✓ ZERO Star Rating“ Cutting Edge”? I find it extremely hard to believe and it is even harder to understand how a company who chose a “ cloud base platform” to be “ NEW Cutting edge, to be MORE ADVANCED, to have MORE FUNCTIONALITY “ chose for the delivery app to have Paper and Pen as an option ??? We have gone 10-15 years BACK. Even more so, keeping the “ contact less” option for delivery tells me it is understood that the world has changed and customers no longer wish to have much contact at the door, so why?? Why would it even be something “ tolerable “? This has dropped drivers income, and increased customer’s frustration. The app has sooo many bugs in it, drivers are in fact NOT able to end their runs at the door every-time. Most times, the app doesn’t recognize that the driver is in fact at the customers door, not sure what is used to determine the gps/map of the area. There is no visibility of “Driver instructions” on the app. Overall, highly disappointed..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Ridiculous and not user friendlyIt’s impossible to use the gps connected to this app, it is super delayed and you have to manually press on the directions so it’ll tell you where to go. I agree with all of the reviews I’ve seen here, this new system is ridiculous. No one has even responded to the negative reviews, or is looking to fix it. It won’t count my tips so I can see how much I’ve made through the day, and it makes me do a paper instead of electronic signature. This has become ludicrous. Get your stuff together, you are losing employees and are making customers angry because of this app. Work on technology development..Version: 1.0.1

✓ HelpPlease change this app by going back to the older system or the developers go look at the other system and make it some what like it customers are complaining every delivery I walk in a store wearing my uniform and people tell me they love the pizza but don’t order because of the app now we have lost customers also customers that I’ve seen buying our pizza for 2 yrs don’t anymore they won’t order any more because of the app there is a saying don’t fix what isn’t broken this app is broken it was fine before the zones where number you could tell so much easier where places where on the map idk if who made this app has ever delivered a pizza or delivered in the rain trying to get a signature on a wet paper also I feel like it’s definitely not helping the spread of germs having to had my clip board and pen to 15 different people a night I love working for Marcos I take pride in my job if I’m delivering or making the food I’m just begging to go back to driver Iq or make this app better please..Version: 1.0.1

✓ DangerousThis app is horribly bugged the gps will not transfer to car play and makes the gps map tiny on your phone and makes you manually click for information on your next turn. The features it has are useless and it’s only a matter of time before a delivery driver gets into a accident from distracted driving by constantly having to mess with the phone just to see where you are going. Toying with your phone while driving is illegal and yet this driving app makes you constantly mess with your phone. I see a lawsuit in the near future from this causing a severe accident. The whole mom’s system was rolled out at least a year early as the development team is either to small or under skilled. This app needs removed from the App Store immediately until it is developed safely..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Needs moreIt only pulls up directions on your phones default maps app. Personally I don’t like Apple Maps, so I wish I had the option to chose which app I would like to use. The map does not turn on navigation. So it will tell you the directions in text, but it won’t follow you in real time and track your GPS to tell you where to turn, so now I need to enter the address myself into the navigation app. Does not list the items that you are delivering. Does not include the customers name. No where to add important delivery instructions only for the drivers, like gate codes or where entrances are located. No options for a tip line on my phone for credit cards. But insiders get a new fancy electronic tip line now and all money goes to them and not divided w the drivers. We have to keep track of paper receipts and carry and a clipboard and pen with us. This app is useless. I don’t even need it for the job anymore bc the paper receipt has more info on it, but it’s location services is tracking me even when I’m off work and at home. I don’t like the app at all. ✓ Zero StarsThis app is TERRIBLE!!! You can’t keep track of anything. It doesn’t show any information. The maps don’t work. Directions don’t work and cannot be changed. No directions back to the store. Location must be turned on for ALWAYS in order to even use it. No more tipping at the door. This is a HUGE step backwards! I definitely DO NOT recommend! ✓ HorribleThis is the worst app. Not useful for runs at all. Kills my battery by running 24/7. I’ve had it less than a week and it’s run 110 hours of my battery down. Please add the following features, otherwise please go back to FoodTech. -Order Details -Customer Name -Delivery Instructions -Ability to see deliveries yet to be assigned -Ability to quickly send pre-loaded text -GPS that will work correctly -Ability to add tip if already paid on card -Ability to view tips accumulated during shift -Ability to mark a run finished even when gps INCORRECTLY says you should be a mile down the road Very inefficient. Would give zero stars if allowed. Most of this information can be seen at the store on the computer, but it is needed on the app, otherwise why have the app other than tracking us? I’m now spending time gathering this information when i could be on the road. Really dislike fumbling with pen and receipt’s trying to get a tip/signature. ✓ Horrible, completely uselessI used to love my job but since this new system started it’s been a nightmare. 90% of the time it’s just stuck loading. I can’t message my customers to let them know I’m coming anymore, I can’t see what their order is on the app, the map that comes with the app is impossible to use. At apartment complexes you can’t click “delivered” because the map is picking some random place in the complex as the delivery area. You can’t even see on the app if they paid or if you need to collect cash. I have had 4 people get angry with me when I deliver their food because they hate the new app and find it almost impossible to use. I wish they would switch it back, but I know they won’t. ✓ Horrible just horrible..This app doesn’t not let you change the default navigation to google maps because I use google maps and its easier than using the apple maps. You have to click go and cancel then go again when you use apple maps. You can’t track when you have another order to deliver so you lose the sense of urgency. This app makes it very very difficult to find businesses and hotels because the old food tec system had delivery instructions and business names all in one place and makes it easy to sort your deliveries. ✓ This App Made Me Quit My JobI was an associate with Marcos for over a year, but when they introduced this app, my tip income decreased because the app doesn’t have a function for customers to add tips, the button to mark an order delivered doesn’t work, and every time I get a new delivery I have to log out, log in, click the address, cancel, because by default it gives the wrong address, then finally I get the correct directions for my delivery. It’s very frustrating going from a system that simply works, to one that doesn’t even correctly do it’s only core function. Also it has been months sense this change and I am yet to see an update. ✓ It’s not greatYou can tell they rushed out the app because they had to get the system out on time. Very barebones basic. I’m atleast glad you can start navigating by pressing the directions button. But for some reason Apple Maps doesn’t like the address it gives so you have to close it out then re-navigate. And you can call the customer with the phone number button. Though one time there were 2 instances of the order on the app, and one of them had a slightly wrong phone number. Not sure what that bug was about. At least they made the dispatch tags better..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Absolutely horrible!!Everything about this app is a downgrade. There’s no more comment section for customers to put in gate codes to get into gated communities. There is no way for the customer to give us special instructions. The GPS is a serious step down from the previous app. I have been a delivery driver for over a year, and very rarely had a late delivery and now almost every delivery is considered late. We’ve had the new app for not even a week yet and I’ve already had multiple complaints from customers saying how trash it is. My tips have greatly been affected, and this alone makes me want to find another job. I am very disappointed..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Cart Before the Horse?Enhanced online experience? Maybe for the customer as I’ve heard a handful of good comments except for the payment screen. As for saying we’re a people first company I’m struggling with a counterintuitive app for our drivers which clearly is is not operationally ready for high speed low drag use! A pass could be given as a 1.0 stab at a “better” product but this currently seems to burdensome for the user and organization. ✓ This app feels incomplete like the whole systemThis app removed many of the good functionalities of the food tech app. You can no longer have a run started and get good gps directions. The directions won’t track you correctly you need to end the direction and restart them to get actual turn by turn directions. You can no longer see if there are deliveries at the store or track how much money you have made. There is no way to see if there are delivery instructions like “don’t ring the bell the baby is asleep”. All you can see is a phone number and address. If you turn on location services only when using the app it doesn’t recognize you have them on and will not let you mark orders delivered. The overall system is not better than this app. It crashed 4-5 times on Friday night which is not good for the busiest night of the week. It feels like this app/system was not tested to ensure it could handle the volume of orders that would be necessary. ✓ 0 STARS: only 1 function AND it fails at even thatI thought the rated-3-star dominos delivery app was bad but this is worthless. - there are only 3 screenshots because that’s all there is… literally all it does is link an address to your phone from the store, that’s the entire app, nothing more… aside from wasted time and danger from trying to get it to stop crashing because apparently that simple task of linking an address which you can do faster with your eyeballs in person is too much for it. - maps app will become unusable after pressing the address and you have to close and reopen the maps app before it works, again it would’ve been faster to enter it in yourself on the maps app. - Crashes constantly - you don’t know if you’ve marked the delivery as delivered or not And it won’t let you press it before you get to the address which would be normal but it loses the delivery from your phone when you Are in range.Version: 1.0.1
✓ Screw thisI’m not allowing you to have access to my location 24/7 FoodTec worked with only having access while using the app. Also the top review is completely accurate and honestly only talks about the big issues. ✓ Bring back FoodTechThis driver app is awful. The map doesn’t pull up half of the time, you can’t tip at the door, you can’t see any of your shift stats, and you can’t track the drivers as easily which can become unsafe. I’ve worked for Marco’s for many years and I have enjoyed my job, but this new app has caused me to lose tips and has caused me many problems. I get not wanting to pay for the foodtech system, but don’t try giving us a new system and driver app when it isn’t finished. It might cause you to lose hardworking and dedicated employees because it’s simply not worth the time to sit around and hope it’ll get better one day..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Wish I could give zero starsI went driver to manager in half a year because of my hard work and due diligence, I would give up my tip money just so the store would run smoother and with the highest efficiency. All I was told was the new system was going to be user friendly and easier on all employees; I’ve been lied to for multiple months now. It’s hard to keep a straight face and an upbeat attitude while loosing money as a driver, app is completely broken and the store system is even worse. If corporate is seeing this, go back to paying FoodTec until you get your system under control, it’s loosing your stores money and valued employees. I’m going to find a new job now because of this new system. ✓ Terrible appThis app is terrible. I’ve been a delivery driver at Marco’s for a couple years now. We used to have foodtec delivery IQ before switching to this one and it had so many more features and options. If customers don’t leave a tip, you were able to have them add one on the phone. Not on this app. It doesn’t show me how much I’ve made, how many deliveries are up, or how many drivers are at the store. If anyone at Marco’s corporate is seeing this, it is such a downgrade from our old system. I understand that you want us to have Marco’s brand apps but this one is beyond terrible..Version: 1.0.1
