p2w/grindy… I always loved the kingdom aspect in CRK so this game kinda feels like a better/different version of that, but there is one huge problem, HEALING ESSENCE… I really hate how you obtain it currently and I really hope it gets reworked soon… like it’s gonna take forever to build a 6x6 building in my city because I have to build up on the other spots where the 6x6 building could of been placed. Also the price and time to restore a title increases too quickly and it always feels like when I build a really expensive 2x2 building just to waste my time and effort to only have enough to repair two titles… I really hope the healing essence obtainment method gets reworked soon our we get another way to obtain because I really want to have a huge city. ✓ 😢I download the game and i finished the tutorial and everything. i play crk and i wanted to log in because i wanted to get free stuff. i logged in with apple then i saw that on crk i logged in with google so i also logged that. i go to cooke run kingdom and nothing would work so i closed the app and i opened it back up and it said they couldn’t log in so i clicked on google and it’s transferred me to my alt acc. i had so much on that acc and when i tell you i bursted out crying. I BURSTED OUT CRYING. i really want my stuff back because i’ve been playing for 2 years. i almost had every cookie and now i only have 36. i was almost down with all the exploration and now i’m on the 3rd one. yes it did say “this will get rid of everything on your game” but i thought it meant this game. i am devastated, i talked about it to my dad and mom all the time and i freaked out when there was an update. please if someone knows how to get it back, let me know please. i’m begging. 🥺🥺.PinkiePie201167Version: 1.0.21

✓ GreedCute ideas executed in the most greedy and messed up ways possible. To build anything you first need to use in game currency to buy the blueprints for it, and then you have to spend MORE currency to construct the building, you then also have to rely on an RNG gacha to get the blocks and props you need to build said building, AND THEN you must manually build the building with sometimes little assist which is made to be deliberately tedious to coax you into spending premium currency to auto build the building. ✓ The way the cookie crumbleI tried to give this a chance but I personally feel like the game needs a lot of work. I dropped into a race and my whole screen started clipping the wall over and over. ✓ Game is fine, but way too monetizedLike most people I got this game due to CRK. It’s fine, I like building and growing my base. Main issues are that the gacha system BLOWS and has gotten even worse after their first update. First update had three themes for “brix” half off, including the seasonal theme. Now not only is their new seasonal theme not half off, but it has a separate pity currency from every other theme, something that was not a part of the first season making it much more difficult to complete even dev made builds. Don’t even bother paying for the subscription or the pass. I pay for the pass cuz I’m lazy and don’t want to watch ads (which would end up being AT LEAST 12 for every daily item) but honestly the reward system barely gives out anything. Takes days or even a week at times to get gems to draw “pipos” even longer if you want to use the actual pipo tickets, they’re rarer than a blue moon almost. ✓ Lots of room to improveYeah it's a fun game but only as long as you have tons of coins and gems to spend – wish there were more opportunities to earn them. Recently there have been so many saving issues too. When I edit the city layout, for any amount of time, and try to save it always says communication error and then the app boots me out. However, I’m having an issue where I’m stuck because i can’t buy the next blueprint for the tutorial/instructions since I’m low on coins. I can’t even buy more coins because it says I haven’t completed enough restoration missions. I can’t find a way to delete my data either. I can’t figure out how to fix this issue and I can’t progress further because I don’t have enough coins to build anything!
