✓ Need more to the gameI played this game for about 3 days and yesterday i got a good car. This game needs more maps and cars if im being honest. By the way I tried to do one of the maps and now it wont let me claim diamonds anymore. I dont know if its a glitch or what. ✓ Perfectly ServicableAs far as mobile racing games go, it’s simple. But simple is a very good thing in this case. The physics are simple, the cars are easy to control once you realise you’re moving the entire car side to side on the road instead of steering it like you would normally. The aim is simple, drive from one end of a highway to the other, avoiding the cars and barriers and whatnot, as you’d expect. The car list is simple, with a good selection of iconic shapes, albeit hidden behind simple graphics and legally distinct names. And the currency is simple. Gold bars for higher scores, which can be used to upgrade and buy different cars, and xp for playing the game and levelling up, unlocking new cars. And (at time of writing) zero microtransactions! ✓ Fun for a casual playIt’s decent for what it is, no obvious bugs that I’ve found. Replayability is low, you can easily obtain the fastest car, max it out, and then have nothing else to work towards. I wouldn’t detract stars for that though. More than likely will be forgotten about unless some updates are made. One criticism is probably that the map balance isn’t very good, there are some that just don’t make sense to play as the risk is too high, and then there are some like Motor Bay and Suzumi Forest that are far easier. There are rewards for driving on the wrong side of the road, but this is significantly riskier, and the game doesn’t encourage it at all unlike some others from the same genre..18394823939492Version: 1.0.1

✓ The Mean Streets of PAKO!Original Recipe PAKO is honestly my favorite iPhone game in life (sure wish TMG would give it an update, keeps freezing when the cops start piling up.) PAKO Highway has got it's own groove, but still in that merciless, "sometimes you just get well and truly screwed" spirit. So when you get a good run, it feels earned. ✓ Fun, but a couple recommendations to improve the gameplayPlayed for about a week now and here are the positives: the retro, Pako-themed graphics are fairly decent, upgrading cars and such isn’t too difficult, the actual gameplay is very thrilling, especially when the AI are driving like crazy maniacs and bumping each other around. Now, keeping this review short and sweet and summarizing what needs work, while the traffic AI is fun to watch, but there are many times when the vehicles will slam into each other and wind up blocking almost the whole highway if enough vehicles are involved, to the point of where there isn’t really a way to drive around the them; the traffic AI should at least be able to see each other to a certain degree, so the crashes aren’t as frequent. Another recommendation for improving this game would be if the cop cars actually chased other vehicles or even the player, just like in all the other Pako games. Aside from that, this game is brilliant and definitely a work in progress..Jftech01Version: 1.0.5

✓ Great but could use some workThis is a great, thrilling game and I love it a lot but sometimes the cats will Run into each other and block up the road and you don’t have enough reaction time to avoid it. And I would absolutely love it if you had like a free run mode where you aren’t burdened by a clock and if you crashed you could keep going because I die a lot, and I mean LOT so that would be cool. ✓ Great game, questionable adsI gotta say, the game itself is great, very fun, but the ads are sometimes a little weird and sexual. Not sure whether they’re advertising sexual games or the ad itself is just sexual to get people to download the games that have nothing to do with that. Overall 5 stars for the gameplay but the ads are an issue especially since this game will mostly be used by children. Edit: put it to 4 instead of 5 because the AI of the cars are just not that well done, some are just stopped in the road for no reason, and the stopped ones just clump up into a bunch of stuck cars in the road. And the crossed intersections is just pure luck whether or not a car passes by. You’re going too fast to the point you just can’t dodge it, so you just have to lose. Maybe a brake option? At least to be able to dodge unnecessary stuff better. Edit AGAIN: please make the cars not stop in the middle of the freaking road when I’m literally going 160mph and have no way of dodging or stopping.Omy205Version: 1.0.9

✓ AmazingThis is one of my favorite mobile games on my device. The graphics are spectacular and it’s just a great game overall. The only thing that needs to change is how realistic it is. When you hit a car in real life , it makes a dent. You don’t total your car and you don’t go flying 12 feet off the ground. I think that it would probably be more realistic if you had 3 chances until your cars engine flares and smoke comes out and you stop.
