Will not loadThe website is having problems and then I go on the app and it’s doing the same thing. I try with Wi-Fi and then with data and nothing works..Version: 11.1.2

Very confusedI can’t create an account cause I need a registration number but it doesn’t tell me how I am supposed to get one, the website is broken and won’t let me do anything without getting a random “security breach” for clicking on anything So how exactly am I supposed to donate when your website doesn’t work and you leave out details for account creation?.Version: 10.12

Can’t log inJust created an account through the website but we wanted to see more available times so tried logging into the app. The app wouldn’t allow it and doesn’t recognize my user info, regardless of the fact that I was able to even log out and back into the website. They need to fix this bug because apparently they’re requiring everyone to start only using the app after tomorrow..Version: 10.4

Needs updateIt started out fine, and was an improvement to the most recent internet browser appointment scheduler that required you to log in again after each appointment you set. But now I have to force close the app regularly due to errors. Also, the “express kiosk” within the app no longer works, but gives an authentication error. I have to open the “express kiosk” through safari in order to be able to log in and complete the questions..Version: 11.5

Bugs outNormally when you want something, you run a trial to get all the bugs out. The way this was done was not it. I can’t even schedule on the app. It doesn’t give me to option. Only gives me the option to cancel appointments. And no way to report this issue..Version: 10.12

Good app with bad mechanicApp is fine. The major issue is it requires you to have a password on your phone. I don’t use a password so I have to continuously turn it on and off when I use the app. An extremely annoying feature. I mean cmon is anyone really scared someone is going to steal their phone and go into their Grifols account and schedule an appointment?! Give me a break..Version: 10.7

Won’t log inFor some reason it logged me out which is frustrating enough, but when I try to log back in it just sits there spinning, my WiFi is 1.2 GBPS so I know it’s not my internet connection but it won’t work. Then I thought well maybe if I reset the password it’ll let me login in the process I tried to do that and then I put in my email and the reset password buttons broke. I can sit there and tap it all day and it doesn’t even show that it’s being tapped and I’ve tried logging in on the website too and this is the same exact thing..Version: 11.5

App needs workWhen I first started using this app it worked perfectly fine, but now the app takes along time to load and when trying to complete the kiosk questions the app does not load the questions forcing me to answer the questions on a desktop computer..Version: 11.0

Three Complaints1) cannot make appointment in app, have to go to another website for that. 2) Next available date to donate. Somewhere on this app; it should show the next date available to donate. (Searched everywhere for this on the app), hopefully I am just missing it. 3) Appointments should not be able to be made on a date prior to eligible date. Just drove 40 minutes to make a donation and couldn’t because I’m a day early; AFTER I made an online appointment yesterday..Version: 10.4

Latest update is TRASHEven with such low reviews I have never had an issue with the app, that is until 8/9/23 when I went to schedule my next appointment. After the most recent update, you cannot select a time for your appointment. I am not the only one, the person donating next to me had the same issue as did another person who also had to go to the front desk after her donation to schedule her next appointment. FIX IT ASAP!!!! Not only a HUGE inconvenience for donors but it’s going to overwhelm the front desk with scheduling..Version: 11.5

Can’t schedule an appointmentI keep logging in to the old app, which worked fine before, and it now leads me to the new app. The new app does not have a single date available from now until July. Going to go to another center since this app has become useless..Version: 10.3

Completely BlankI downloaded the app on my iPad and it shows a half blue half white screen with a drop tab option in the upper right hand corner showing me I can choose which language I prefer to use the app in but that’s the only thing on the screen, everything else is completely blank and seemingly nonexistent. I’ve waited for it to load multiple times as well as have restarted the app multiple times. Nothing I’ve done has yet has helped at all. It’s un-usable..Version: 11.1

Public multinational with billions in revenue can’t make a simple appMiserable user experience—even worse than the semi-functioning blue icon version. This app (1) Logs out every time app is closed making regular access tedious (it doesn’t store the user email, nope, must type everything, every time.), and (2) users can’t see full date in scheduler (yet can see the snake case variable related to time zone—this it shows dev info no end user could care about about while hiding what counts!). Zero stars. Shame this dreck app is foisted upon us. This friction makes me wanna not donate..Version: 10.4

It does nothingApp is supposed to be the updated. It won’t allow a profile to be created even after being issued a registration number by the center with an individual registration number. Very frustrating. My center said it’s going to appointment only, and it done via the app. What a mess..Version: 10.0

UselessHaving donated plasma with other companies- their apps are far superior and actually useful to their donors! On this app you CANNOT make appointments, check card balance, nor can you see when next available donation is possible. What is the actual point of this app? Inaccurate DataI opened the app to schedule an appointment and it said the next date for me to be able to donate was today. So, I schedule an appointment, walk in and turns out I can’t donate because the lab results from my last donation hadn’t arrived yet. Seems like the app only accounts for time between dates instead of whether you can actually donate or not..Version: 10.4

I am so sick of wasting my time at this placeAnd first and make it impossible to be a walk-in if you have a job. So trying to do with the appointment through the app, it keeps saying my information is incorrect and that I have to call them. UnusableDownloaded the app after my first appointment. Have now had three appointments, none of which show up in the app. I have to schedule as a “new” donor every time just to make an appointment. Called the app help line and they told me it takes a day or so after your first donation in order to update. It’s been well over a week and nothing. A disasterI tried the new v2.0 app on my iPhone and new iPad, could not get it to work on either platform. On iPhone SE, once I was able to figure out how to make an appointment (still not sure how I got there. Clicks are very laggy.), the pop up to select a date displays all text in a single vertical line. The times available are not shown, let alone choosable. On the iPad it’s easier to choose a date, but again times are not shown. When you hit the Next button, you’re chided for not selecting a time! I hope the fix this by 7/12 when you -have- to use it to make an appointment..Version: 10.4

Not worth the troubleThe app is not kept up to date . As of today September 21st it still only shows the compensation for July. The express Kiosk is a pain to log into and every password that I have does not work . I have continuously tried to log in to the app and the sit and have given up on using this app..Version: 10.7

6th Grader for hire!This app is garbage! Like all the others, most of the “functions” don’t function! The only function that works for me is the scheduling appointment function, usually…occasionally…ok, 1 out 10 times. They should hire my 6th grader to write their app. It’d be far better than the 2nd grade version they have now!.Version: 11.5

How does this app have a two star rating?!?Not even going to sugarcoat it, this is arguably the worst app I’ve ever used in my ten years of owning an iPhone. It constantly logs me out and now it’s gotten so bad that it won’t allow me to log back in or use the reset password function. It’s so buggy and constantly crashes. Can’t sign inThere is no place to sign in to make an appointment. I’ve clicked on everything and can’t find it. Why isn’t that at the top of the first page? I have to call the center to book my appointment. What’s the point of the app if I can’t use it?.Version: 10.0

App worked fine, until it was required to be used. Then it crashed.The title says it all. It’s too bad I had to give it a star to rate it. It’s completely useless. I called the “help “ line. No help at all, and they were oblivious to the problem with the crashed app. There is no update for it in the App Store either. I went to the Grifols website, and went to the “contact us” section. What a surprise! That’s broken also! I can’t even report the problem to them other than by phone, which gives me no confidence that this effort is even going to get to the right people to fix the problems I am experiencing. My app has face recognition, and that works, but then nothing else happens but a blue screen. I was told that I can make appointments by phone until the app is fixed, but I know for a fact my center won’t let me make any appointments by phone, “because you’re supposed to use the app.” Nice start to a new era, Grifols. I’m interested in seeing where the shipwreck goes from here..Version: 10.4

Cannot schedule appointments through appIt recently updated and since the update I cannot schedule appointments through the app. When I click on the day I want the schedule it will just have the loading circle up forever and will never load that day’s appointment times.
