✓ Great app, but!Identifies any plant, but the subscription prices are extortionate, if they were lower you would have more people downloading the app & preferably buying. Prices need to be more reasonable..Version: 1.7.0

✓ 🤮soooooo badOne, the app doesn't even work because I went to a palm tree just to see if it worked as I need to identify a plant for a science project and it said it was a pine tree!!! Two, you only get three pictures for free and they always ask you to rate them ever before you us it. ✓ Wrong IDI tried this on a dwarf key lime which it repeatedly incorrectly identified. I was trying to get a diagnosis and that can’t happen if it cannot ID the tree. There is no option to correct it. It repeatedly wants you to upgrade to the paid premium version. Hard to consider an upgrade when it cannot ID a common plant..Version: 1.2.6
✓ The free trial is a scamThis app doesn’t even deserve a single star, and I’d give it a negative 5 if I could. I tried this app for a couple of days then tried to cancel it, but there was literally no option for that! Followed the link for “cancel at anytime” and it only allows you to renew. It says you can’t cancel a current subscription, but then says you have to cancel more than 24hrs before renewal to stop it renewing - in other words - you need to cancel future subscriptions during the time of your current subscription…which it says you can’t do. Yes, it’s as much of a runaround as it sounds. I got a refund and cancellation through iTunes, but as a warning to anyone else who thinks of trying this app: DON’T do the free trial. It’s also terrible at identifying plants, misidentified numerous times, and once said a clearly focused macro shot of a flower, “didn’t contain a flower.”.Version: 1.7.4

Does not give an option for other trees it could be, or for feedback to be submitted indicating that the snap ID was wrong. ✓ Charged inspite of cancellingI downloaded the app on 28th Apr since I wanted to diagnose why some of my plants are looking sick. However, did not find it useful and hence cancelled it on 1st May after the 3 day free period. However have been charged £6.99 for the weekly renewal. ✓ Inconsistent?Downloaded app today. Was only able to take 2 pictures before it shut me out for 12 hours. 1st photo was of one branch of a Very large Douglas Fir tree, the app gave me the correct answer. The 2nd photo was of the entire tree from a little further away. The app told me it was a Serbian Spruce, which it isn’t. The developers need to allow increased opportunity to test the app without waiting 12 hours before I would want to purchase it..Version: 1.7.4
✓ Very very expensive and not very helpfulI have two house plants I wanted to perk up. Whilst the app identified them, the possible problems were either over watering, under watering, uneven watering, too much sun or not enough sun. For £199 for a lifetime license (I mean, come on!)
