✓ Doesn’t Work on my iOS DevicesI am never able to enter the six digit security code sent to my work email into the security boxes in the app. Neither the external keyboard of my iPad nor the screen keyboards of my iPhone or iPad work at this security step. ✓ Provider Contract SpecialistThis app requires a one-time passcode every time I try to use it. The only option it gives me to send the passcode to is my work (Anthem) email, which I am not able to have on my personal phone. ✓ Not so goodThis app has features that can’t be accessed making it truly pointless to have. Don’t waist your time downloading just taking space on your phone if you’re an employee. ✓ Constantly shows errors/crashesMore often than not, I try logging in using face recognition and it always says there is an error. The only way to get in is for the app to send a security code to my work email which I don't have access to from my phone. Therefore I can't check in for WorkSafe or for my reserved workstation so they'll cancel that reservation. Why can't there be a backup email or mobile number option to send the security code to???
