(full stop)I know this app is for LBC, but it's by far the best and designed beautifully, I use to listen on TuneIn radio app, which I still use and is a really good app, but due to me listening to LBC so much this app I couldn't ask for more, connection and live streaming of radio is absolutely top class, hardly buffers even in internet connection weak areas, the instant live radio as soon as app is open I love and the last 7 days listening for shows missed if wonderful. Thanks for a tremendous app, hopefully if you update it, it won't mess it up..Version: 31
✓ Pretty handy on the wholeAdmittedly I only make use of the app to listen to the live broadcasts, rather than any of the catch up or podcast features. Though in just that capacity, the app is very good. You can easily connect and start listening as easily as you could on a music streaming app. It fills a gap you perhaps didn’t realise you had in your radio listening capabilities - taking out your phone and being able to connect straight away and play it through an external media player in a quicker way than safari or chrome do. One minor gripe I have, and the reason for the shortage of one star is a slight nuisance in the ads. I appreciate the need for advertisement in apps, but it’s not particularly cleverly done here. As you begin to play a broadcast your ears are barraged by the sound of both the broadcast and an ad simultaneously. Thankfully you can skip the ad after 10 seconds and if weren’t for the jarring double playback this would be a perfectly reasonable way to present an advert before a broadcast. As I say, on the whole pretty useful!.Version: 43

✓ No more subscriptionsIt’s a shame that the subscription service has ended as I had some great shows I saved , for some reason now the show stops when I come out of the app or I put my phone into lock mode, maybe it’s awaiting an upgrade , still a great app as the Heart 80s part is brilliant , just wish I could get my saved episodes of LBC back, the day George Michael died were the episodes I kept so was gutted to lose . ✓ Good app but keeps losing connectionOverall this is a good app but the annoying adverts are a pain. I know the app is free but I’d gladly pay for an ad-free version. The only real complaint is that the audio keeps stopping and “buffering”. Considering that I’m connected to a very fast broadband service with a strong wifi signal, I can only surmise that the fault is with the broadcast itself. I also use an internet radio and it never drops out which further makes me think the app is the problem. Shame as I think the app could be excellent with a bit more work..Version: 37.1

✓ Good app!I'm glad London's Heart has a way to listen to it on iPhones & iPods. Like others say, it's a pitty the app can't be kept running while in the background but still, it suffices my needs. ✓ It’s improved BUT a very big BUTI do not like the face that we are forced to watch 30 seconds of video advertising prior to a piece of broadcasting. If you want to see it again, then the advert is repeated. I now do not bother. Also, JAMES O’Brien is both rude and sarcastic. He likes e sound of his own voice and if heaven forbid someone disagrees with his opinion on anything, he is vile to that caller and cuts them off. I never listen to him anymore and switch to Talk Radio for the three hours..Version: 31
✓ Love, can’t live without it!I absolutely love listening to LBC as there is proper balance and the presenters (right now, most of them) are level headed...you get to hear everything from left and everything from right...I lived in London, moved to the US couple years back and was enjoying the app BUT IT HAS STOPPED WORKING on my iPhone for some reason. I can play Spotify, YouTube and any other radio but when I try n launch LBC, I get “Not currently available”... I tried deleting and reinstalling already.. worked fine on my Android 😩someone please sort this out.Version: 80
✓ Sleep timer!!!!!!!!!!!!Why would you remove the sleep timer! It's an essential part of any radio/audio type app. The other features are all well and good that have been added, but the lack of a sleep timer makes this app useless to me. ETA: hooray, it's back!.Version: 29
