✓ MisleadingI purchased an Hp Envy 6022e. I followed the instructions on the Hp Smart app. During set up it asks that you sign up to a plan. I rejected the offer but was guided to choose a plan then cancel. I continued and set up the printer. I then cancelled the plan ( within an hour). Later I checked my bank account and £15.81 had been deducted from my account. I requested a full refund and advised I should be notified in 48 hours if successful. I have advised the bank.
