✓ Insane how an app can legit tell me I’m not a real personOk how can you ask for a legal name without birthday and then say oh we can’t find you and you’re not a legit person so you can’t sign up for our app you don’t ask for a birthdate you don’t ask for Social Security number you just look up a name somehow a robot decides whether or not you’re allowed to have a membership or not right well, number one you need to change that automatically because that’s not fair and that’s not professional.Version: 4.7.1
✓ Prepare to wait about a month to get paidAfter all my hard work what a disappointment to learn I have to wait a month to claim my winnings for a game level I reached. We are all here because we are all trying to make some extra income asap. So waiting around to get pain for a game for like a month is not fair. It should be instant. ✓ It was good at first…The app started out good and I was earning coins through watching videos but the option to watch more just randomly gets taken away even though the apps states you can watch as much as you want and there’s no limit to earning. That ended up being false :/ I also started out earning 2 coins per video watched and it went down to 1 per video with no warning or explanation. There is no way to contact customer service 👎🏻 it’s turning out to be a waste of time :/.Version: 4.2.2
✓ Total scamWhat a waste. They sell your information and will not allow you to Cashout because cashout window is always closed. I will give them one more week and then I am going to start complaining to some of my executive friends and do my best to get this app removed for App Store. I also have never been able to verify my email account because you have never sent me a confirmation email with the link to verify. I have also contacted you on your website support page and you have yet to get back to me. ✓ What a total scam!How can you determine anything about meWhen I have not given any of my information, I’m using a brand new phone and a brand new phone number that’s not linked to anything or anyone you can’t have a system that made an algorithm either but you’re going to see him an eligible same for the other person in my household what is the basis for this? ✓ Frustrated!I just did the new update and now the app doesn’t work at all!!! It lets me log in and goes to the next screen and just does the half bridge signal load over and over and over again! I went to the website and went under help and there is no way to contact customer service, submit a ticket, or notify anybody that I am having an issue! ✓ They ruin the streakThey push the streaks, but then whenever you update the app (which is OFTEN) you lose your progress in your streak. I was on 14 days and they reset me to zero because of it. Super frustrating. Their response is always generic, basically “sorry about your luck, we’ll pass it on to our team”.Version: 4.23.1
✓ LiesSo I signed up for the app because who doesn’t wanna earn extra money. Thought everything was going well. Even a lil to well. When I earned enough to try and cash out I even paid the money for the earn plus for instant cash out to debit card. When I tried it popped a message stating there was a window for withdraws….. strange because earn+ was supposed to be instant cash outs anytime. So I thought I’ll just try again tomorrow. So I try again and same message. Well this is stupid. So I contact customer service and they tell me their window is extremely short. Starts at 5 pm and I should be there before 5:05pm. So once again I say screw it and I’m there at 4:59 and when it hits 5 try and cash out….. nothing but same stupid message. So I give this app 0 stars but that’s not an option so 1 star. ✓ LiarsThis is a horrible app yes I’ve earned a few dollars but the bonuses they claim you will get for downloading you don’t get. I was in their Facebook group they blocked me because I didn’t lie and say great things about the app when it haven’t been great at all. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Don’t waste your time people with jobs won’t make much money. Oh and the spin is a scam too I’ve been getting one coin every spin. ✓ They aren’t what it looks like at all.The app may seem cool and it may have all the coins popping up and you can earn but when it comes to cashing out.. why do they not have all available banks or cards to cash out that’s ONE of my issues , not to mention that earn+ they did that so people wouldn’t earn more , honestly it’s basically just a scam and waste of time , you’re not really getting anything out of the app they just promote and collaborate with other brands and stuff to look good and earn money themselves we’re not getting anything..Version: 4.18.0
✓ Seems Good Until…..you’re ready to cash out. I’ve had enough coins to cash out $5 for weeks, but each day it moves the cash out window to 4pm the following day. Show up at 4pm? Nope. Still can’t cash out. You’re allowing them access to your data that they make money on, but they don’t give you access to the few pennies you amass. Any app that doesn’t allow you immediate access to your funds when you’ve accrued them comes across as shady. If you don’t have the funds to pay out at any given time, you’re not well managed. They keep pushing for referrals, but why refer people to something that isn’t 100% on the up and up? No. Not doing it..Version: 4.24.1
✓ Awful/No Help ReceivedHave been put on hold time and time again and each time I try to cash out it says to try in two days, only to receive the same message again when trying two days after. This happened a few minutes ago and for the past 3 weeks every 1-2 days I’ve tried. And the date to “cash out” keeps being pushed. Have received no answer or help other than “it’s available now!” And I check and it’s the same issue, and just told to wait as always. ✓ Don’t waste your timeThey will deactivate your account at any time with no explanation. I re read the terms and services several times. I did nothing wrong. A day or two after I cashed out they randomly deactivate my account and never deposited the cash. I emailed them to ask why and if it was a mistake. They gave this vague response “ Hello, We apologize for any confusion. This Bridge account has been closed. This is in accordance with our terms of service and is permanent and irreversible. Mya Member Experience”. Don’t waste your time building up coins to be disappointed..Version: 4.8.2
✓ Supposed to be goodThey finally released their earn+ or whatever and after you pay a small amount to subscribe they are supposed to give you instant cash outs. ✓ Great…. At firstI loved this app at first. I watched the videos and gave Bridge access to see my purchases for cash back. But when I tried to cash out Bridge wanted a picture of my ID and a bank statement… I’ve used a lot of rebate and reward apps and never once been asked for my bank statement. I sent a picture of my ID and emailed asking why they needed my bank statement. The email I received did not answer my question and just simply stated that cash out couldn’t be completed without my bank statement. I love a good rebate app but I am not desperate enough to provide Bridge with my ID and Bank statement..Version: 4.26.0
✓ What happened?This app used to be LEGIT! You used to be able to cash out directly any time of day. Ever since they merged with insurify , the app has gone down hill a bit. You can only cash out once a day, and even then it always seems to be “closed” . It says transfers open at 4pm central , even then I try , and it says the same thing. They also closed instant transfers on the weekends. So when can we instant transfer? Maybe you had to merge with Insurify? I don’t know, what I do know is that was a bad idea.Version: 4.26.0
✓ This would be a great app if it worked…I could not cash out no matter what I tried. I went through the verification process, I reached the threshold, but the cash out process never worked. I closed and opened the app, I waited a few days, I tried on a weekend but got a notification that said I could not cash out on non business days (which is odd for an app like this). Anyway, it never worked. Which is unfortunate. Ultimately I deleted the app. I was quite sad about it..Version: 4.21.0
✓ Can’t cash outI’ve posted before don’t know why my review is gone. Had issues a month ago and couldn’t Cash out. Said it was unavailable or something like that. Then about a week Ago tried to cash out again and guess what nope won’t let me. Now it tells mar every day I have to come back the next day at 4 pm to cash out. It’s 4:27 pm and it’s still telling me cash out will open again tomorrow at 4 pm every day same thing over every day. I read other reviews and hey blame people for having multiple accounts for their issues. I dont have multiple accounts. I actually don’t see why or how that would be beneficial since it takes so long even when you link bank cards and All that. It pays out like 1 penny most I’ve ever got I think was 9 for a survey. ✓ Don’t expect to earn 💰This app is designed for the developer to profit and the user to waste their time for nothing. The terms & conditions and the user agreement are an absolute joke, and are interpreted however the developer sees fit. The user puts in many hours and loads of effort only for the developer to swoop in for the profit. When a user questions why they haven’t received their due, their account immediately gets closed. And get this, the user is blamed and told they didn’t follow the T&Cs and user agreement. So basically, don’t ask questions and don’t expect to actually earn anything and just waste your time for nothing. Questions and requests for payment of any kind result in closed accounts and accusations of the user being at fault. This app is a ripoff and we see these scams all the time. This app pays little to nothing while requiring time invested in the hopes to earn extra money..Version: 4.6.0
✓ Not letting me cash outI have cashed out in the past and now I have almost $70 worth of points I have been working super hard to get to and I have tried every day for the past week to cash it out and it keeps telling me to come back later or the next day because they are working on the cash out experience. It’s very frustrating when I need to cash out the money and it won’t let me. I have never had this problem until now..Version: 4.24.0
