✓ Works, but I have nightmaresI have used Andrews 'Relax lite' app for a while now, which was great but of course wakes you up at the end do I downloaded this app to get to sleep. The app works very well and i fall asleep quickly, however every time I use it I wake up a couple of hours later with nightmares... I almost never get nightmares on nights I don't use this app. Bit gutted really because it's great being able to get to sleep... But I can't do the nightmares thing every night :(.IisfuddledVersion: 6.1

✓ Good but needs volume levellingWould be 5 star if it weren't for 2 issues. Firstly the sections of the tapes are different volumes so for example, you do the long intro and then the deep relax, and just as you go into the final part which sends you off to sleep, the volume jumps up and wakes you up more! Some volume levelling of all the sections would help here (plus maybe less of a noticeable gap between them). The second issue is that the bonus track, (which is most of what you are paying for over the Lite edition) is almost exactly the same as the main track but just with different background music. And you nearly always get woken up at the end of the bonus track which is highly annoying when you have just dropped off to sleep!!! Looking forward to the next update....Alex997Version: 0

✓ Why did you change it?!I’ve been using this app for almost 11 years. Now they have updated it and completely changed the relaxation programme, it’s entirely different. I want the one I paid money for originally! Such a shame, now it’s spoiled to be honest. No longer gives me the same familiarity and comfort..BethanwiVersion: 9.0

✓ Relax + was infinitely betterI’m really disappointed as Relax+ was brilliant. This is a terrible version. No music. No options for different modes. I used to recommend Relax + to my students around exam stress time and loads used it. Won’t be recommending this version..BewildergirlVersion: 9.2

✓ Going to delete this app.... nnnnhhhhoowwww1. Such a great voice, well recorded, but too many fatal distractions to be effective. He needs to keep it simple and free from affects like "nnnnhhhhooowwwwwwww." You'll see what I mean as soon as you listen to the version without instructions. 2. He doesn't spend nearly enough time on relaxing the body or on breathing. He moves quickly to the "benefits of the beneficial sensations" and then to the math lesson on percentages and fractions as you descend down the random marble staircase. Bottom line is its sounds as if he went with his first take with no rehearsal or editing which left too many distractions to be effective. You'll hear what I mean..JazzCriticVersion: 6.1

✓ Good to help relaxA good simple app with nice music & a calming voice to help you relax at the end of the day. This app does help mr get to sleep. I would give it more stats but it starts to get a bit repetitve after you've used it a bit. Perhaps some other track options would help..Lorde of AntsVersion: 0
