Howver the flaw where it takes a few times to recognise the word is really annoying, and makes high scores simply unattainable. ✓ Great!Simple, easy to use controls. Loads quickly and I love that you can pick it up and play it for a few minutes and don't have to get caught up in a long game. As for the curse words... They haven't bothered me at all, if the downloaders of this game actually read the description there wouldn't be a problem. It's just another example of how lazy people are, before making a commitment to anything, including iPhone apps be sure to read the entire description. ✓ WordSearch Unlimited LiteFree app was too easy and very dull. To liven it up, the background and text can be changed but there's a blip because it will not allow me to change to the bottom background? I thought I might as well pay 59p to see if this became a better game. The differences between Lite and the paid app was no ads, (hoorah), a choice of up to 16 words (WOW! said with sarcasm) and 8 different dictionary choices consisting of 4 further languages and 4 English language sub groups of animals, food & drink, fruit & veg and the wonderfully misspelt 'cloth'. These so called 'dictionary' options are extremely limited and words are constantly repeated including words that do not belong in their selected dictionary sub section. Also still that annoying 'not being able to change to the bottom choice background even if I wanted to' - This is not an unlimited game so why call it that? One star for effort and a serious 'must do better' to the developer..Version: 0

✓ Fun but frustratingIt’s a basic word search. The words are grouped into themes, they’re easy words, and there’s variety in the length of the words. Only a few are written on the diagonal, or backwards, or overlapping each other, so it’s easy to play, not too challenging, and relaxing. However, it has a major flaw. It has ads on the screen while playing. They’re distracting but that’s not the biggest problem. It’s easy to trigger the ad by accident, which opens Safari to the vendor’s web page. Then you have to search for a tiny link in the upper left corner that returns you to the game. But meanwhile all your PROGRESS IS WIPED OUT and you have to start over. (Sometimes I could swear I wasn’t even near the ad and it suddenly opened Safari.) There are so many good word search apps available, it isn’t worth struggling with this annoying glitch. I’m deleting this one and downloading something else..Version: 4.1

✓ Great for little fingersI have trouble highlighting words because the letters are tiny, though it looks like the developers have done their best to acknowledge that and make it as easy as possible, given the limits of the platform. Overall, it's really nice for a free app. I just wish I could use a pen cap or something other than my finger, since I can't reliably 'miss' or hit the letters I'm going for. 5 stars if you don't mind tapping and retapping to get what you are aiming at - The color schemes are great and other things they've done amaze me - IF you can tap one end and then the other, or drag your finger correctly and it's very very easy to use. It will even tell you if you found a partial word. But I have to give it 3 stars because there are (imo) other time wasters that are more fun :D.Version: 0

✓ Ads are not shown in previews pictures.I downloaded this app based on the stellar reviews but unfortunately I have to disagree with the majority of them. The advertising is a rather large banner across the top, and while this typically doesn't bother me (get what you pay for, I expect adverts with free apps) I was greatly annoyed by how *often* the ads rotated. It felt like every 5 seconds or so it would flip, and I found it incredibly distracting. I only made it through a couple games before I had to delete this app, and definitely didn't get a decent enough experience from using the free version to justify buying the full version. The tap and drag was inaccurate, and the tap first and last letters was inaccurate for letters close to the edgs of the touch screen. The word selection was also a bit boring. I'd love to give this app another go if the advertising didn't rotate so often (and if it were more relevant), but for now I'm still looking for a decent free word search..Version: 0

Kinda hard sometimes to highlight and run your finger over the words so I just tap the first letter and then tap the ending letter of a word to highlight it.
