✓ Loved before the recent updateIt’s understandable you want to profit off the app, but in the long run you’ll lose users. why make us pay for things you used to offer for free and the limits aren’t enough in my opinion. this is why apps like quizlet are running down because everyone wants money instead of truly caring for the customers..Version: 1.9.1

✓ Beware! Doesn’t ALWAYS save workI’ve been using wordtune now for about a year. At first I loved it. It helped me to streamline my writing—emails, class content, etc. But I noticed it is also very glitchy. Sometimes it has a mind of its own and will not save the work created in it—especially if you close your laptop, or put your desktop to sleep, and ipad pro too looses content created if the screen turns off while closing it up in a case. I use chrome browser as suggested—does not make a difference. I’m looking for a beter program that is more reliable. It is beyond frustrating to spend over three hours crafting material for it ALL to be lost when needing to access it. So frustrating!!!.Version: 1.7
✓ HeadacheThe app logs itself up a few times a day which drives me crazy. I got the paid version to get the job done, what's the point then? I found the Chat GPT much better to rephrase sentences.Version: 1.3

✓ Poor customer service/ feels like a scam!I paid for a premium package and it was great until recently. My yearly premium subscription was downgraded to the free subscription. They have no live representation making it hard to resolve this issue. Additionally I followed the instructions listed on their help center. It clear that this is a common problem and many people have experienced this. I paid for this package and can’t even access it. What a WASTE of money it feels like a scam!
