✓ Not all areas are coveredDoes not include all areas or even the state I sell in, I confirmed with my local go to title company that Chicago title was a firm they wrote with but to my surprise this app does not offer my State, huge disappointment!!!!.1BurnerVersion: 1.1.5

✓ Not a net sheet appLoved it when i could use it for what it’s suppose to be used for. I had the app that they provided I got tired of asking rep to renew my app for net sheets and closing costs so I purchased a year and still can not access net for buyer or seller. Rep tells me I need to bring business to them and it will be unlocked even after i purchased. How do you advertise that this is a net sheet and closing cost app but according to rep what I purchased is marketing tools. ✓ Paid for 2.0 version in 2013 will not renewI paid for the upgraded premium 2.0 version in 2013. In 2016 they started making you check in with the marketing reps or they would lock your app. I have been calling since 2017 and emailing asking for the app to be activated again, as I PAID for the upgraded subscription. I called the marketing rep in Houston today named Oliver and he was more concerned with setting an appointment “sometime next week to meet in person”, DURING COVID, or he wouldn’t reactivate my app. Great customer service….Mark~MVersion: 1.3

✓ Worked at FirstI've had this app for about 6 months and have been very pleased until about a month or so ago when it began to crash more than it did anything else. The pre-populated fields based on location specifics were awesome and even for being the Lite version it met my needs for quickly calculating payments at different purchase prices for clients. The fact that it calculated PITI without my having to feed it a tax amount and estimated closing costs gave this app the most value for me. Please fix the crashing so I can have my great tool back! I am so frustrated its not working anymore...the others out there simply don't compare...but that's not an edge if this app remains unstable. ✓ Purchased 2+ Years AgoI really like the app, I used to use the free version but grew tired of having to constantly contact rep for updates, so I purchased the app thinking the updates would be an integrated feature, I was wrong. I continue to get the pop up box that tells me to contact rep or I will lose access (even though I paid for it). I’m provided with several options to contact rep such as sending an automatic email, text, or call. Each time I open the app to use it, I have to pick an option to proceed. In the last 2 weeks alone, I’ve contacted my rep at least 20+ times with the automatic email & text message option, and It still has not been updated. I have 6 days left or I lose access..RdinazVersion: 1.2.1
