They want to help you but not if you have severe anxiety and depression. I don’t think this is a solid app. This seems like a scam and clearly not actual doctors. Very disappointed and a waste of time. I suggest you answer questions dishonestly to get help. If you answer that you had struggled with alcohol or drug abuse they won’t help you. That’s not what I signed up for and now I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel my subscription or order and refund me because I can’t do that!
