✓ SCAM AND IDENTIFY THEFT - BEWAREDeposit money is really easy but when it comes to withdraw, they will ask you to upload your passport/ID, address, and other sensitive information and makes you go through all kinds of troubles. ✓ It’s a scamWhile it’s true they have no direct influence on the outcome of the game, if you don’t win it’s 100% designed for you to deposit again. Don’t do it. There are many different pool games out there. This one has its negative and positives. One of the positives is they pay out right away. Customer Service could take up to 3 days to get back to you but they are helpful and there is an option to report the game if it goes bad. There are several different games under one app too, which is nice. I swear when I bet higher levels, the reaction in the pool table is different and I make more mistakes and lose the game. One of the negatives is on the iPhone, 15. The cue stick is right next to the app changer and if you’re intense on the game it’s easy to change the app instead of shoot the cue stick, the issue then is when you come back you end up by shooting unintentionally. I’ve lost many couple of games this way, especially the bigger money games. Also, there’s no tap to aim as there is in other games of this, sort so you always have to move the cue stick around in order to get to the ball you want. The worst of the worst is the amount of time you have to wait for other people to finish the game you’ve just played. If you need instant gratification, this is not the one for you. ✓ Laws of Motion ButcheredSir Isaac Newton would be rolling over in his grave if he watched the inconsistencies and inaccuracies of ball momentum in this game. sometimes balls you think will fall short of pocket end up rolling in super slow motion an extra 3 inches and go in. other times, a cue ball hit with medium power will be traveling quickly for half a table, and then rapidly decelerate to stop at 2/3 table, when it was originally traveling with enough momentum to hit opposite bank and return some. worst physics i have seen out of any of the multiple pool games i have played..Version: 2.17.0

✓ They do not payout winningsI played the game for around 4 months and they ask you to invite friends to play. I managed to regularly make money from this game and had several withdrawals of $100 dollars at a time. I invited my partner to try and play which she did with varying success. I then put another $100 dollar withdrawal request in and they blocked my account saying I am playing on multiple accounts suspending both mine and my partners account and not paying me my resent withdrawal request of $100 dollars and despite me trying to contact them on numerous occasions they are now refusing to contact me with regards my issue and they are not paying out my money owed. ✓ IssueThe game is very fun to play and helps pass time but it seems like the controls are too sensitive. You can set your aim but simply lifting your finger from the screen can alter your aim many times back to back. Ultimately can result in losing games simply because of it. There is a minute and 30 second timer for each game, if I had to guess at least half that time is spent just making sure my aim is right. These issues alone almost make it seem as if your wins are being controlled, although you may win some..Version: 2.20.0
✓ ScamI honestly liked this game at first. The UI is good, mechanics are solid, but I have one medium and one HUGE huge problem with it: 1. The break feels very luck based. Sometimes you get a ton of shots in and hundreds off points right off the bat and sometimes you scratch and your game is pretty much over right off the bat. Feels frustrating because the rest of the game is so skill-oriented. 2. The massive issue is bonus cash. The game is rigged to use your bonus cash AFTER your regular cash, which completely defeats the purpose and basically ensures you will always have bonus cash and not want to withdraw. This is not made clear AT ALL in the main game, you have to dig through the terms of service to see that for every $.01 bonus cash you use $.10 real cash from your winnings/deposits. ✓ Not the bestGame is decent but far from realistic physics that other games offer. It’s like your playing with a kids stick and have to hit extremely hard or the balls just randomly stop. My only reason for not giving 5 star is when you play the games against 5 other people your always against people with similar score. I tend to win more money games getting lower scores against other not so good players . When I play really well and get a high score I tend to lose as it puts me against better players .
