✓ Great Product and Customer ServiceWe use this on the craft show circuit to track inventory and sales at each show. It works great for a business that does not have a lot of standard inventory and we can export each shows transactions which makes accounting and reconciling inventory easy. When we had an issue, the developer worked closely with us to solve it in a timely fashion. Definitely worth the subscription!.Version: 6.10

✓ Great but could use a couple more featuresThis is a great little app if you just need something simple to track you inventory. Would love two things added though: a place to input additional expenses, like office supplies or bulk shipping costs. Currently there is no place to track any expenses. I’d also like the ability to add more than 1 photo so I could add a photo of the item as well as a photo of the receipt showing what I paid for the item. Overall though it’s a great app, especially if quick books is way more than you need..Version: 6.11.1

✓ Good APP but could be better.This is likely one of the better APPS for inventory. It has many features I don't use but would be very useful for companies that need these features. I wish though it was easier to access the catagories separately. (If that is possible it would be nice if there were notes or instructions on how to do this). ✓ Excellent Stocktake AppUsed this app for stocktake over weekend. Was efficient and easy to use. Loved that it added the prices so I had a running total. Had downloaded a number of apps but they didn't have this feature. Could use off iPhone and emailed info easily. Everything went into Excel easily for spreadsheets. I think having it automatically calculate the total profit once you enter that you sold an item would be helpful. It would be nice if it had the ability to store more than one picture per item. I also need to be able to sort by category to see what is selling. If I sell an item once for my asking price and another for $5 off I do not have the ability to show that. ✓ Impressed...I'm very satisfied with this app as it helps me track book inventories in mulitple locations at once and gives me the ability to export to email - which makes my accountant and book-keeper happy. I was having trouble with the export to email function (my own fault - not the program) and emailed support. I received a reply within a couple hours which completely answered all my questions - great support service!! I too would like to see a decimal function for cents and I would also like to see a linking of cost to the quantity bought function so I don't have to recalculate cost as I move my inventories from one place to another. ✓ Works exactly as you want it toI downloaded several inventory tracking apps when I was trying to set up an inventory management program for my company using a socket mobile 2D Bluetooth scanner. This program is by far the best I have tried in apps or pc software. I have downloaded it to an iPhone and an iPad and it integrates flawlessly. The layout is very simple and intuitive but allows customization to your business needs (shipping, receiving, selling, fixed assets, etc.) When using this program with a remote scanner the speed and ease of use is just incredible. In the last three days I have put 1,163 items into the software. Each item can be modified in a number of ways and you can put notes on individual items and track them by category, location, etc. once your inventory management program is up and running you can back up to iCloud or you can export spread sheets by email and store them as backups or load them on google drive for company access. ✓ Great app with potentialThis is a great app with alot of potential. I don't sell tickets but have found this app very useful in keeping track of my inventory. I would like to see a new update with the option to sort items into folders for better navigation. Looking through hundreds of items can be time consuming and having folders would make it easier and faster. ✓ Super Easy, EfficientI got this app to manage all my cookie lee jewelry inventory, what's cool about it is that if a customer wants a certain piece, instead of digging through a bunch of bags looking to see if I have it, I open my phone and look up the item number (I used the "place" spot for this). Plus this app will read the barcode and i can also take a picture of The jewelry as a clear reference. I can sort my inventory by necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings. It gives me a snap shot of what I've sold and right now I can see I am in the red with inventory vs sold...well that's direct sales for you. Thank you for making this app, I bet you never thought some California girl would be using it to organize jewelry. Being able to judge which colours and sizes of each product are going quickly (and which ones need to be cut from the line) is a huge asset. ✓ More detailed reporting!Loving this app...I’m wondering when you sell an item if you can include the “customer name” so we can more easily track where orders are going. Repeat customers, etc... Also, is there a way the export file can be timebound? If I pull a file each month and want to see what I’m selling each month it’s difficult when the file any time stamped. Even adding a column for”date of sale” would help so the file could just be filtered using that column in excel after export! ✓ Good app but lacking a few small conveniencesWe are enjoying this app so far for tracking drying equipment that we leave at job sites and different vehicles. The downside for our use is the inability to choose the items location from a pull down list, rather than having to type it in each time we transfer the item. What would make it even better would be the ability for us to choose a location and scan multiple items for that location, rather than entering the items one at a time. ✓ Good for small businessI’ve been using this program for about 4 months. It’s simple to use and I’m liking that it syncs between devices quickly. I use square for my POS and because they interact it makes inventory control and sales a breeze. My only issue is recently I’m seeing a few glitches where the products have not completed in the inventory now, even though the transaction has cleared in square. So in order to ensure my inventory matches I now have to watch for this as it’s happened a few times this week. May need an update to fix. Otherwise very good program..Version: 6.9.2

✓ Great Stock Control AppReally surprised this has had so few reviews, this is the only app on the AppStore that actually allows you to scan products into inventory and out again as you use them. You can also download this with multiple sites from the same database, currently I am using this toner Keely track of spare parts at 9 customer sites and my car stock. Free integrated automatic background to Dropbox and import/Export to CSV allows me to do bulk changes to sites Stock and analytics. Fantastic little app and at a great price point, don’t get me wrong it could do with the odd tweak here and there but it shouldn’t put you off buying this: -Could do with a reorder quantity field and a maximum stock field as I do not buy and sell stock just Checking and Out for each location. I’d love to be able to see how many items I need to order to get stock back up to maximum level. -Barcode scanning could be faster, maybe with a overlay box to align barcode in or line. Maybe move the scan barcode button to the right hand side of the screen or option to select either side. -Some sort of continuous scan functionality would be great as can be a labouring job if you have to scan a large number of items at a time..Version: 4.6.1
