This is a cumbersome and self defeating implementation of a business model designed to coax a fee off the user. I am not against inducements to get the user to pay something. Developers are not charitable organizations. But if the user is bludgeoned with such a negative experience, then the developer stands no chance of letting the user decide how good and useful the app is. For my part It has been removed from my devices given how many alternatives there are. Once upon a time this was a really good app. I still have it for two different cities.
