✓ I honestly like itThe only reason people don’t like it is because it’s new, but this will soon become a trend with all artists and everyone will be fine. The music and app run just fine for me with and without internet/ cellular data and I’ve encountered no problems yet! You guys knew what you were buying when you bought the album so if you don’t like it it’s more up to personal taste imo. ✓ Does it’s job - eco friendly and innovativeAs a unique platform to play purchased digital albums and display album artwork it does its job really well. Quality of playback is good and user interface is good, though takes some getting used to after so long using only iTunes etc to play digital music purchases. It’s a bit of a shame American music charts are so slow and so backward that they still don’t count digital albums sold like this (ie sold with physical packaging but with a QR code for album to play on this platform instead of a CD) as physical or digital sales for chart purchases. But that’s a chart and industry gatekeeper problem. It’s better for the environment and effectively supports the artist directly in terms of how much they earn (so much more than pennies from streams alone). US chart corporations will someday catch up and recognize these sales…as people choose to consume and support artists’ art and music in ways to minimize environmental impact and platforms like this grow and evolve. PS - any review in 2022 yelling about NFTs isn’t using the app and/or doesn’t understand it..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Excited to UseI haven’t received my album yet, but I am so excited to try out the app. You can stream on other platforms, but this is unique. I get a physical album and then a QR code to play it on the app. That’s amazing. We still get photocards too. I rarely touch the CDs I have because it’s hard to carry around a CD player. I can use a streaming site, of course, but most of the money doesn’t go to the artist..Version: 1.1.0

✓ New to thisI think this is really cool being able to see exclusive photos and media! This is also pretty similar to iTunes Store where we would buy the music and could listen to it offline even though streams won’t count just like a regular music app like Apple Music without the streaming service! ✓ Great audio qualityI finally listened to one of the albums I purchased - j-hope’s JITB. The audio quality is superb! Much better than some of the other streaming services. The only problem is I have to scroll in order to find the album I purchased. It would be great if the purchased albums are in the top or in the menu for easier find. Also, the problem some have about counting towards charts is irrelevant since the app is designed to listen to music. If you want to listen for charting, there are many other apps in the market for that purpose. As a new-to-the-market music app, this fulfills it’s purpose with excellent audio - better than some charting-friendly apps..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Very great idea!I bought svt’s face the sun and haven’t loaded it yet but my newjeans album came today and that finally motivated me to download the app. very straightforward, u scan the qr code, it loads the music, photos, and even scans of the photocards u got! the sound quality is good, no ads or anything annoying like that. u can listen to it when ur in another app which is nice too. only downside is that the weverse albums aren’t included in video call/fansign event entries which could def help with the heaps of physical albums that go to waste for entries. but i love the product itself. so much cheaper than a $20-30 album. i hope this expands to other groups as well!.Version: 1.2.0
✓ Interesting IdeaI like the idea of giving another option for fans to purchase the album, but keep the bulk of what a typical album has digital. Digital photo book, listen to the tracks, read the lyrics, etc. Then you get a couple photocards sent to you physically. A lot of K-pop stans collect photocards, it’s a very big part of the K-pop culture. In the past you’ve had to buy them through a third party individually or you had to buy albums upon albums and then you end up with a bunch of excess physical albums you have to sell, donate, or what have you. This way you cut out the cost of the physical album creation which is reflected in the cost of these digital albums. The only downside is sadly since everything comes from Korea and shipping is outrageous due to post pandemic price increases you may find yourself paying crazy prices for 2-3 photocards which is the only con that I personally see. If only the albums $10 (average) price point was accompanied by a $5 shipping fee. Sadly this isn’t the case since even if bought in the US at a more expensive start price point $15 it can’t be shipped as Media Mail through USPS (the cheapest shipping rate) since it doesn’t fall under the requirements of media mail (since it isn’t physical media, it’s digital media and photocards) but nevertheless I still really like the idea. Bravo to HYBE/Weverse’s marketing teams for continuing to find more ways to provide for every type of fan..Version: 1.0.2

✓ Great digital album optionThere is a lot of ignorant misinformation being spread about this app. My opinion, is that this no different than iTunes, just another way to digitally purchase an album and a platform to listen to it. Also I hope everyone who reads reviews does their own research and not blindly follow what is being said and that includes my own opinion. Again I think this a good option to help support your favorite artist..Version: 1.1.0
