UNIFIED DRIVER / SURVEYOR
No more loading back and forth from Driver (driving) to Surveyor (building). UDS allows you to instantly switch between Surveyor and Driver and vice versa. Instantly switch to Surveyor to move a tree off the track or edit an entire yard then switch back to continue driving.

NEW EFFECT LAYER TOOLS AND PRESETS
Choose from a range of presets to quickly create new effect layers for your current route or create your own.

NEW PAINT UNDER SPLINE TOOLS

✗ Needs bringing inot line with PC versionGlad it was only a tenner! Quite disappointed that it doesn't include the Surveyor 2.0 that the PC version has - maybe a future update. It still has the expanding docked palettes that 2019 has rather than the floating palettes of the PC version. Spline and object markers are unchanged compared with PC version where there is a gimball widget that allows for movement/rotation, etc. N3V Games have missed a trick with the Mac version..Amber VikingVersion: 1.0.14

✗ Good and diabolicalFirst of all the good - it runs well on a Macbook M1 Max, graohics not bad and fairly smooth. Now the BAD - Diabolical interface to start off with and you will be confused as there are none of the routes that it says are included. You have to work that our for yourselvs as there is no instructions and no obvious way of getting them. The one thing that really annoys me is that when you look at the in app purchases it states that the Cornwall and Branch Lines are £0. That is a lie, they (at time of writting) want you to pay an extra £16.99. I feel I have been missled and one of the only reasons I gave this a purchase was becasue I wanted that route. Sortry but in reality although the game in of itself seems to be quite nice the fact that you have to mess around trying to work out how to get the areas/routes that are supposed to be included is diabolical to say the least. Do Apple even check games on the App Store anymore? Again, the interface is terrible and feels like a clonky PC game from 1995. I'll give it a few days and if I can't get the Cornwall area and all the other bits working I will be getting a refund. Come on Apple, start actually trying the games that you sell as this really is not a polished product at all..WoodgnomeVersion: 1.0.14
