✓ Must buyI love this little app. Watching movies on my Mac is great with this app. Play, pause, volume control and a lot more. I love having the ability to turn my Mac off from the remote. Needing to upgrade to the Pro Version when I get my iPad again..Version: 3.6.5
✓ Looks great but...Looks great and mostly works very well. However, the description says that it toggles full screen mode in Quicktime player. I can't get this to work unless I go via Front Row. So if I have a movie open in QTP and press play it busts plays in the window. How do you make it go full screen?.Version: 0

✗ Need Helper Application on Computer to be controlledI'm sorry, but the fact that you need to install additional software on the computer to be controlled should be upfront. The headlines makes it sound like it simply makes your iPhone or iPod Touch into an Apple Remote. Pretty slick marketing. OK so I'm an idiot for not clicking on "more info" and scrolling to the bottom of the page like I never did with any software I ever bought. I'm not buying insurance or a car here, so I wasn't expecting to be taken. I found out about this program from a review on MacWorld which made no mention of the need for a helper application either which is a little unusual. My system is complicated and I have a lot of important files and programs on it, so I don't like to put software on that I don't know or can't find out online how reliable it is. And judging from the amount of updates to the iPhone side of the app, it wasn't tested too well. So I don't use it, yet every time I turn on my iPhone it seems it wants to updated the stupid program. I'm loath to delete it as I did pay for it, but that's what's gonna happen..Version: 0
