✓ Huge App Glitch Car TowedI downloaded this app today when prompted with a QR code. I signed up and I got a notice that my payment was accepted. I then went into the hotel I was working a wedding at and when I packed up to leave my car was towed. The manager of the hotel I worked at said this was a frequent problem since the lot switched to this app system. I had to pay $452 due to this glitch. ✓ No way to delete. Sketchy.If I’m giving sensitive data and financial details to an entity, I should be able to delete my account and easily request the deletion of my data. That lack of account-deletion feature, along with the outdated (and obviously template-based) website, make ParkUp a super skeezy app..Jaydo243Version: 1.0.1

✓ *WARNING* CAR WAS TOWEDThis app is used to pay for parking at lots without attendants. Last 8/9/2022, I paid using the app as soon as I parked. When I walked past the parking lot during my lunch break, I noticed my car was not there. I noticed tow trucks(South Coast Towing) at the adjacent parking lot towing other cars and asked a guy if they towed my car. I was asked what my car is and proof that I paid. Sure enough, the guy said that they towed it to their lot. He told me ParkUp sends them a list of which cars paid for parking and blamed Parkup for the mistake. I had to go to their lot to retrieve my car. I missed time from work because of this. The ParkUp website only has an email address as a means to contact them. I demanded to be reimbursed for the parking fee and for the time I missed work which they ended up giving to me after bugging them through email. Everyone I interacted with from the tow truck drivers to the customer support person at ParkUp seemed unapologetic and didn't care about the mistake and how they can do better in the future..Mack DeezelVersion: 1.1.1

✓ Terrible experienceI used the app to pay for parking and location tool grabbed wrong lot. I paid $30 only to find out that I needed to pay for a different lot. ✓ THE WORST AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICEPLEASE DONT PARK THERE I PARKED MY CAR AND STATION MYSELF AND WAS THERE FOR 5 minutes FEEDING MY 2 MONTH BABY! THE WORKER CAME AND SAID YOU HAVENT PAYED YET IM GOING TO SEND A TICKET TO THE COMPANY AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A 90 DOLLAR TICKET ! ✓ The QR code didn’t workI used the QR code which just kept sending me in a circle to download the app, which I had done. There’s no way to just type in the address you are at as an alternative because the gps was not finding my location. The attendant had no information besides “download park up” and I had to go to an atm and pay that way. I use QR code’s to park around LA all of the time and have never had any issue..Wishthiswasbetter252637Version: 1.0.1
