✓ Stellar Support!This was my original review: As of late it constantly locks up in the middle of use and doesn't recognize my password. Asking for my password to be emailed to me results in you guessed it...The same password I had been typing over and over and over. I reached out to the developer in hopes that they would respond. Not only was I contacted via email almost immediately last night about my concerns, they texted me this morning for as much information as possible to address the issues. I received both a follow up phone call and email to let me know they had rectified the issues this afternoon. That level of service is rare. Well done PalmAgent! Well done!.Version: 3.6.5.1
