✓ CrashingI downloaded this with the hopes of trying it out tonight, but it crashes with a few opening bars of relaxation music. I tried disabling the instructions as another reviewer suggested, but that didn't work either. I hope they fix this app, because I would like to try it. And if they don't we should get our money back..Version: 1.0
✓ Won’t downloadThe app (for which I paid) won’t download onto my iPhone. My phone has the latest software update and plenty of storage space..Version: 9.2
✓ It's good but it's not great!I downloaded it while I was through a very anxious time in my life. Listened to it every night and even during the day (if I was home because it makes you really sleepy). It helps you relax and even to the point that it makes you fall fast asleep but I didn't do much for my anxiety..Version: 6.1

✓ Insufficient setting choicesUntil today I had a lovely gong chime every hour to remind me to breathe. Now I hear an awful clunk and the settings now don’t allow a choice of sound. There are other settings which have also been removed in today’s update. Not happy.Version: 9.0
✓ Not convincedSeems to combine traditional hypnosis with various visualisation techniques. Hard to relax deeply during the programme when there are so many things we're asked to think about. For example: towards the beginning, he tells you to start counting backwards from 200 while listening but then doesn't tell you to stop! I'd find counting backwards hard enough when I'm not trying to relax at the same time..Version: 6.1

✓ Dont panic by Andrew JohnsonI have the free relax app which is very good but I find this one too much...The counting is too difficult when Andrew Johnson is speaking and I am not able to visualise enough to make if work.
