✓ Great could use some workI’ve cashed out a few times now and found it easy (earnt by games mainly) recently however i completed 2 games and have not been paid for completing the task. i emailed in and they looked into one and confirmed i completed and money would be added to my balance this still is not the case and after chasing i am now getting ignored. i have been completely ignore regarding the missed payment on the 2nd game as well. such a shame because without these issues i’ve had a great time on it up until them..Version: 23.3.24
✓ Decent Survey App.Once you start off, you’re able to get about £1.80 from surveys fast then after that all the surveys range from 11-17p. However, the good thing is that you can boost that amount by spinning the wheel but it does take some time. Took me a couple days to reach the amount as I wasn’t that consistent, but this app does pay instantly to PayPal which is great! 👍 If there were higher paying surveys, this would definitely be 4 or 5 stars..Version: 22.8.25

✓ Give it a shot! Edit…:. Not worth itI have til edit my review because for the last day and a half I go to do a survey and every single survey is LOCKED! It’s like the 1st day i used this app they wanted me to think that I would be taking surveys and making money so they gave me like 5 surveys back to back, got me up to $5 to cash out, i cash out and then you get a reward for like $1.75 i think. I just don’t understand why there hasnt been any surveys to do and what the heck is up with the locked surveys? Who gets to do those locked surveys??? Ive done tons of these surveys and the surveys actually work! They really pay you and then you can boost that amount too. If you dont qualify you get 2cents. Ive had this app for like a week and ive done maybe 10 surveys, and just cashed out my first $5 to my paypal and it got sent instantly! Went to my paypal and transferred it to my main account. ✓ Decent apart from these problems"This survey app is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the polls only pay 1p every fortnight, which is pretty stingy. However, they have decent surveys, and the overall design and interface are clean and easy to use. The tracking could also use some improvement, but it's not too bad once you get the hang of it. ✓ Terrible App - bad surveys and false advertising about cashoutHorrible, surveys disqualify 90% of the time and when I finally reach 5 dollars to cashout on PayPal they put me on processing for 10-15 business days when they advertise their app as having instant cashouts. ✓ Bit of a con really.Very cleverly hooks you in - the idea of spinning a wheel to increase survey pay. But you soon realise they’re probably pulling a fast one. Initially you get a couple of dollar surveys and get your balance up to about $2.50 (cash out only allowed at $5). Then you get single surveys (not a list like other sites). Each professing to be about 4-5 minutes. They pay around 15c each. Even with the win spin you might get up to 20c. But the fact is, once you start them you soon realise they’re anywhere from 15-35 minutes long. In fact they’re often the very same surveys I’ve seen on other sites, paying up to $1.30! Someone is probably making a lot of money with this app and it’s probably not those who download it. As a survey officionado I’d probably advise - give this app a wide berth!.Version: 1.0.2

I am now giving it one star due to the fact that I have not be credit with my Payout, I have repeatedly sent support requests, they acknowledge your support request but to this date I have never received a reply or my payout. ✓ Removed appA few weeks ago I wrote a negative review on this app . Today I looked to check on my review it appears to have disappeared ? Seems shady to me and dishonest. I contacted them about a a mistake I made on cash out that I sent to the wrong email address. I tried 3 times for support and help with no response. So I warned them on my final email that I’ll report you to the App Store. Still no response. But now I find all the daily 1p surveys have disappeared and so have the others besides a 3p survey. I’ve concluded this app and whoever is associated with it are conning people . Despite the 5 star reviews I don’t believe this app is honest and neither are the people behind it . Anyway in the last 10 minutes I’ve deleted the app and the money they owe me they can keep go and buy yourself a burger or something on me and my efforts. ✓ Scam and waste of time!Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! It was great at first, you make a quick $2 and something… I have been doing this app non-stop for 2 weeks… every day, and have only received $3 and some change. And I have worked several hours a day on this app, doing everything I’m supposed to do. When u first start, you make a quick $2 in one day for the setup. After that, it kicks you out of every survey even if you do pick the right answers. I have finished several surveys and it said I finished the survey, and it would give me no $ at all! And I’ve wrote the people who are with this app, and no responds back! And I have referred a few ppl, never got anything for that when they signed up… and 1 of the ppl I referred, worked very hard to get almost $4. ✓ Started off with potential and now disappointedI have been using this app since last November and I have made over $300 from Surveys. When I first got the app, after I completed a survey, I would be able to spin a bonus wheel that had the potential to increase my compensation for a survey. They did away with that wheel months ago. I used to be able to cash out up to three times a day, and would have a plethora of surveys to choose from. The last month or two though there has been only one survey that is worth maybe 7 cents and takes 30 minutes to complete and no other surveys available. They went from a two dollar cash out bonus to $1.50 and now check ins are no longer $.10 and now they are $.06. This app, as well as the Eureka survey app, and the survey pop app have all nosedived and have become useless space on my phone..Version: 23.8.1
✓ Customer service not helpfulI have been using this app since February and it was actually doing what it said, until now. Recently, every time I try to take a survey, it says it’s closed or it starts to load and kicks me back to the main list. This included every notification of a new survey. If I click it, it says closed. The check ins will pop up but one out of every three won’t pay. It says it did but it doesn’t reflect it in the balance. I have reached out to customer service several times and I get the exact same response, word for word. The only change is the name of the sender. I guess they only have automated bots to help. It’s very sad that this is what the world has come too. Either automated or outsourced to different countries that have limited communication skills. I have checked for updates, logged out and back in, and anything else I can think of and it still doesn’t work. So, if you have issues, don’t expect help. There’s no one available to help you. I had earned $40 from completing an offer and customer service did reply, however once I showed them proof I had completed the offer they ghosted me and never paid. ✓ When you get to a certain number of surveys they cut you offI was trying to get to five dollars the first day just to see if it really worked. I got up to three dollars and something and there were some surveys but they were locked and they told me I cannot take any more surveys until later and I do not want to participate in a program that will not allow you to take as many surveys if you want, also, I noticed that most of the surveys pay pretty good, but there are many that only pay like 10 or $.20 for 20 minutes of your time which is ridiculous and not worth it. And generally the spinner only pays a few cents. The bottom line is, this is just another survey scam. They do not let you get to five dollars to check out much less more. They put a lock on surveys … a permanent lock… and they do other things to keep you from either taking the survey or getting to even start the survey and then finish it. I have used many many surveys and have taken surveys online for five or six years. There are one or two online not ..an apps… that are truly honest, but they are all hard because they make it very difficult for you to even qualify… but that is not the fault of the survey app or the survey program, but these are the things are the fault of the app. If I were you, I wouldn’t bother to download this program. ✓ It’s okay.I like this app a lot but there is some things that does need to fixed, like I will get 3 surveys that I can do and when I do them it’s the exact same ones (questions) and it keeps disqualifying me from them and they have ones you can do for like 1.25 but I’ve never been able to fully complete one because it always disqualifies close to the end of the survey, I feel like if you are disqualified you should receive atleast half of the payment for putting in that much time because u can work on a survey for 15 minutes and you are supposed to get 1.25 and get disqualified and only get 2 cent which I think should change. ✓ It worked well until I hit the first $5I really liked this app at first and I was able to get my first payout of $5 very quickly. Maybe within a day or 2. After I hit $5 the spins stopped paying out. It was literally zero each time until I cashed out. Initially they had paid out roughly proportionally to the spots on the wheel. When I complained to support about the many dollars in spins I had lost out on they credited me .20. After cashing out the first time they do give you a couple of dollars toward the next payout but I keep getting 1-2 min survey offers for 60-70 cents that take 20-30 min and are closed once I finish them. I finally went to support about these consistent issues and they credited me .10 for being screened out too late on a single survey. It’s been months now and It seems to be impossible to get to a second payout for some reason. All survey apps have issues but this one seems to be intentionally dishonest about the length and whether it pays or doesn’t pay after you have finished surveys. It happens so frequently it does not seem to be accidental to me. The bugs are too frequent and overwhelming on this one. Customer service responds but in a very underwhelming fashion for the issues. You will successfully complete a survey on the site it sends you to, and it even tells you “thanks for completing this survey” or “you have completed this survey, your compensation will be given by whatever platform” and you go back to the app and it says “Sorry this survey is closed” or my new personal favorite “The researcher has declined your participation in this survey” I got so frustrated constantly spending 20-30 minutes on their so-called 1 minute surveys just to finish and be told to basically F off. I contacted a couple of the researchers support staff. They all told me the same thing, it’s the survey app that decide to kick you out or not compensate you in the end. They only kick you out while you’re in the survey and you are going too fast or not answering honestly. They will not ever compensate you for your time correctly. ✓ Discrimination at its bestThis app was worth a try for me because it looks so fun and the surveys in the beginning were not that bad. However, as soon as you get off of that tutorial part of surveys, the real surveys kick in. And those will ask you a question in the beginning to see if you qualify. I’ve been asked which type of area I live in, what race I am, and what is my religion. All surveys deny me now because I answered truthfully. What kind of survey won’t let me take it because of my color? Or because I live in a bigger city? The religion I guess I understand but the rest was ridiculous to turn me down for. Then after those good surveys are gone, I’m left with the 2 Star rated ones that are about 20 minutes each and only pay a couple cents to complete. This app would be great if the discrimination wasn’t there and the surveys could be enjoyed otherwise why have them? ✓ Please ReadSurvey Spin is owned by the same company as Eureka and Survey Pop. This app is their throwaway to scam for extra money. Do not start taking surveys until after you verify your account through PayPal. The other apps will cheat you here and there but they’ll let you cash out until they randomly close your account (always with a decent balance so they don’t have to pay it out). This app is the only one that never let me or anyone I know actually cash out and most of the other reviews are fake. Try to verify your account through PayPal first. Even if you aren’t planning to get paid through PayPal they make you do that before you can cash out. Here’s the fun part… they never let you actually verify it. I’ve confirmed with PayPal that there isn’t even a real customer support department for this app. If you email the support link you will never get a response. Do yourself a favor and reach out to support with a basic question before you waste your time with these surveys and I guarantee you’ll NEVER get a response. That includes the email they respond to these reviews with. No one will ever read the emails. This app is a scam, and Apple should be ashamed that they let people get scammed instead of removing this from the App Store..Version: 24.4.16

✓ Decent survey app but needs a lot of work to compete with Eureka Surveys.Survey Spin is a good survey app, its free and survey taking is my thing, but Eureka Surveys is the best of the best of the three apps, (Eureka, Survey Spin, and Survey Pop) Survey Pop and Survey Spin both have broken surveys and offerwalls that don’t rewards when they are supposed to. Lots of wasted time. Eureka Surveys allows you to verify your account to receive more surveys and offers. But Survey Pop and Survey Spin don’t let me to that. I think the two apps need an update to fix that, as it must be a bug of some kind. Anyways, thanks for making these apps, despite their flaws they do pay well. ✓ Get no credit after you did the whole surveyThe last past days every dang survey that I do they literally will have you do the survey and say “ IT CLOSED “ yet it clearly was open long enough for them to STEAL ALL THE “ research “ that they clearly needed! They also got it bad with the lying saying every 2.50 survey is “ closed “ and if it allows you to do it, they cancel you off. I even restart the app and refresh and it continues to knock me and my 5G plus wifi connection OFF the surveys. ✓ Didn’t receive cash out. It’s been over 12 days!I saw someone who had this same issue below, and now I’m quite concerned this is a scam. I cashed out to my PayPal account. This is under a different email, but it allowed me to change that when I chose to cash out. I never received a confirmation email that the cash out was confirmed. I did receive the email that it would take 1 to 2 business days. A few days later, the cash out disappeared from my history on the app, but the balance did not change. So, the money basically disappeared. I emailed the customer care team twice. They said one business day for a response. It’s been 12 days. Why can I not get an answer? ✓ Half trueThe company of this game are not helpful because I reached out through customer support about my payment and they refused to give me my reward I did not receive my reward and I didn’t claim it I was given the option to cancel and choose a different reward and when I did the funds went completely to a strangers PayPal account I lost $76.22 I would of given this app higher but it’s the customer service that is not helpful. I’ve never had any issues making money with this app aside from a few times I felt ripped off but that’s part of the game. Anyway, I cashed out on 4/17 as I usually do every few days, used the same paypal as always, only it’s been 72 hours and I have yet to receive it. I have received another cashout since then so it’s not paypal. ✓ Zero stars. Garbage in, garbage outI had this app for about two weeks so think I can give honest feedback considering I am not new to survey taking platforms. This app is TRASH. Upon installing and registering, you will successfully complete a few surveys and then after that you are deliberately prevented from reaching the $5 minimum to cash out. I was able to complete about 3 surveys in the 2 weeks that I had it installed in which I was able to make it to about $1.86 and after that, I completed a ton of surveys that I was never credited for. Often, I would complete a survey 100% and click submit to finalize my responses and then it would be “declined” with a measly 2 cents as a “thanks for trying”. Not even worth reaching out to support because I am familiar with scammer incompetent survey platforms like this who simply don’t respond or give you robot scripted responses. I have better things to do with my time than have circular conversations with strangers. I know what trash survey platforms like Survey Spin are doing so once it becomes obvious they deliberately push headache inducing time wasting tactics on this users, I delete my account and leave a negative review that it much deserved. Also, the app design reminds me of Eureka Surveys and Survey Pop who also have the same time wasting tactics although I have at least been able to cash out more than once with those. When you first down load you do one survey for a dolor and after that survey every time I click on one it disappears or they let me start get almost done with it and then it kicks me and I only get one cent. I just spent 17 minutes doing another one for 1.00 and they did it again. So basically spent 17 minutes answering questions about video games that I’ve played and or heard of for 1 cent 🤬.. ✓ Bad customer serviceVery poor service from survey spin regarding payments. They failed to send one payment and the other was delayed. If there was a change in system from sending emails to sending text messages, I was not made aware of it. I received text messages from an unknown number to confirm the release of pending payment when usually, I just get an email. I sent several emails to report and seek support but received no response. Survey spin needs to do better if they want people to keep doing surveys with them..Version: 23.3.24
✓ Can’t never get you miss currency submitting ticketsI tried to reframe from writing this review, but I’m tired of submitting tickets for Missing currency from playing games and I don’t get paid and I never get a reply back.I have submitted several times for help for my missing currency., it said it could take up to 24 hours not several days I didn’t play these games, wasted my valuable time to not get paid. At this point I think this is false advertisement I have made money taken surveys barely because I always get kicked off. I just want somebody from customer support to help me with my problem. ✓ DodgySince upgrading to my new phone(iPhone 15 pro) I’ve not been able to sign into my account,why is this?it’s the same for their other app survey pop.i managed to sign into their other app eureka but they took half my money and when I emailed them about it they asked for a screen shot of my balance before i upgraded,why would anyone screenshot a balance if they didn’t think something like this would happen?they stopped responding to my emails which I find very rude as I like all three of their apps but this has made me think they are scam artists.Version: 24.4.1
✓ Pretty sure i got scammedSo the app works great, looks very professional, gotta hand that to them, and with 4.7 stars they’re obviously doing something right. but when it came time to pay out to my paypal, i never got anything to go through. i had set up my account with my spam email address, just because i’m a little wary of these things anyway without giving the email address with my full name. so when you get to the $5 payout threshold, there’s a place to edit what email address to send to your paypal in case it’s not the same (which i honestly love and isn’t a feature in every app). so after checking and rechecking that i wrote the correct paypal address, i sent it in and waited the few recommended business days for the payment to go through. nothing. i went in the app to look at the survey history tab where it’d said the payout amount and email address, that part of my history was gone! i emailed support, got the “message received” automated response, and never heard anything back. i emailed again a month later, quite angry at this point, and again got an auto reply and nothing from customer service. i just honestly can’t believe they have built such a good app and then give zero customer support and straight up deleted the payout history. that’s crazy. i really liked the app and i am very disappointed i got scammed here, whether intentional or not..Version: 23.6.15
✓ Good surveyI’d say it’s a fun way to make quick money (not a lot) I’ve made £23 but it has taken a couple of weeks, in the past 1 1/2 there’s literally no surveys at all except a daily poll which is 1p and the single survey that shows up doesn’t even work anymore. The cashing out process is immediately so it is legit but very frustrating now it’s not working..Version: 23.10.19
✓ Won’t launch today?I’ve been using Survey Spin since September, cashed out twice. As others have noted, a lot of surveys disqualify me after I’ve already spent several minutes answering questions, so now I mostly play games for the little rewards. However, I had one of those offers that never paid, and no response from the affiliate support. Today, Nov 1, the survey spin app stopped even launching successfully, even after I updated it. And of course I have a few dollars I hadn’t cashed out. I think my history and $ will be lost if I delete and reinstall :-( Is anyone else having this problem? I have an iPhone..Version: 23.10.31
✓ Low key messed upThis app is only good at first when you first sign up because they give you $1.00 to $2.00 surveys but then when you start getting into it and try to make that $5 cash out none of the surveys work, very rarely is it that every single survey you click on you’ll be able to do. I tried multiple surveys and everyone I’ve tried it’s always “this survey has been closed” or you don’t qualify at least they pay you $0.02 if you don’t qualify, the most irritating thing is that in the middle of a survey it will crash or it’ll kick you out and you won’t get compensated for your time. I don’t recommend this app unless you have the patience of a saint and can continue and continue to wait for a good paying survey to work. Also some surveys are I’ll say they’ll pay for example $0.40 or something but then only pay you $0.06..Version: 23.6.14
✓ Took my moneyI had over $7 on my account and when I clicked on the app to do more surveys it somehow logged me out because it stays logged in all the time. When I go to log back in my money was only showing 2.69. I contacted customer support and he stated that it does show a history of $7 but that maybe I could have another account with another email which makes no sense. Because first off I only have 1 email but how can you see I had a history of $7 under my email but say it could be on another accounts that I don’t have. They just replied basically telling me that my account shows $2.69 and that’s it. The fact that you guys are taking money and not even that much money from people is heartless and just wrong. ✓ Mini rant/warning and then positive reviewDO NOT DO WASTE YOUR TIME ON SURVEYS BY Prodege!! After 30 minutes of answering questions, it will kick you out and you will only get 2 cents as opposed to the $2 it promises. It is one of the highest paying because it doesn’t actually give you your money. This has happened every single time I’ve tried to take a survey by them and now they have access to my data. That rant aside, the rest is actually really great! If the others do reject you, they at least do so immediately and send you back so you can try making a money another way and you actually do make money. It’s better to do a bunch of few cent ones and accumulate money faster. It won’t make you rich like the other reviews say, but you’ll make good cash to get some food or in my case, buy fake money in games. 😂.Version: 23.10.31
✓ Not the best appAll right, so this app is okay but at the same time it’s aggravating and I don’t even have a wheel don’t get me wrong. It will pay you your money but at the same time it took me hours on end just to make five dollars and yet again when I try to get another five dollars it took me even more time. I do enjoy some of the surveys but most of the time they kick me out or they don’t pay me my respectable amount, and only give me two cents when I finish the survey and I was supposed to get a certain amount of money. I will give the app this it does give me your money fast and it also gives you two dollars in advance but overall it takes way too long, and it gets very irritating when I get kicked out of almost every single survey even though I told the truth, and I made sure to put in the proper information each and every time not to mention the amount of time spent they say the survey will be just 20 minutes or 5 and then they’re twice as long and takes me hours to finish one survey which is ridiculous. So it’s does pay and has a short pay out limit but it takes a lot of time, so if you want a survey app that takes hours to do and disqualifies you a lot then go for it..Version: 23.6.15
✓ It’s okayThis is a decent app I’ve made over $60 using it in my free time doing surveys but there had been some issues I’ve been facing lately I would like to point out like I said you can definitely do the surveys and make money on here some you do get disqualified for but for the most part it’s okay I’ve started to do offers on the app as well using adgem and revu I have completed some offers on both and eventually got blocked by revu for trying to contact support I have gotten credited for adgem in the past but recently nothing is being credited I’ve done multiple offers and made it to the level just to not receive pay out I’ve contacted adgem and surveyspin but no response at all and it’s frustrating because my surveys has also dropped I get like two or three surveys that are all under 20 cents now so it’s been hard to cash out I have around $15 in offers that I’m waiting on and hopefully after leaving this review someone will reach out (I would like to add that I have cashed out multiple times this app is legit but I’ve just been having problems recently definitely try it out but do it knowing this could happen).Version: 23.7.27
✓ I LOVED this app at first..The first month or so after i downloaded Survey Spin i absolutely loved it. Would have given it 5 stars without hesitation. It was just as it advertised. The first cash out took 2 or 3 days but I was informed of that beforehand so no problem. Every cash out after the first I received within minutes! And there were plenty of surveys that I was able to finish and I was cashing out every 2 or 3 days without even trying very hard! BUT after just over a month of using the app daily I was randomly logged out. I went to pull up the app and I had been logged out. I’m the only person who uses my phone so no one else had logged me out…I hadn’t accidentally logged out. Id been logged in for over a month with no problems! Easy fix right? I will just log back in. Put in my email as requested to get the “magic link” and it pops up there was an error sending my magic link. Tried again. Same message. Tried several more time. Same message. Reached out to customer service. Someone responded within 48 hours with a generic sorry to hear that please send us the email you use and a screenshot of the error message. I responded immediately and waited and waited but to this day(2 months later) I’ve never received any reply. I tried twice more reaching out because I genuinely did love this app and wanted to be able to use it again but never recieved any response at all those times. 2 stars because I loved it the month or so I was able to use it.Version: 23.8.29
