Affinity Designer 2 for iPad for Negative User Reviews

Okay but some updates neededThe iPad version would benefit from a customizable workspace (tools etc) as well as the ability to optionally lock the move tool so it does not inadvertently change the object you are moving when zoomed out. The desktop version is great..Version: 2.3.1

Loved this app at first and even bought V2 but…Love this app has helped me design so many things and haven’t had any issue but the last week I can’t save files just says generating export but nothing happens I’ve relied the file to a quarter of its size and deleted almost all other apps on my iPad and nothing, anyone else having this issue?.Version: 2.0.4

Keeps crashingI love the Mac version so brought iPad version to work on the move. Saved my projects to iCloud but when I try and open it on iPad. The app crashes and shuts off.. can’t work out how to fix it.Version: 2.0.4

Editors choice for what? (iPad version)This app is constantly having problems. From crashing when trying to revamp typography, to glitching and not being able to use the glyphs for fonts correctly. Sometimes the new mesh feature doesn’t even work, or when trying to edit an image the app shuts off. Sometimes I have to use the previous version just to ensure that I’m not the problem. On top of all this, it somehow earned the editors choice, that baffles me. Besides that, the program has a cool aesthetic. It seems Serif focused more on the look of the app than the actual programming and functionality of the app. I’d hoped they would fix all the bugs by now, but no, nothing so far. So I had to uninstall and reinstall designer 2 so that it might work properly, my fingers are crossed, but I’m rather disappointed in the functionality of the app. If this is what is required to do business using affinity, I’d rather buy into Adobe to ensure my customers don’t get frustrated due to me making excuses like , “My app is crashing and I have to work around it” the time wasted is worth more than money too. I would have gotten the suite for my MacBook, but read reviews saying it wasn’t good as v.1. Hi Serif Affinity team, please stop what you’re doing and fix the v.2 apps so that we may love you again..Version: 2.1.1

Bad UII wouldn’t doubt this version has more to offer than the previous but the UI is a mess. I can’t wrap my head around how one could design a worse UI than the version 1, but they did. This has no real organization, no explanation, and just not intuitive in anyway. Here’s an idea .. maybe have tools change based upon the layer configuration. Like if working on a pixel based layer the UI only includes what’s necessary for that mode. Having everything available is way to overwhelming, making the app to confusing and unwelcoming even for an experienced designer of over 20+ years..Version: 2.2.0

No supportI purchased the first version of affinity designer..Version: 2.0.3

V2 not yet ready for release - every day, a problemLove affinity overall but main functions are not working which is a downgrade now rather than an upgrade… sad. hope it gets properly fixed soon. Update (July 2023) : after months into V2, I keep experiencing so many issues on a daily basis on the iPad Pro (2021). Today I am sitting in front of this app, my once beloved tool, with a sense of disappointment. Many hours of work lost, every time the app crashes my works’ last edits vanish and I have to start again. I invested a lot of money into add-ons and brushes and I feel stuck. I’m a long time affinity user, I work as an artist, this has been my primary tool. I work and I’m stressed out now, not knowing when it will fail. How can this be? I religiously share on the forums the issues encountered and stay up to date on the latest developments. Yet, It doesn’t matter, it feels like the heart of the program itself is unstable… While trying to find an exit, I went back to V1, it worked for a bit but now I experience new issues that make it unusable. I love the app itself, but not like this. The team is full of great human beings that want to help and I’m grateful. I am not an app developer and I don’t face the complexity of programming itself; sadly, I don’t understand how simple actions can be a problem for a released app from an organization who has been on the scene with great results in the past..Version: 2.1.1

Can’t cancelI cannot find a way to cancel the trial..Version: 2.1.1

Great App, some oversightDesigner 2 is a great update, however, they have moved the delete button to a hidden menu which is a massive issue when designing. Had I known, I probably would have stuck with designer 1 until this was fixed.Version: 2.0.3

LaggingMy ipad is iPad Pro M2 so I’m sure the problem is the app I keep having a hard time selecting tools and use the flood tool it keeps lagging especially I hate how I can’t edit my brushes like what is wrong? At first I didn’t had this issues as I kept using the app it developed. most of the times I’m just experimenting not even having more than 15 layers..Version: 2.1.1

Keeps CrashingLove affinity on my desktop, but whenever I open any file on my iPad, the app crashes..Version: 2.0.2

Export crashes the whole appExport interface opens then the whole app crashes (no problem on Desktop version). Update needed.....Version: 2.0.1

Best vector software that doesn’t require subscription.I started using affinity products to try and get away from Adobe subscription. Designer is the best fully featured vector app for the iPad. It does most things Illustrator does but it’s still behind in a couple areas. The jump to version 2 closed a lot of gaps but the biggest feature that Designer does not have is true vector brushes. This being the iPad version, the brush tool I think is the most important tool for illustration. So if you want to expand your stroke of third party brush packs you can’t. Your stuck with 1 basic vector brush that can be expanded but, when expanding the stroke it warps and tears the tapered ends and you have to manually use the node tool and reconstruct each end of your brush stroke. Really hoping we don’t have to wait until v3 or v4 to see vector brushes so I can finally ditch Adobe..Version: 2.3.1

Where version 1? EI deleted my purchased original version for photo and designer but I want them back because neither of the new apps ready for primetime which is sad and basically got ripped off thinking version 2 of each would be ummmmm, good. In the reviews you devs say we can download version one from App Store but it’s not there. Don’t like getting lied to. I bought version 1 and want them back. Now this app so bad and underwhelming you back to offering discounts again. If you still have version one peeps, DONT DOWNLOAD THIS NEW VERSION. even if don’t have version 1, you can do better. Only good thing about this app is pay outright. To bad didn’t use everyone’s investment to invest your time devs into making it a good app. And Apple! Guess in your best interest to showcase high cost Crap since you get percentage. Not cool..Version: 2.1.1

Export to SVG changes sizePro: Pretty easy to use Robust features Reasonable price Cons: If you export to SVG, the app exports your drawing at a different size than what you drew. My projects require precise measurements so this may be what causes me to have to find a different app. I cannot find a way to preserve the dimensions when I export. Many people complaining about this bug online so it isn’t new. When you want to resize your canvas, you can’t specify it in inches (you have to do the math based on your selected dpi and indicate the pixels for your dimensions). I could love this app if the export bug was fixed..Version: 2.4

Great app but buggyTook a bit of time to switch from the original version. I like the new interface, I think it’s a bit more intuative. Regrettably however it freezes often and now it will not reload, it’s stuck in a loop at ..initializing ..I wait and wait and it won’t load. It did that when I wanted to save with changes a new document I had just worked on my dropbox. I will try to reinstall but reliability is a dealbreaker for me. Hope we get an update soon otherwise I will look elsewhere..Version: 2.2.1

Crashing and Not SavingI was so excited to purchase Affinity Designer after watching what the software could do. Sadly, cannot use it as it’s constantly crashing and not saving on my iPad Pro. What’s the deal? Are the developers working on a fix? I would still totally embrace it but fix it already!.Version: 2.0.4

What a jokeYou can't even import images or vectors into this. Tried to use their royalty free images, but when you try to select one, nothing happens. Installed for a whole 20 minutes, but will be Deleting app, can't figure out how to cancel trial either, I better not get billed..Version: 2.1.1

Good drawing app, but no external monitor supportAffinity Designer is my favourite line drawing app for the iPad. However, I ad really hoped to be able to use it with my iPad Pro and external monitor, but no dice. All you get is a image preview. No support for Stage Manager either. So, huge potential being missed. I guess Affinity are trying to upsell you to the Mac version. Fine, unless you use an iPad Pro as your primary computer….Version: 2.4

Awful experience….This a terrible piece of software. Full of glitches and generally one of the worst app’s I have ever used. Sorry developer, but this is useless..Version: 2.1.1

Keeps crashingBought the whole suite for IPad after having the first version and really liking it, but it keeps crashing. Specifically when I am trying to link two paths together to make one. Please fix this as I have a job to complete and can't continue it without thistool working.Version: 2.0.3

V1 is a superior appV2 has no undo or redo buttons, no duplicate doc option, V2 feels like a retrograde, V1 feels so supremely crafted and grownup in comparison. And why remove V1 from the App Store? Please reinstate..Version: 2.4

Pleasing icons but terrible visual hierarchyI love the new icons but it’s harder to find which function is activated, some are darker color and some are lighter color, some have outline and some don’t have. in V1 there is always a blue hint color so I can quickly tell the status, but in V2 because of the “modern” black and white UI it sometimes become frustrating. also the sliding to make adjustment at bottom (V1) is much better than the side bar slider(V2)..Version: 2.0.4

Fine1. Why can’t it just keep the pen in use highlighted, ALL drawing apps do this. Couple hundred pens and no way to know what I used unless I write it down. In a 1500 iPad. That’s why adobe wins, simple over sights like that. Idk some of its better, but the palm rejection is utter garbage, un useable without a drawing glove. The drop down menus are not better. The pencils and brushes are better. Blending is still joke. It’s almost useable as a solid all in one. But I still have to bring images to other apps. Great for vectors, I have the 1st one got the hole suite. Still can’t make a good pixel image on this app..Version: 2.0.4

I get itSo you are going to charge for each jump in number which is why it’s “2.2” instead of “2.1” or something of that nature. Then your company will probably delete the level 2 apps like you did the level 1 apps. Apple needs to put the kibosh on your dirty practices pronto..Version: 2.2.0

Very laggyThis gets a generous 3 mainly because i enjoyed the first one so much, however this update is very laggy performance wise. I’m running this on an M1 Pro with no other app loaded in the background..Version: 2.0.4

It’s almost there…I really want this to be as great as the desktop app. V2 has some great new features but I keep running into the app crashing multiple times and glitching during long runs on the vector brush during any given session in the designer persona. Serif, y’all are almost there on the iPad app, so close (issues I didn’t run into with V1). As soon as the crashing and glitching are fixed I’ll edit the review to a 5 star..Version: 2.1.1

Crashing even with light editingLove the products across the board and v2 while missing some functionality I enjoyed in v1 I understand business is a majority vs minority and not everyone can be satisfied. However v2 update a month ago has almost rendered v2 useless due to constant crashing of the app. It’s not one function that causes the issue and where it should have saved the last edit, when reopening the v2 app I’ve lost sometimes up to 20-30 edits. I can no longer trust my work and time will be worth the effort, please fix the crashing error quickly..Version: 2.1.1

Grids?Where are the grids on iPad?.Version: 2.0.1

File Management is confusingGoing to take some getting used to but currently I can't access my considerable V1 content and file management is so confusing...Why is it so hard to rename a file??? Access via IOS Files is broken and unreliable... still way to hard to rename a file.Version: 2.1.1

Feels like a scam.So they show the cloud symbol, that everywhere else means you own the program and can download at your leisure…. But no, once you download it, it offers to trial or buy. The only thing I wanted on Affinity Designer 1, was an erase tool, and they couldn’t be bothered to add that to ver1 that I paid for. Instead, they make a ver 2, and charge full purchase price. I don’t trust this company..Version: 2.1

The app is keep freezingThe app is keep on freezing and crashing on different file size please sort this out as I can’t do anything on the app thank you.Version: 2.1.1

Hope Serif keep momentum as V2 crashes A LOTSerif did a great job with V1 but boy oh boy did the money men move in with V2. A small bump in features, no upgrade options or recognition for early adopters of V1. It’s a sad day. If you already have V1, this is not worth the upgrade at all. The app store ratings are taking a hit too with instability. Hope Serif fix this before they loose the momentum V1 created...Version: 2.0.4

Can’t shake the disappointment at the momentBeen using this since it came out, after having had v1 since it was released. There’s no denying it’s a fantastic creation app, and I salute the decision to refrain from the Adobe rental scheme. But there are so many issues regarding the UI for me, and how things that were easy to find in v1 are now buried in sub-menus on v2 that I find myself using v1 more than v2. If it wasn’t for some YouTube tutorials I’d be very often utterly stumped. But I remain optimistic for its evolution..Version: 2.0.4

Shockingly bad in comparison to V1It’s a real shame, Affinity is my go to app for all my professional work and I rely on it being fast, feature heavy and not crash all the time. Unfortunately all these things seem to be the opposite to what v2 has turned out to be. It is riddled with bugs, there have been documents I have to literally save after every stroke before it crashes (which is insane) and others that will randomly just crash with no warning. The feature list in comparison to v1 is really woeful. So many people have very highly requested features they need, yet it seems to be like pulling teeth to get any decent features updates, where is image trace? Where is vector eraser? Where’s the same features for the iPad that feature on the desktop version? I think I, like many, thought v2 was going to be amazing, but have been left very underwhelmed. Just look at what the team at Procreate have been doing, they have their new animation app releasing soon, which looks to be a game changer for pixel based artwork. Yet nothing near that for those of us using vector based programs. It would be good to have some real improvements made to the affinity app, and soon! But so far it seems to get worse as each week goes on. Still holding out hope things will improve..Version: 2.2.1

Shockingly badTo say this is from the same people that made design software good enough to move away from Adobe is shocking. The app UI could be far better executed. Why move so far away from the desktop version? Been using AD since it launched and this app version is so different to the desktop version you have to start again learning where everything is. Simple buttons missing, tools not where you’d expect and not to mention how buggy it is. Total car crash..Version: 2.3.0

The UI is terrible…needs better support for digital artistsWhile I’m totally fine with buying the new app. I’m disappointed that the UI is worst than the last app version. I also wish they had a light mode toggle. It’s some how more cluttered, cumbersome, and not very touch friendly. I also really wish they would add some more support for the brushes engine and other raster tools. This could really be a “all-in-one” adobe (and even procreate/CSP) replacement if they just put some more feature support for digital artists and not just designers and photographers (affinity photo). Photoshop and illustrator are literally industry standard for digital artists and I’m surprised that there isn’t more focus on this since this suite is meant to replace them. Designers could utilize digital art focused improvements too. Imagine how much more powerful of a tool this would be if it just had basic features like liquify, better mesh transform, live smoothing/stabilization for brush strokes and selections. You could make full-on comics in this suite. While that is sorta possible now, it is still pretty clunky to make that transition worth it. I love using this app for design, and I love how natural the brushes feel, other than the lack of smoothing (the rope is terrible for digital painting or sketching)..Version: 2.0.4

Just a bit not easy to use..First - no option: only draw with a Pencil. Second - in layers no icon to lock layer(have to open huge menu and lock there). Also, just dot is wrong icon, should be eye for show hide element, and lock icon for lock. Vectornator layers done much better, cleaner and easy to use from the first seconds. This is just first impression. Update after 30 min: app crashed, I imported some old .at file, import was ok, then I copied some paths into new document and tried to edit paths in it, when I removed 3 paths, on 4 it’s crashed….Version: 2.0.4

Fatally Flawed Storage MonsterAffinity is easily my favourite workspace but there is a fundamental error in its architecture where the program just stacks up storage memory. In a matter of days and working on one project Affinity consumed upwards of 88 GB of my iPads storage - it appears as though every time you save it creates a copy of the file rather than updating it. Serif are aware of the issue and have been “addressing it” for years now which suggests that the issue is big and probably requires a redesign of the software architecture. It’s also full of bugs as reflected in its overall score. Appears that since being sold to Serif this app is now just a minor concern of a major company. Such a shame because if it worked, it would be awesome. I found Linearity Curve to be a good alternative -not as capable or powerful but at least it works!!!.Version: 2.3.0

First version stable than this versionI have used both of affinity designer 1 & 2. This version’s interface design is better and more functional. However, it is very unstable and not quite accurate for professional user. Now, I am back to the first version… very disappointed….Version: 2.3.0

Great new functionality, but keeps crashingHas this since this morning. Lots of nice new features make this very promising. However I’ve had several crashes and lost work, which (for now) make this unusable for me..Version: 2.0.1

Crashes alotThe new UI is good. But I found that it crashes very often. I tried changing multiple text fonts at the same time and using more than 10 sag/esp in the same document triggers the crash. I work with the latest iPad Pro so I would’ve thought it should perform faster/better than the old version..Version: 2.0.3

Pixel/export PersonaHi I Dont have the pixel persona nor the export persona button at the top even after downloading twice. I’m using the latest iPad too. Please advise.Version: 2.0.4

Terrible technical support for application,From day 1 I been using the affinity applications, on iPad version 1 of photo, then purchased designer version 1, I been waiting for publisher v2 to come out, when it did I purchased this as well, found out they released version 2 of Photo and Designer, So at the earliest chance I purchased Photo V2 with no problems, when I went to purchase Designer V2 the App Store wanted confirmation purchase from the bank and took me out of the application, once verified I had issues activating my application, for the last 4 days I been talking by email to someone called Adam, who kept saying I got two accounts which is not the case, since this all changed to serif.com years ago when brush addons was added to V1 of photo. Adam keeps on telling me the same thing, and I keep on telling him that I only got one account, I even provided screenshots of purchases, and not got anywhere, my next option is to request refund from apple. But stay away from application since buggy for licence activation, and support is no help to fix the issue,.Version: 2.0.3

There’s a reason they don’t make the actual price easy to seeIt’s a lot. £12 pounds, that’s British currency. To just buy the app. I know, it looks free on the App Store, but we all know about Apple’s new way. £100 for a “Universal license”. Either of those prices might be reasonable if the app is good. But the ick factor from the original experience, coyly referencing “Black Friday” discounts without mentioning the price, then forcing the consumer to go to the trouble to download the app before they see another few screens mentioning various licenses, still no prices, before finally giving the numbers after you click “additional help”. What a rancid way of marketing a product. How could you ever trust this company to do business with? Regulate the sharks, Apple..Version: 2.3.0

Crashing Problem with latest version.I’m having a problem with the latest version. It crashes a lot when I close close my file and then try to reopen it again. I’m not sure if it’s software causing it or a setting. It seems to be a problem on my IPad but the laptop version doesn’t have a problem. I wonder if anyone else is having the same issues..Version: 2.3.0

Slow loadingNow since I create more drawings, sketches, designs, I started having to wait 5-7 seconds to be able to acces documents or to be able to see them…..Version: 2.4.2

Area LabelsThe one thing that would make architects happy, would be to allow the area calculation or perimeter measurement to stay on as a label. If I could have a label that could associate a name and the area with the created polygon, that would be perfect. The fact that I can only see the area calculation when I tap the button and select the polygon is too cumbersome and detracts from the concept level workflow. I’d like to be able to push and pull on nodes and quickly see how those adjustments effect the calculation in real time..Version: 2.1.1

It hurts pre version usersI bought v1 before. But now I can’t even find the page of it. Dose it mean as the new version comes out, the existing user has to be cut off ?!.Version: 2.0.4

Amazing but missing some expected featuresI really expected there to be a way for freehand lines to dynamically snap to a grid AS your draw them, but instead you have to adjust everything manually which is pretty tedious. Also wish it was easier to save grid settings as part of the canvas template, so I don’t have to set up the same grid settings every time I make a new canvas. Apart from that I’m pretty happy with the functionality..Version: 2.4

Free-transfer on procreate in secondsI was able to do a free-transform distort in seconds with procreate. Wish I could do this on these apps as I love what the company has done since the start. But I must be able to manipulate anything how I need. A bit sad about this missing tool. Please advise if I am missing something on iPad versions. I figured all transform options would be in the same toolbar panel transform sheering and rotate is all I see ugh this is sad makes me feel like the entire app is limited. Procreate had that option in the same transform panel no hidden option or secret something to have to figure out..Version: 2.3.0

Stick with AdobeI downloaded this for my iPad and was frustrated by how much time I had to spend just looking for tools, so I downloaded the 30-day version for my computer. I’ve tried multiple times to sign in to verify it, and it won’t allow me to. Illustrator is insanely overpriced, but at least it works..Version: 2.0.4

A ShameAs much as I love the old affinity the new one just does not as good as the old version. It is not as intuitive and the lack of back compatibility is a joke. So uninstalling affinity 2 and going back to the old one will try again in a years time and see if it’s any better..Version: 2.0.4

I’m sticking with version 1I was excited about V2, but it turned out buggy and I don’t like paying $20 for buggy software. Maybe in a year they will have worked out the bugs and I’ll consider purchase. Speaking of purchasing I feel shafted needing to pay full price for V2 when I have V1. Where’s the discounted price for loyal V1 users who have stuck with the product suite for years both on iOS and Mac? The introductory 40% discount was no deal because of, you guessed it “bugs”..Version: 2.0.4

Illegible UIThis app promises to be amazingly good. But to use the UI for menus and panels you need sharp eyesight, which I do not have. Once you know where everything is and what it does, I am sure the app is a dream to use. But the learning process is painfull and time consuming for me. I have hunted online for remedies, but found none. Is is possible to increase the text contrast, increase text size, increase contrast between the on and off grey icon backgrounds, change from night to day mode, or do anything else to make it more legible?.Version: 2.2.1

FrustratingIt’s frustrating to use and find simple tools gimp is better Yeah it has tools but it’s a mess I hate searching for simple things that should be easy I paid for it now I regret , it even worse when you need to google it.Version: 2.4

Certainly the most useable vector program for iPad, but the bar is lowI love the desktop versions of Affinity apps; they work great for me generally. The iPad versions, by comparison, feel clunky and more difficult to use. I’ve got my fair share of experience with vector art in general, but after developing a concise workflow on desktop, trying to do things on my IPad had me feeling like I was having to learn a different program. For some things I can appreciate the ‘mobile’ version of an app being relatively simplistic and watered-down, but art & design? Kind of a nightmare lol. Why am I having to Google functions that are plainly visible and readily accessible in the desktop version? My recommendation: take a page out of Clip Studio’s book. Their desktop and iPad UI’s are nearly identical, and it makes my iPad-to-Mac workflow SO seamless. They also allow customization of the workspace like the desktop app does, without sacrificing touch gestures..Version: 2.2.0

Best design app for iPad, but useless for exportsI switched from Adobe to Affinity years ago and haven’t really looked back. That said, the iPad version of Affinity Designer’s export persona is worse than useless. You can choose any file type you want, but no matter what you pick, you’re going to get a 1x png. You could hand-export every asset you want from the file → export menu, but anyone who has had to prep out multiple colors and file types of a single logo knows how hellish and what a waste of time that would be. Exporting needs to be perfect, and the fact that it isn’t kind of undermines the rest of the app and makes me feel frustrated and like I need to go back to burning my money on an Adobe subscription just for competent file exports. This needs to be fixed asap..Version: 2.4.2

Unusable: Brush Pressure is STILL BrokenYears ago I filed a bug report that their pressure sensitive brushes were broken and created unsightly artifacts at the end of every stroke. New iPad, new Apple Pencil, new Affinity— and it’s STILL BROKEN. There’s a lot to like about Affinity on iPad, but until they fix the pressure bug, it’s simple not suitable for professional work. None of the other apps have this problem and any will do a better job with pressure strokes..Version: 2.2.0

Needs More WorkIt’s good when it’s good and bad the rest of the time. It crashes like crazy for simple tasks like changing colors. I have to make multiple copies of one project and exit the project after every little detail to ensure I won’t loose any of my work. I enjoy the UI, layout, and feel but it’s becoming too buggy to rely on. To the dev team: Please work on stability and less of UI or features. Thank you!.Version: 2.2.0

Does not remember settings for brushDoes not remember settings for brush. Each stroke resets itself. In addition drawing strokes are very unintuitive. Some strokes the path has the complete texture. Some don’t. Changing attributes of paths/lines is just an utter mess. It’s not fit for purpose. I opened v1 designer which doesnt have these issues. I’d love to give negative stars but i have to stop at 1..Version: 2.1

Loses work when iPad updates!!!I love the power of these apps. But I have lost tonnes of work now twice using Affinity Designer. The first time was when I upgraded to version 2. One of my files reverted to an early stage of the work. Which I had to do all over again. I assumed it wouldn’t happen again now I had moved to second version of the App. But I updated the iPad yesterday (a simple update) and all that data has gone again AND on another design I was working on yesterday. That is at least two days work GONE! What is going on? I am so shocked!.Version: 2.0.4

What happened to V1?Purchased the “universal” license for all the Affinity apps a couple years ago on the understanding that all future versions would be included as a free upgrade only to find out that the new V2 apps require a new license. Unacceptable. Of course, I can’t go back and review that documentation so there is no recourse. V1 has also disappeared from the App Store so I can’t reload it if I have to wipe my iPad. So I downloaded V2 to check out the free trial, worked for a few hours on a document, came back to it today and it won’t open. I can see it on the documents screen but it won’t open. Tried to save, save as, everything I could think of to salvage it. Needless to say I won’t be buying the new license. The shame is, I actually really liked the new layout and tools. Affinity has turned this very satisfied advocate into a very dissatisfied one in a single move. *Update: the developer responded only to say the V1 apps are still downloadable. They didn’t respond to the more important point of misleading their customers. I’m back to Adobe. Buh bye!.Version: 2.0.4

Barely a starI am fuming at how inconsiderate the developers at Serif are. We’ve been anxiously waiting for Arabic text support in both Photo and Designer. And for years, getting promised that soon it will be implemented. A free vector art software called Vectornator offers Arabic text support so does ProCreate while your paid apps don’t. iOS supports Arabic text. Implement it. Money down the drain..Version: 2.0.2

Work can’t be saved!!?I’m currently working on a project that is very time consuming and my work won’t save for some reason. I just spent over an hour working on it only to open the app later and see that everything I done had reverted to what I did earlier today. That’s unacceptable… There doesn’t even seem to be a way to manually save my work before closing the app… I actually really like this app and was considering buying it outright but I have a business to run and I don’t have time to just throw away like this. Please fix this problem. Until then I’ll be shopping elsewhere..Version: 2.0.4

Latest Version Keeps CrashingVersion 2.04 is crashing every few minutes and not saving work. When in use the app is causing my iPad to run hot with abnormally fast battery drainage. This is a new problem, and up until now I’ve really enjoyed the app. Hope you get to the bottom of this and fix asap..Version: 2.0.4
