✓ Only for smart TV connected to your wifi networkDid not work on the TV I need a remote for. The TV is a Sceptre LCD tv, not the smart version. The original remote can now only turn on and off the tv, and hust turn the volume up (not down). So I needed a replacement. So many other apps need a subscription! I’m willing to pay for an app that’s good. But a subscription? No way. I downloaded this app because reviews mentioned it’s not asking for a sub. Once I opened the app, it asked permission to access the network to find devices. I allowed it. Unfortunately, it only scanned the smart tvs, and fire sticks we’re using (it did not see the apple TV). Since the TV I intend to use it for is not connected to the network, there’s no way I can use this app. Please add in the description that it’s only for smart tv so it won’t waste people’s time. I will keep the app, maybe someday I may have a use for it. Thanks for having the free app for me to try..Version: 1.4.9
