✓ Could Be Better… Kinda DisappointedOnly Had The App For 48 Hours And Already Disappointed. Completed Surveys Got To $2.88 and after there were multiple surveys around $1 they magically Disappeared. So Decided To Download A Game That Was Offering $2 and some odd cents to get to $5 faster. The game was downloaded and proceeded to complete the task which was download and reach level 5, which took about half a hour. After completing I waited a whole 24 hours for it to go from processing to complete and when I opened it up to check it, the app was not in pending no more so I checked completed, some how magically gone… next time I’m recording the whole process and if it happens again im taking legal actions just for the simple fact im tired of these apps manipulating us, hopefully this doesn’t happen again..Version: 23.1.9
✓ Three stars because..Okay,I’ve had the app for two days and did cash out for $5 and it was instant. However I had to do many surveys to reach is amount, the pay is low compared to other sites and I’ve been on survey sites and apps for years and never saw payouts so low. Also I got survey closed at the end of the surveys maybe 25% of the time too. It’s definitely not the fastest app to make money and I see people excited about the five minimum cash out but there are a few great apps that cash out at a buck, even one where you can cash out anything you want and it’s also instant to PayPal. Look around, do your research. Other places also have tons of surveys and here you get a few at a time and you have to wait. I don’t recommend it, and it would have got one star if it wasn’t for the instant cash out. Update- kept this app for another payout and I think I get it more. After cashing out, they start you again at an easy $2 and then you have to struggle with low pay and lack of surveys to get to the $5 cash out again. I get what they are doing here,giving you the 2 to keep you going. ✓ Good app, but can be glitchyAfter reading reviews, I decided to download this app. Others have earned their first $5 within 24 hours, but it took me 3 days. That isn’t a deal-breaker for me though. One thing I do have issues with is surveys not rewarding me. I have missed out on close to $3 over the last two days because of this. It’s a little frustrating as I spent a long time doing the surveys. This is one issue in an otherwise great app. I’d definitely upgrade my rating to 5 stars if this was fixed..Version: 23.1.9
✓ Customer ServiceI really didn’t want to write this, but since they don’t want to get back with me on the emails I’ve sent them - They don’t pay you everytime you complete a survey. It seems the higher the payout for the survey, the more likely the survey will “crash” when you’re done with it and you don’t get paid. I spent 15 minutes of my time completing a survey that was supposed to pay $1.31 then when I was finished, it said “something went wrong” and didn’t pay me. When I reached out, they gave me 10¢ credit and they said they would forward it to the operations team, who hasn’t reached out to me. ✓ One time onlyThis app only works once, you can get a couple of £ by working surveys, but after that EVERY single survey is broken. I have friends who Havnt cashed out yet and their surveys are fine because they Havnt hit a pound yet, we log in at the same time, they have surveys, I don’t, and the one and only survey they offer you a day constantly says “survey is closed” or “survey is broken” obviously the app developers try and stop you gaining anything from the app so don’t send out proper surveys.Version: 23.11.9
✓ Not a good appThe people saying this app is great are lying it takes forever to cashout now and 59% of the time you wont qualify for the survey ls or will just be exited out in the middle of the survey they will give you the same answer everytime when you contact support so its a waste of time not to mention the time estimates it gives on how long the surveys take are completely false you will spend 10 minutes on a 1 minute survey and higher paying surveys will just exit you out as fast as it pops up on your screen but if you do manage to take the 8 or 9 fifteen minute surveys the cashout is instant but the time you will spend just to get it isnt worth it no matter how many times you reach out they will not fix it👎.Version: 23.11.10

✓ It’s all a scamTrust me I thought everything was Legit too. I read all the reviews etc. This seems like the same as other survey apps like swagbucks but they’re worse and very questionable with their surveys. They start you out with a couple $1 surveys so you feel good but after those it’s a suspicious struggle. I know you’re not gonna qualify for every survey but it’s almost as like you qualify for none was you complete the first couple. Not just that but multiple surveys tell you its a short survey and only pays out a small amount (0.20) but it actually takes forever since they ask you near 100 questions. Not just that but after you complete them the survey giver will tell you “We need more information before completing this survey” which will redirect you to another survey with even more questions at no additional reward..Version: 22.9.20
✓ No longer get check insI have been using this app for about a year and I like it, but lately there have been so many changes. I only get $1.50 when I start over after cashing out, cash out is no longer instant-have to wait a couple of days, I haven’t been offered any check ins lately except Target and when I click on those they always say they are closed even when it shows, and it says that we should be offered up to 10 check ins daily at $.06 each-I get none, now I am no longer getting the daily poll for $.01 either. This is the same for the sister site Eureka. I never qualify for surveys anymore and it is random if you will get $.02 for the surveys you don’t qualify for. When I have reached out to support, especially for the Target check ins, they just say to sign out and sign in again-this doesn’t work and it has been happening for more than 6 months. ✓ What’s going on?Lately for the past few days, your apps, all your apps survey go,survey, pop, and Eureka have all been acting up lately. I’ve been doing so many surveys that they either freeze or when I do the app and I finish it it stays blank on the next three to close to give me my money and it doesn’t move and I could leave it there for a good 10-15 minutes. It doesn’t do anything when I refresh or reload the page it just stays blank so then I have to submit that the survey is broken or never got the money for doing the survey, and I spent so many hours doing what’s going on with your three absolutely but they are not doing what they’re supposed to be doing the like these apps because they do help a lot in terms of whether buying food or paying rent or just thinks you’re in there that you need and in a hurry and lately it’s just not been working and I’m not happy about that. I’ll change the rating as soon as that gets fix and also why does the surveys say 3mins or 4mins and when it’s clicked on says 10-20min surveys? That’s very misleading. ✓ Never got paid into PayPal accountFrom the U.K., thought i’d test out the payment after making $5 and never got payment into my PayPal. I’ve since sent 4 separate emails to customer support for over 1.5 months and nobody has even bothered to reply to any of them. ✓ It Was good at firstThere’s an option to click survey didn’t reward me but it doesn’t compensate you like other apps. I’ve cashed out twice but now I’m stuck at 4.75 for 2 days and it’s constantly declining surveys until it only shows the locked surveys. ✓ Well wasn’t I a foolI downloaded this app. Now yes on the first time you will get enough to Cashout a 5 dollar plus on that same day but trust as God as my witness, you will then be stuck. All the surveys after that you won’t qualify and if you do qualify, nearly close to completion, WE ARE SORRY YOU ARE NOT A MATCH and you will then receive 2 cents . Now I been with them a week. ✓ Strange changesI’ve used this app for a while and recently, there’s been some changes. The instant cashout feature is gone and now it’s basically a waiting game on when you receive your profit, could be one or two days or longer. There once was the feature where there was a $2.00 instant survey that appeared after a cashout. Now it’s down to $1.50 and my dashboard once used to be full of surveys and now it’s just one survey a time alongside the daily survey. Alongside that, they once gave you two cents if you were kicked out of a survey, but now, you just get a message that you were rejected in that survey. ✓ Very buggyI’ve downloaded your app today as I got a referral from a friend, but I’m really struggling. The first survey I did took 30 minutes or so and I earned 16p. Part of the issue was that it was REALLY hard to actually press the buttons. I had to tap each one about five times for it to register. Then it didn’t have my city listed in another, so I had to make it up. In another, it wouldn’t let me alter my date of birth so I just had to move on. ✓ Used to be my favorite survey appI am so disappointed with survey pop lately. When I first joined, it would lock me out of surveys once I answered a few surveys and I would have to wait or check back because the higher paying surveys were locked and they had no more available for me. I kept with it and over the months I have been using surveypop, I have cashed out many times at the minimum $5 mark. Overall, I have made several hundred dollars. I’ve stuck with this app through all the changes they’ve done. I was feeling pretty great about this app until they made even more changes lately. They used to give you a cash out survey of $2.00 when you opened the app after cashing out. It’s now $1.50. They used to pay you when you were disqualified from a survey. It was a small amount but it was something. Now they do not. Surveys will often say they will take 8 minutes for example. You click on the survey and answer a few qualifying questions and then it tells you the survey will take 20 minutes. There are so many errors lately and redirects. Some surveys do not pay out at all. It started locking me out of surveys again. It will only show me one survey at a time. ✓ Not worth it, other reviews are fakeYes, you can earn $5 almost quickly but after that good luck to you. The surveys pay very very very poorly for your time. Long surveys could pay a couple cents. You will so very rarely get much for your time. Once you get that initial $5 it gets sent to your PayPal. If you don’t have or use PayPal in general what will you use the $5 for? You’d be better off clipping a few coupons and earning $5 back faster and easier next time you go to the grocery store. Then once you cash out the $5 to PayPal your account gets an instant $2 credit. So in your mind you feel like a star and getting to $5 again will be a piece of cake but it isn’t. I could take hours of surveys to get back up yo $5. Hours! I’m talking a couple cents for surveys and often (so often!) you’ll do a survey and half way or even at the end after you’ve given so much info it boots you out! So now they have your responses and add them to their database to provide to the companies that hired them so they get paid but you don’t. Please, save your time and don’t do this. Don’t bother. ✓ Total RubbishI joined this a 3 weeks ago. On day one I got surveys which awarded me £1.46. Since then I’ve been kicked out of every single survey. Some of them ask me to do a little test like what is the only colour or what colour is blood or add 2+2 as soon as you put the answer you are kicked. 20 days in a row and over 100 surveys without being awarded for 1. It’s a con. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. Most of the surveys that you do get paid for are ones you get kicked out of and they give you 1p for them. So if you divide my surveys up I’ve been awarded on average 7p a day. Another thing if you don’t pick the answers they want you to hear you are instantly kicked off too. Dont waste your time. ✓ Liked the survey app, but….I liked this survey app and got to a little over three bucks, but unfortunately it logged me out and claims it sends a magic link to my email, but that link never came so I can log in and I’ve tried handfuls of times. I made a bit of money and have since deleted this app so I guess I’ll call it a lose. Super disappointed! And, I did contact customer service to be told twice, that I’m not using the correct email when I am. I would start over and make another account, but I’d like my $3 bucks and I’m also nervous that it will happen again where I can’t get into my account again. ✓ Get it but don’t play game’sThe app does pay and is good for the most part, you need to make a minimum of $5 before you can cash out which is pretty easy. In this app, you don’t only have to answer surveys to get paid; you can also participate in polls for 1 cent per poll and download games to play it for money through the app. But my biggest complaint is that I didn’t get my reward ($3.15) for a game I had downloaded, played, and completed within the amount of time required and still got nothing. I sent 4 emails and the only response I got was from a Mike who never answered back. So would I recommend this app? I cashed out twice and never got my money. The emails said to wait 1-2 business days. On the second day I emailed them and haven’t heard back. They also closed my sisters account after she reached $5 and wouldn’t let her sign back in. The surveys are easy and they might even pay you a few times. Don’t waste your time though. Was doing check ins instead to make money, but that stopped working. I then was relying on the money the person I referred was getting me, because you get 10% of your referrals survey earnings. Then that stopped working, even though she showed me she’s been taking surveys. The option to download apps for money also stopped working. Now one cent check- ins are the only thing that works on this app. Reached out to the app developers with no reply or help. ✓ Bad business associationsI have used surveypop for a long time and never had an issue with them until now. I decided to try their offer wall to earn more $ and I started about 5 diff offers. When I completed one offer and didn’t get credit for it after a few days I contacted both surveypop and Adgem. I got one response from Adgem in the beginning that they were investigating it, even though I sent them solid proof that I completed the offer and still have yet to receive any response from Adgem nor recieved the credit for time spent completing the offer. Survey pop has only told me to contact Adgem…I looked into Adgem and found that they have a very bad reputation for not giving those credits and not responding at all! I’m very disappointed that other companies such as survey pop continue their association with Adgem allowing them to continue to scam others etc…because if they didn’t then Adgem would not have a leg to stand on therefore surveypop imo are just as responsible and should also be held accountable and if apple and google continue to allow it then what???.Version: 22.12.8

I’ve cashed out at least twice and received the gift cards easily. However, I recently got a new phone and was signed out, and the only way to sign in was through a link sent to the email sent for the account. I’ve tried upwards of 20 times and the email has not gone through even though I’ve double checked everything for which email and spelling and every place within the email it could have gone to. ✓ ScamI wouldn’t waste your time on this app…After your first two surveys it literally will not allow you to take any more because it will say “The researchers have rejected you” whenever you click into a survey. If it doesn’t say that then it will say “You don’t qualify for this survey”. Apps like these want to monopolize off of your time for their own gain without giving anything in return…You see I would be writing a different review but this scam should not be tolerated. Yes you can cash out your little $5 or more but you won’t be able to if the app doesn’t let you take any surveys. I can’t even take the longer surveys that are 20 minutes long and only pay you 22¢. I do not recommend to anyone who is trying to make money from home. You are better off using the app DoorDash to make easier and more money…don’t waste your time like I did because in reality these survey app companies don’t care about the community or us as people…Shame on them..Version: 23.8.29
✓ Like the app but not after a few monthsI had been using the app for like 8 months and the first couple of months everything was great. I got in my total earning $60 dollars which is great, but after a couple of months like 4 the app started to give me less survey in my daily basis so I was unable to cash out at the same pace that was around $5 a week. After the months pass by that wasn’t the case, I was able to cash like around one month or so because of the lack of surveys and low paying incentives. So I would recommend the app to new users but when you get to the point where you don’t get that same amount every week is because they do not want you to get more money that fast. So just delete the app and download other one, that’s how I been doing and I have recollected around $500 dollars with all my other surveys apps until I get to the point I feel stuck and try a new one..Version: 23.12.26

✓ Cashout not receivedI did the surveys and reffered a few friends and got to the £4 minimum to Cashout. To be fair this part was quite easy however I sent it to my PayPal on the app but never recurved nothing and it’s been a week. I emailed their customer support and got told to wait 1 business day to get a reply to the email I sent and they didn’t reply to me and it’s been a week. Very poor customer support and most likely a scam..Version: 23.6.15
✓ Confused payment methodI request few time payment and they were all processed fast. But this time it sent SMS on phone to ask me to reply CONFIRM to release my payment. ✓ It was good to start withAt first I was getting surveys all the time, and was able to complete them with no issues, with the exception of one or two, but now I’m not getting any surveys that I’m able to actually complete, as soon as a choose one it instantly says ‘you’ve been rejected…’ and now after all the types of surveys as said before are gone it shows good surveys with a lock symbol and when I click on them it says ‘there’s no available surveys left today…’ even though it shows 3.
