✓ Terrible app!!! Do not downloadI used this app to charge my EV but it did not work despite being outside a circle k charging station. The app asks for card details and personal information but there is no way to delete your account on the app. I called customer service which was a dead end and was given a second number to call which did not work. ✓ Almost gave up!!!Almost gave up. The sequence of events necessary to make it work are different than what the app tells you. Do not plug in your vehicle until you have put in all your credit card information. It makes you put in your credit card every time you use it. ✓ Useless app. Not needed to chargeYou do NOT actually need this app to charge your EV at Circle K. The sticker on the charging terminal makes it seem like you do but this is not true. Just use the touch screen and tap your credit card. The app asks for a ton of personal info including your FULL home address, then it says it will text you a code to verify and then… nothing happens!!!
