✓ Worst Testing App EverI was a proctor for my brother and the website kicked him out mid test after he got 19 questions right. The test said that he failed the exam because the user “opened a new page. Which is not true because the laptop did not open any new pages or anything. Honestly this test is bugged. ✓ So close to being a good app, but no.Here is some advice. DO NOT enter your child’s information in the app until you are ready for child to take test immediately. I simply entered child’s info. I did NOT click or start a test or sample test. Later the same day I logged in so child could take test. Says “applicant is ineligible to take test. A waiting period of (24) hours from the previous test is required.” NEVER even started a test. Is this the end of the world? ✓ WhoopsI downloaded this months ago. My son finally got around to taking the test. I scanned the QR code, and he began the test. After awhile, he said that he'd failed. Apparently, I was supposed to scan another code during his exam. My wife insists that it was in the directions, on the website, but I was only using this app. My son was on the website. Would it be too much to ask that the app pop up a reminder of parental obligations during the test, after I scan the QR code, and launch the test? Lesson learned..Padeye242Version: 2.5.19

And the thing with folks not receiving emails sounds common also. When I was standing in line at the DMV (to have my son take the exam in person) a woman walked up to the greeter desk and told them that her some took the test online but never received an email. They had no resolution for her problem. It’s such a ridiculous failure and I’m really floored that the government folks continue to direct folks to this app. Just go to the DMV. ✓ GarbageThis app doesn’t work and the support is garbage. I reached out to the support team for assistance because I keep getting the same error and they want to blame it on the lightning. First they tell me it’s my ID and when they realized it was the correct ID they decided to blame it on the lighting and let’s not forget holding the phone. The tutorial tells you to hold the phone up to your face lol. Now they’re saying not to hold the phone and I still get the same error.
