✗ I am so sick of wasting my time at this placeAnd first and make it impossible to be a walk-in if you have a job. So trying to do with the appointment through the app, it keeps saying my information is incorrect and that I have to call them. Problem: they say they are too understaffed to have anyone answer the phones. By your used to be able to sit in the waiting room but now they make you stand. The last time I made it to the front of the line I still had to wait over 20 minutes and they weren’t even busy..ColganmusicVersion: 11.1

✗ How does this app have a two star rating?!?Not even going to sugarcoat it, this is arguably the worst app I’ve ever used in my ten years of owning an iPhone. It constantly logs me out and now it’s gotten so bad that it won’t allow me to log back in or use the reset password function. It’s so buggy and constantly crashes.
