✓ Cute but...The game is cute, and the idea behind it is wonderful, but so far there’s seemingly nothing to it. I understand it’s a newly launched app, but even so, for them having claimed to spend a lot of time on it, there’s genuinely nothing to do. You log on, see if maybe some new pet needs your assistance, you assist them, then they leave and you don’t see them again even if you befriend them. Very easy to loose interest, and no true point or goal to the game. I’ve yet to have any of the pets I've befriended even stick around, which is quite disappointing. The art is cute, and the concept is good, but I feel as though it’s been very poorly executed. There’s no motivation to come back onto the app daily or put in time to the game. If you’re looking for a self care app, there’s many more out there far better than this, and much more engaging. I sincerely hope the devs greatly improve on this, as I truly believe it could be something wonderful so long as effort and care is actually put forth. ✓ Cool idea, but won’t stick for long.Let’s be honest, mental health is the last reason people started playing voidpet. The cool design, pokemon like gameplay, and the vivids is what brought people in. Probably even the characters and promise of a story driven game at one point. That all went downhill. The app is fun for maybe a day or two but all it is is vivid farming, even more so once you know the time skip exploit. The website has been pretty much abandoned aside from all the emotions being added soon enough. Maybe at one point the idea had a lot of potential, but not anymore. You have to grind weeks to months for anything good on the website and the characters, quests, and storyline just don’t get updated anymore. On the app getting things is as easy as pie. The lack of quality or direction is very noticeable these days. It’s also very obvious it’s in the hands of inexperienced game devs who either refuse or turn away much needed help..FayreDarlingVersion: 1.3.3

✓ 🖤It’s so sweet, i love the nice things the emotions say and water breaks are my fave. i just wish it was more entwined with voidpet.com. i’d love to be able to log those pets and dress them in the items i already plus all the VM u earn 😭 but otherwise it’s adorable, i love all the new vivids and shapes of the stage one pets..Ann0yingG0blinVersion: 1.4.2

✓ Cute idea but lackingThe idea is nice. A little self care app with some added features. But… it’s just not there. You can’t change the color of the landscape once you choose your ‘starter’ you’re just stuck with whatever terrain of your starter so you better decide you like that landscape. There’s some others you can buy but if you just want a recolor you can’t. You also can’t seem to choose which pet you’re interacting with at all it’s only your starter. So you better be sure you like that one AND the terrain it has otherwise you’re gonna be unhappy. The worst of all is the main screen is just barren. Unless you get visitors and ignore them you just see your 2 or three plants. That’s it. Nothing more. Nothing moving. Nothing you can interact with. Nothing. You’re not caring for your pets or collecting them so you can see them all. You’re just… doing nothing. You would think that with the collection aspect you’d be able to at least see favorited pets wandering around the screen? Maybe be able to interact with them tomagachi or even neopet style? Do something extra to earn something small like accessories or like… anything at all? Nope. Just pop in for about 5 minutes, so the dailys, and exit. That’s all this app does. I understand it was made in a short time and is to tide people over and make money while still waiting for the full game but this has less to do in it then those tap games or even other similar self care games. And it’s lacking the main thing people wanna see, which is actually looking at the little fellas you collect. The game seemed like a nice way to really kinda pay attention to self care. I thought maybe I would start using it to track my moods each day and whatnot but it just doesn’t live up to what it’s trying to be. You can’t even look at your logs of what you’ve put in any way which honestly makes the entire concept utterly useless. It really just dropped the ball. I understand it was made in like a month, and I understand the main game is still in development, but more time shoulda been put into making this a real experience.._WolfSpiritVersion: 1.4.2
