✓ Good and fun butThe app is pretty nice to looks at, but what made me frustrated the most is it keeps logging me out whenever i check the new message and its just not fine. I hope they have a way to fix this because i keep logging back in every single time there is a new message.Version: 1.5.0

✓ The subscription is too muchI remember getting the app when it first released and how fun it was I feel like they should just keep the photos calendars and livestreams free and the ask for a subscription if you want to text them like in bubble (jyp messenger app thing) bc who’s paying 9 dollars to look at pictures they can get for free in Pinterest or google? ✓ MisleadingManagement is being greedy and exploiting these girls however they can to make profit. You can't really message them directly, its not possible with thousand other fans messaging at same time. Basically you are paying for photos. Bad update, and considering many fans are young, no one will have money to keep subscribing for long..Version: 1.2.1
✓ Great idea and service! Many nitpicks though!!This app is an amazing idea and I love its service. However 2 issues I have with the app is whenever I tap on a notification from Phoning, I automatically get logged out and have to log back into the app. It’s very annoying and makes me not want to interact with the app until later on, so I just end up closing it. The other issue I have is the translation feature. Having to tap every single specific message in order to translate it is very tedious, compared to just having a system that automatically translates the messages for you the second one of the members send a message through the chat. It’s a very simple thing I’m sure. And would help the app. Until then these 2 things lower my interaction with the app by vast amounts, I rarely use it once per month because of these 2 issues.Version: 1.5.8
✓ NoI was so happy when I saw this because I am obsessed with new jeans and when I log in I saw that there was a text calling and stuff but than when me and my cousin tried it it said we had to BUY everything there like what ???? ✓ Too much to pay for.As most people say, there’s many minors who are at their kpop era. Not all minors but most who downloaded this app. There’s so much things to pay for I don’t think some can’t afford to buy on credit or isn’t allowed to pay. I heard even the live needs money to be commenting. Almost everything needs to have money. I like the calendars and all but most things I try to enter need money. This is a cute app for New Jeans because I am a fan of them, but I just don’t like how almost everything has to be payed for. That’s why I’ll give it a 1 star..Version: 1.5.7

✓ Unneeded updateI recently noticed that they changed it so now only subscribed people can comment? This is so stupid what is the point of watching the live when you can’t comment. If they cared for their fans they would want to engage with them. Like look I know for example bubble does this but the members can go on insta lives so it’s free of charge for others who bc aren’t fortunate enough to be able to overpay for that. This is the only form for fans to engage with them in real time and have a chance to talk with their idols. They should atleast go live on Weverse too if it’s like This. For once I have to say the platforms for literally any other group is better than this. If you actually want to engage with your favs, watch the free skz member lives on insta or txt lives on Weverse as both of them go live very often, for free..Version: 2.0.1

✓ I love this app but...This app is amazing, I love how there's their whole schedule planned out and I even love how they get to go live! yet I really don't like how you have to pay 9$ a month/64$ a year just to be able to see photos, see private lives, and use messages. ✓ Questionable FunctionalityHi, I absolutely love new jeans so far so Ive decided to give this app a try! However, its not working as well as it should. The purpose of the app isnt fully clear, Im assuming it functions like a second weverse? When i reopen the app after closing, I have to sign in again. ✓ Subscription only restrictionsI loved phoning when it came out I was on it everyday and everyone was able to look through the pictures posted on the photo albums and were able to go into the calls but since the subscription plans started only people who pay the $10 dollars a month or $90 dollars a year can even access these photo albums and answer the group calls. I think the subscription should only be for messaging the girls back and for answering personal phoning calls for girls instead of restricting people who don’t have the money to pay for something that was free to them not long ago when the app was released I don’t go on the app a lot any more since everything needs to be paid for and I can’t enjoy it anymore casue of all the restrictions. The app now seems to only cater to people who have money when it used to cater to everyone which is very sad and seems very low and money hungry.💀.Version: 1.2.2

✓ Not worth the moneyDon’t get me wrong- the apps design is so cute, and matches newjeans’ style so well! i love the girls so much, but it’s wayyy to overpriced! There’s no way I can afford to pay for something like this every month since i’m a minor whos too young to get a job (and no way will my parents pay for it). if you’re a hardcore ot5 stan then go ahead and spend ur money, but i have a bias (dani) and would rather chat with only her for cheaper. most of the people stanning newjns are minors, we can’t pay for this!! plus, you can find everything (like photos and calendar things) online for free and so the only thing you’re paying for is the texting/calling or whatever. Lastly, why should we have to pay to watch NewJeans live when all other HYBE artists lives are free on weverse??? Ador is just trying so steal our money and profit off of NewJeans’ huge popularity. Imo, bubble is a much better app if you want to get your moneys worth. You get discounts there if you want to talk with more than one artist of a group, and most idols are active. ✓ Doesn’t functionHi, I can’t wait for the debut of the girls and got the app to support them but it sends me atleast 100 messages an hour but when I try to access it it just gives me a blank page. Also with the I.d card I’ve made one and it doesn’t come up and just gives me a blank page aswell. Anyway I agree with the top review that says only chatting should be charged for like 3.99 maybe? Anyway for people who want to see what’s free, you can see official events newjeans will appear on in the calendar, access the newjeans website and get messages from ador, and some other companies. But that’s really it haha. For subscribers you can comment on the events, see the members rants on the calendar, their photos in the albums, their live calls and streams, and talk to them individually. The wait is around 2 days if they want to talk to YOU. From what I’ve heard. Anyway it’s a cute app but not much available for free users..Version: 1.5.3
